We got a motorcycle jacket embroidered here and it turned out amazing! Everything we hoped it would be :) we were nervous at first because of the thick material but they did a perfect job!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! very good work, fast and not expensive at all! I got two hats monogrammed and it was $30 , what a win! their were lots of options for fonts and colors so that was very nice.The employee was very nice and respectful too. this is definitely the best place for monogramming I have been to and I will be back! I’m that person who likes to have all of their christmas stockings match so i bought new ones and had our names embroidered on them.the gentleman who was today was incredibly polite and courteous. when i wanted to changed the font he pulled up a few different ones until i found one i liked. when asking what colors i wanted, he didn’t mind that i looked over all the thread colors available until i found the one that made me happy. he didn’t even laugh when i told him one of the stockings was for the dog and wanted a paw on it. they were done in an hour and i loved the result.

I have been coming to Magic Stitches for several years now and I cannot say enough good things about this business. The owners are amazing and extremely experienced with what they do. I have had several of my very sentimental items brought here, and without a doubt I have always left very satisfied. No other place within the area can have your items done as quickly as them. I once brought about 10 shirts to have done, dropped them off in the morning, and they were done by the evening time. Amazing place, do not hesitate to have your work done with them!

The man working was so nice, and knowledgeable. I brought in 40 polos for my business and he was able to finish them in 2 days, that’s the quickest turn around time i’ve heard of. Fair prices, quick service and great work. My go to place for all embroidery.

The family that owns this business is so sweet and helpful! No matter how complicated my request is, they are always willing to suggest ideas, and help in any way. I have been going to Sal at Magic Stitches for years now. He has done multiple pairs of Uggs boots for me, this is my Christmas gift to my grandchildren every year. They always turn out amazing and they are a crowd pleaser. Service is always prompt, and professional. I recently wanted to monogram a new golf bag and an even larger airline travel golf bag...which I presumed would not be easy due to size of the bags in addition to the thick Canvas material the bags are made of. So one day while at the Mall, I stopped by the Magic Stitches Kiosk and met and spoke with Sal to discuss what I wanted and if the Magic Stitches embroidery machine could accommodate such large items. Following our conversation I felt confident in Magic Stitches and that Sal had done Golf bags before. I appreciated the guidance offered in helping me select the best lettering font and color thread to complement my bag types. I later returned to drop off my new golf bags, left to run a few quick errands elsewhere and about 2 hours came back to pick up my bags...both monogrammed beautifully and to my complete satisfaction...I highly recommend Magic Stitches! if you have a unique or large item I recommend that you first have a conversation as to what you are looking for, be open to their suggestions as they certainly know the embroidering business and I dont think you will be disappointed. Drove all over Raleigh and called several monogramming business to have a pair of Hunter rain boots monogrammed. Everyone I spoke to were not able to monogram due to material. Stoped at magic stitch and not only could he monogram them but did it in less than 30 min!!! I am so happy and will use them for all my monogramming needs!!! Thank you so much!

This guy is AMAZING! I went to three places to get a pair of shoes embroidered before finding him. He did an awesome job and my shoes were done in under 30 minutes! I will be returning here for all my embroidery needs!!!

Great service! Came in with 2 stockings within minutes they had the exact thread that matched them and were very easy in offering suggestions on the best font and spacing for them. The stockings were ready within the hour and I’m extremely happy with how they turned out.

I have been using Magic Stitches for over 5 years. They are the ONLY place I will go to for personalization and monogramming! They are so kind and patient, they know their products, and they are so helpful in making suggestions to make each project look its best. They ask several times about correct spelling, they show you how your project will look prior to them doing the work, and they WILL NOT START your project unless you absolutely sign off on it. These guys are super kind, super thorough, and Im honored that they remember me and my order history each time I work with them. I love these guys!

I brought in some hankerchiefs I wanted embroidered for my wedding. Although they were very thin and the machine messed up a couple of them, they immediately ordered replacements and had my order complete right in time!!! I am so happy with the customer service as well. They kept in contact with me and were very knowledgeable and helped me choose the best colors for the embroidery. The hankies turned out perfect and my new husband will cherish it for life. Highly recommend !!!

