Very impressed with the pharmacy staff’s professionalism and kindness, especially during this busy time. I overheard a few conversations with difficult customers and the staff handled it like pros!

Pharmacy staff works hard and is nice. There is often a wait and they stay very busy.

Beyond terrible service consistently. Have had ten plus minute waits at window as only customer (sick kids didn’t want to leave in car) before going inside to hear cashiers joking about not answering it then literally fighting and yelling at angry customer behind me who had waited outside with no service in a full blown argument. The male pharmacist can’t be bothered and is unprofessional. Really prime location, so I guess they don’t care about service. Consistently tell customers they are understaffed aka to cover why they can’t do what they are supposed to, but usually just default to being overly rude for (I use this loosely) “professionals”.

Top notch pharmacy team. They are great with drug interactions and other questions. Just make sure you tell your doctor its at 7440 Creedmoor Rd, and not the one down the street. Im sure those folks are fine too but you dont want your medicine going to the wrong RiteAid.

Flora made several unprofessional and inappropriate comments when I spoke with her on the phone regarding a particular Rx. Very upsetting to hear such negative remarks from a licensed professional.
