I have been calling them for 2 weeks and they wont answer the phone or return calls. Good Luck doing business like that! They could at least call people back...

The lady on the phone hung up the phone on me 4 times before she answered my call I called the first time she said call back after one hour I call back she answers me and said they can only get me ice tomorrow I said okay I wanted to call back and ask why can’t they bring it today after talk with my boss so I called she didn’t answer then I waited and then called she sent me to voicemail I did this over and over then she answered…. Try improving ur customer service or get a better person on the phone someone who wants your company grow. Have A Nice Day!

My store has been buying ice from Holiday. I must say they have an outstanding delivery driver Tyler. He is the best delivery driver I have period. Very professional and very polite young man.