These people are amazing! i dropped off my daughters high top converse shoes and they did them while I shopped!! No rush fee, and the quickest, most professional service in Raleigh! The young lady that works there was such great help in helping me pick out what was trendy for my daughter! Magic Stitches is a company that sets a precedent for great, sincere customer service as well as a company that exemplifies the warm welcoming that people look for in a family owned store. Warm greetings followed up by professionalism and skill in their trade to match. Each order is made with true, concentrated effort and upon receiving your finished product, they really made me feel like my hats were the most important thing going on at the moment. I have repeatedly gone to them for 3 hats that I had custom digitized logos made for specifically. One of which included a butterfly with 15 colors in it. The craftsmanship is unparalleled and I would stake my reputation on their service. I felt so welcomed that Im sure if there ever was an issue with the finished product, they would not hesitate to try and fix my problem. They have earned my loyalty and I wish more places could follow in their footsteps with the sincerity I receive from them.

These guys are great! One of the few places in to get embroidery in Raleigh while you wait. They do awesome custom embroidery and monogramming in Raleigh NC.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I was like most people and figured that the reviews on here cant be that bad, however, the service was ABSOLUTELY horrible. I went to get my graduation cap embroidered with my initials and they did the initials in the wrong order. I told them that they did it incorrectly and that I just need it before saturday. The husband told me to just bring it back in he would do it free of charge. Later I get a call from the wife and learn about the terrible service. She wanted to charge me $15 to take out the stitches because she thought it would be hard (they already charged $20 to do the job). I told her that it was her fault and I shouldnt have to pay for her mistake and she starts yelling and talking over me. It got to the point where when I was trying to hang up, she was still yelling. When I tried to call back, she ignored my calls which is unprofessional. When my mom got involved, she called the husband and he tried to tell her that I didnt know my own name and that it Im a child because I dont know my name. In the end, we just asked for our cap back and our money back and they refused to give us the money back for the work that was done incorrectly. And the wife kept making comments about my moms attitude because she wanted her money back; however, my mom wasnt even talking. We ended up just getting the cops involved and getting our money back anyway and filing a complaint with the mall. This is the absolute worse embroidery place Ive ever been to and I will NEVER in my life go. Believe the negative comments you see because I saw people leaving with messed up merchandise. The rush is not worth the time and money. I ended up just taking the stitches out myself and going some place else. NEVER EVER go there.

This place is terrible! They are way overpriced and do really poor work. I took a shirt to have letters put on it and when I asked why it looked so bad the guy said the gaps in the threads would fill in as I washed the shirt. Was very unhappy with their work and their lack of interest in satisfying customers. Will NOT be going there again.

I just wish that I could give this man less than one star but sadly I cant. First he uses the wrong color on two of my tobaggans that I needed done for my wife and daughter and then he writes the wrong thing on another one for my daughter. To fix his mistake he writes the correct thing on the back of the beanie as if that fixes anything! Then I figured out he started to use the wrong color on my wifes one and then embroidered over it with.... Another wrong color!!! So I was pressed for time and just made a deal that he would replace the items he ruined and re-do the three embroideries. So my wife went to him today to get them redone and he messeD up again! He misspelled girl!!! Avoid at all costs!!!! Overpriced and not worth anything!!! Run and run far!

If I could give this company 100 stars I would. I went to Magic Stitches yesterday with a very important job that I needed completed. After talking with the gentleman who was very patient and very respectful although he was swamped with work and customers. He took the time and effort to listen to what I needed done with my item. He offered to have it done within a 2 hour time period and I was extremely shocked due to the time he mentioned. I decided to pick my item up the next day due to other task I had to complete. When I got my item back I was extremely pleased and I had the biggest smile on my face. He has not only did it to perfection but it was SUPERB. If you are looking for monogramming, do not use them. There are other places out here with better customer service and which are less expensive. The husband and wife who run this mall kiosk do not know how a monogram should be displayed and they will not correct their mistakes.It is a pretty long story and mall police were called in, but the meat and potatoes are...The order of the initials were wrong. Instead of First, Last, Middle, they did First, Middle, Last. On a monogram with a large middle letter (aBc), it looks silly to have the middle name as the largest letter. They told my daughter she did not know her names and they wanted me to pay them more money to fix their error. And to top it off, they would not give me a refund.It is a shame when a business will not admit they made a mistake and take care of the customer.

If I could put a zero, I would! Terrible Customer Service!! They completely messed up my bag and refused to fix it and hung the phone up on me!! Will never return!
