Terrible service. I went in requesting samples of some Glidden colors. ( PPG bought Glidden.) First I was informed they only made samples in gallon sizes. Then they changed and said they could do it in quart sizes. I had the color samples and actual codes needed to mix the colors. I was told they could not make the colors. I left and went to Home Depot ( a PPG/ Glidden distributor) and they had ZERO problem making each of the colors for me. Unbelievable...how is this company staying in business??? I wont ever try to shop there again.
