Mat was very responsive and detail oriented. Compared to other farm equipment businesses, Styron Ag Parts goes above and beyond.

I did the transaction online, then called Mathew to be sure he received it, and when they could ship. They shipped the very next day from NC, a Friday, and it was delivered to me in North Texas on Monday!They really care about their customers satisfaction and overall experience, and it shows. Phone calls are usually answered, and when I texted or left a voice message, I always received a prompt reply. They do their best to make sure you receive all the parts by reviewing before shipping, but in the event theres a missing part, they will promptly ship it out, no questions asked. They text and call to follow up on the assembly experience, and they are there to answer any questions as well. Thats a good thing, because the assembly instructions do leave a little bit to be desired, as the equipment is from Poland, and the English can be somewhat perplexing. Mathew also told me they are in the process of producing an assembly video as well.Anyway, overall it was a great experience, due in large part to their fast shipping, competitive pricing, and great customer service. I had a difficult time finding the parts I needed for my Morra 8 mower and when I did find them, the markup was sickening. These folks at Styron priced the components at an extremely competitive price, keeping my costs down to what felt like a reasonable price and thats a challenge! With costs of equipment rising, maintenance can be expensive. While many will take advantage of the got to have this part during seasonal use, these folks did not. They priced it right, shipped it immediately and in a few days it was on my doorstep. Cant go wrong IF you have similar experience, you will spend more time in the field where you belong than on the internet trying to hold on to what little have.
