Its much organized now than it use to be. Lots of associates to help you around. They have also added new sections to the store and re organized it as a whole which is a plus. The store is also much cleaner including the bathrooms.

Its a Walmart. This one is clean and the staff that I interfaced with were all polite. Management and employees seem to be working well together.

This Walmart ALWAYS looks so depressing and gloomy. Today no selection of chips or candy. I just wish they would attempt to make it bigger, more inviting and welcoming.

This is a very small store. It is out of a lot of supplies. And that is also very messy disorganized store. I personally would recommend finding another Walmart to visit

Anyone else tired of the extremely long lines? Im many cases it takes one longer to check out than it does to shop.

Theyre always friendly and its good that its close to me. I would have given 5 stars but theyre always low in inventory and one sales person does not help as she states she doesnt speak English.

It’s a Walmart. The shelves were sparse sadly but I was able to find most of the items on my list and a few adequate substitutes. The young lady at the register was exceptionally pleasant so most of my stars are for her!

Excellent service! Although this isnt a Super Walmart they do have most things I need. I find that most items are in stock here more frequently than other Walmarts I go to. Staff are mostly friendly and helpful.

The ladies at the Customer Service and Money counters are absolutely wonderful. I had an unusual return to a third party vendor and the woman who helped me was a sweetheart, as were her coworkers. Before she had backup, she had to manage the customer service and money service counters by herself. Despite this challenge, she had everyone smiling and laughing with good humor and positive attitude. She was the epitome of excellent customer service. Give this wonderful woman a raise!

Walmart has gone so downhill over the last several years. It used to be staffed by friendly people who actually acted like they cared. Now its a bunch of people who clearly could not care less about customers. The prices are still decent but the selection is trash.

I usually avoid Walmart like the plague (for a myriad of reasons), but circumstances brought me to one a few weeks ago. I then proceeded to buy myself a pair of slip-on shoes without walking around in them to ensure a snug fit. Low and behold, they ended up being too large for me to wear. I came in this store to return it. There was a short line at customer service. Not a problem. What was a problem is the rude, “I hate my job” type lady running customer service. She hardly responded to me when I spoke to her; that sure is some friendly customer service. Despite her being a you-know-what, she did easily process my return. Hence two stars instead of one.

What Walmart you know that isn’t crowded. They have to best deals and have everything you need... Even outta town. Very convenient for our travels. Long lines, but warm customer service.

Bad experience, there was a team lead up front that yelled at me to leave the store because I didnt have a mask on. I proceeded to tell her I had a health condition that I couldnt wear one at the team ..she proceeded to announce the issue in front of everyone. Very unprofessional as I also work as a manager at a sams club so I knew the policies on mask procedure

Good selection of products . Smaller than other Walmarts, but it’s pretty good. Customer service is pretty slow but other than that good.

This Walmart is convenient to my home so I shop here a lot. They are frequently out of stock and its not a Superstore.

Its nice how much attitude you get from the cashiers and then you look at your seat to see that they automatically round up to the nearest dollar for some reason without asking

Its kinda small. The employee was kind of rude when I asked where masks are located. Coming from a different part of nc where they arent required we went there to grab some.

I love Walmart and this is a decent store, but not great. They seem to always be sold out on lots of things I need. Also, crowd is not great. This Walmart is not in the best area of town, so the guests reflect that.

Never enough cashiers to get you out of there in a decent time. For such a rich area this is one horrible WalMart. I highly recommend not going here for any reason whatsoever.An hour before closing there can easily be 10-20 people waiting to check out and if you are lucky two cashiers.One of the worst WalMarts Ive ever been to and thats saying something.You have been warned.

I bought a Hamilton Beach Microwave in April. After 4 months it quit heating food. I emailed the Manufacture Hamilton Beach about the issue and after speaking with them on the phone they said It was a Walmart Specific model and Walmart had to exchange it since it was less than 1 year. I just needed my receipt So I looked for a Walmart that had the model I had and drove 1 hour each way to that Walmart on Glenwood Ave. I went to the Customer service department with my broken Microwave and YES I had my receipt. They ask me to go grab a new one. When they rang it up they said this one is more expensive. By $5.00. and I needed to pay the difference. I explained I bought mine 4 months ago and NO it was not on sale and for whatever reason the price change. I wasnt there because of the size or the color I was there because the product failed under warranty. I had to argue with her over $5.00 and made to feel like it was my fault. And then she sported off about it was over 90 days. I understand it was over 90 days and I wasnt going to bring it back to Walmart because it was over 90 days. But again I spoke with Hamilton Beach and they said that I had to bring it back to Walmart that was the only way to get a replacement.

