These guys are GREAT ! I needed help identifying the model number, from a faded label, on an HVAC compressor. And, in understanding some technical aspects of my Copeland Scroll compressor (A Division of Emerson Electric). I called Emerson, and thru their voice response system was directed to the Copeland expert at ACR supply, Greg Harrison. Greg was extremely helpful in identifying my Compressor, the appropriate replacement, and in providing me with technical rating conditions for the compressor.
