I called for an hearing test for hearing aids last week. I had a appointment today with no waiting and no one in the waiting area but myself. By the time I had my intake and hearing test they already had all the information from my insurance company. I ordered hearing aids and even with the holiday they will be at the office and for me to pick up on Tuesday. This all took under 45 minutes. They were very professional. I am extremely pleased with my experience with Carolina Hearing Group.Thank you.

I took a hearing test. My last test was in 2017. There was little change, but my hearing aid was serviced and updated. This only took about 20 minutes and I was on my way home.

Once you enter the practice, it’s obvious that it’s very professional. The staff greets you with a friendly and sincere hello. The waiting area is very neat and organized and product information is streaming. Dr. Baldwin and Dr. Beeg are both very good, they explained what tests we would be doing and clearly explained the results and the options that would best meet my needs. Most of all, making sure I was satisfied was a priority to them.

Have been working with Brad at Carolina Hearing group for almost 2 months. I have had trouble getting the sound on my hearing aids to sound like I have hoped they would sound. These are my first hearing aids so I am very I knowledgeable about what to expect. I am now pleased to say that through the help of Carolina Hearing Group I think I have found the hearing aids that work for me. We tried different settings on my first pair and I just never felt satisfied. Brad ordered me a different brand and I have found these work so much better for me. This group has been so patient with me. They always listened to me. I had tried Costco for my hearing aids, but the audiologist there was very curt and when I told her I couldn’t hear with the brand she gave me and the way she set them up, her answer to me was that she sets her hearing aids aggressively and that my brain just needed to get use to them. I wore them an hour and had a horrible headache. So that sold me on Carolina Hearing Group. I paid more, but got such wonderful service that it was worth every penny. After all, I desperately want to hear and I want caring and professional people to listen and help me accomplish that goal

I was having a problem with my hearingaid tips. They seemed to blocking a significant amount of the sounds from getting to my inner ear so that I actually had to pull them back out slightly. This also released what had felt to be pressure on my inner ears. While I waited, the doctor replaced the tips with slightly smaller ones that contained small holes, creating much improved sound and relieved the pressure.
