Fantastic! Made an appointment online and didnt have to wait at all once I got there. Sharon at the front desk was friendly and helpful. William, the technician that worked on my car, was knowledgeable and quick. I had some things I needed to get done but could wait on- he didnt push me to get it done today or try to upsell me on things I didnt need. 10/10 would recommend.

Quick in & out for state inspection without an appointment

My daughter goes to NC State and we live in Maryland so when she needed a car repair I went online to find a place and found Midtown. It was only to repair a headlight, this was back in January, 2020. I called them ahead of time and they were super accommodating. My daughter was very pleased as well. More recently, she was noticing an oil leak so I called Midtown and they told me to have her bring in the car to diagnose. Not only did they examine the car sooner than they had anticipated but they said everything was fine except for a loose oil filter which they tighten and the car was ready much sooner than expected and no charge to boot. The 2 women I spoke at Midtown during this process, including the owner, were very friendly, understanding and helpful. My only regret is that they arent located in Maryland. I would highly recommend Midtown for anyone in need of a car repair or maintenance. Thank you Midtown!!

I hadn’t been here in a long time.I came back to them with my new to me car for an inspection and they were amazing!I needed new tires to pass and gave me a ton of options to choose from. I also asked about a tune up and instead of just doing it and taking my money, they explained why my car doesn’t need one yet.They did give me some good maintenance ideas for the future based on research on my car if I did want to do something until a tune up.They take the time to educate you on exactly what they’re recommending and why.I really appreciate so much transparency when dealing with cars and services.They’re full service now so I’m just going to be coming back to them for whatever I need.Totally worth the drive from Cary.Did I forget to mention that they’re just amazing and kind people too?

Midtown put new tires all around on one of my vehicles and I was so pleased with their work I took another vehicle the following day for an oil change and inspection. They care about providing quality service and do it with a smile and amazing attitude! I was recommended by a friend to see Lisa at Quail Quick Lube, and I am so glad I did! I have an older vehicle and it was dripping a little bit of oil. I had gone to a previous shop and they quoted me an exuberant amount. Lisa and her crew thoroughly inspected my vehicle for me and pointed out the immediate issues that need to be addressed. As a woman, with absolutely no knowledge of cars, I can’t tell you how it felt to talk to someone and completely trust what they were saying concerning my vehicle. Cars are going to need maintenance and repair, that’s just the way it is, but being able to trust my mechanic is such a blessing. I can’t recommend Lisa and her crew enough. Got a screw in our tire in a nearby parking lot, ugh. Stopped here 30 minutes before closing and the guys checked out our tire for us almost immediately. They were super helpful and knowledgeable. Had us in and out in 15-20 minutes with the really nice kind of plug from the inside of the tire. Price was fair and service was friendly. Happy customers!

Great group of people! They took me aside and showed me:1, what was going on.2, what needed to be replaced.3, what will need to be replaced and with a good timeline. (This allows me to base my savings/budget on what is important now.)I had a wheel hub assembly replaced.. complete with 14 years worth of rusted in place parts... Would of taken me all day to get off on my own..They got me in and out of there in 2 hours.. I would advise calling ahead and making an appointment... especially if youre replacing original 2004 parts on a vehicle from the North.. Help them help you.. Because they will help you.

If you are new to the area, or want to support a local business, look no further.I had an amazing experience at this location, the staff was very friendly, and saved me a lot of money.My four month old tires from Walmart already needed replaced. After a few oil changes, I eventually came to this location and asked for a tire rotation, Before they did the rotation, the man working on my car came up to me to let me know that I should not get one, because I really needed to get my alignment done, otherwise I would ruin the near perfect tires on the back of my car.I would like to also note that I was only running on a few hours of sleep the day I came in, and the staff was extremely patient and explained everything very well to me.

Derrick and the staff here are amazing. Went to get a replacement tire and the service was the best in the area. If you can go here for car repair needs do so. They will not try to overcharge you and will take care good care of you. Such great staff

$475 for them to tell me there is nothing wrong with my car and change a flasher relay. I have been going here for years, but I guess will be finding a new place. Hope they enjoy the holidays with that money.