Didnt have 3 items, black hooded fleece sweater with zipper, black licorice twizzlers and pd. for 2 bags of ice, but none available. Cashiers were not notified. Had to get refunded at Cust. svs.

6/7/21 Several of us waited patiently at the return desk. One man, always friendly, was working the register. Another employee was sitting on the countertop said to someone she wished she could tell the customers where to go. An employee to the right was doing who knows what. The man working the register was left alone. Incredibly bad representation of Wal-Mart all the way around.At 10 minutes a woman came in behind me and we chatted. The one who had been sitting on the countertop was then up front draped over the money desk chatting. The woman whod originally been to the right of return desk employee walked back in. I said he needs help, 15 minutes is a bit long to wait. She began with arguing and yelling slightly with excuses. She said shed been there 21 years and some things we couldnt understand. I said then you know help is needed. She walked away without offering to help. The woman behind me said, So much for customer service. I left to shop elsewhere. Target is looking mighty good.7/9/21 - It took 40 minutes and five employees to find someone for the womens department and a key. I wanted to give up long before that but once Dequan (food dept.) got involved he wouldnt stop until someone was found. Hes always great! Then Fabriola stepped in. Wal-Mart, get more employees and train them to actually care about customers!

Axion in curbside is an absolute gem. What a SWEET, helpful , awesome guy. He was prompt and ran right outside when we pulled in for curbside pickup. We had ordered patio furniture which was quite heavy and he helped my husband load it, and was super helpful in letting us come back for the other half when it all wouldn’t fit. If not for him I would have felt unsure about leaving half our purchased item but i knew it was in good hands with him. Walmart you have a very special employee in Axion!!!

Very clean and Friendly Atmosphere...

I had left my wallet at home. I had a duplicate copy of my real ID. I had to use my check book. It was a ordeal for the sales person. She was patience with me. I did not know if I would have to put everything back or not. Thank God I was able to use my check in the store. This store had difficult in giving me my refund from a week ago. I had to make numerous calls to get it done and I really dont know if it is complete yet.

We call this location Smallmart.They have a small selection of items. Mostly friendly employees. We particularly like the pharmacy employees.If you need or want a larger selection to choose from, you will need to shop elsewhere. Otherwise, good for fill in items.

I dont know what to say. Its WalMart.Its one of the best supermarket chains in the world. You will mostly get what you need. Everything youll ever need to live your life in the US, you can find it at Walmart.International students must visit a Walmart for their initial housing setup and foods supplies. Items are not expensive. I was surprised with the low prices for certain items that I bought there. Any WalMart will do because they all are mostly the same.

We are 1.5 years into a pandemic and this walmart still doesnt have tap-able card readers. There are always restock boxes and carts in the aisles blocking your path.

This is not a Super Walmart. The store is clean and the employees are helpful. Because its on the smaller side make sure to see if they have what you need before you go.

Not a bad experience, as I didn’t need to interact with anyone. Everything was good except some of the things I wanted were completely out of stock which was a bummer. If you want a Walmart to go to, this is a good choice as long as you check their inventory beforehand.

Small store and doesn’t have a lot of food products.

Shelves were pretty empty, pretty dirty, some of the employees are kinda rude.

I ordered a cake for my son’s birthday. I received a call that the machine used to print edible pictures was down. Of course I started to panic some since it was the day of his birthday. Was told they could find other things to decorate his cake with. Got to Walmart to pick up his cake and the wrong price was printed for the cake. I had already paid half the price of the cake as a deposit and waited an extra 20 minutes to get the amount fixed. The cake was not worth the amount I paid for.

This store needs updating. I know it’s not a super center, but I’ve been in this area since this store opened, and I don’t think they’ve done a total overhaul since then. I think they do their best to keep it clean, but it just looks run down and dirty because of how old the inside seems.

Visited Raleigh for a Dr appt and went into this Walmart. I have never seen so much clearance in 1 store. Between 2 of us we got about $1000 worth of stuff for about $300. A local says they do a lot of good clearance sales there. Staff was very friendly and we will be back anything we are in the area.

Because it is smaller, it is better organized and you complete your shopping faster.

Easy in easy out. No restrictions.

Spring selection is out, prices are superb. More staff operated registers would be so appreciated.

It’s a Walmart. Don’t expect anything fancy. It’s probably middle of the road when it comes to Walmarts. The parking spots are angled so the parking lot isn’t the nicest, but there are always plenty of spaces. There’s a small grocery section, but not a produce section.

The store was clean and in order. Walmart had people cleaning up down the aisles. They had one man shampooing the floors. The other staff members were stocking the shelves. One young man answered my questions about the store television section. He told me if I had any other questions, he would be happy to assist me. When I was checking out, the male clerk was very friendly and asked how was my day. One young male (must had gotten off from work) got in line behind me and just walked up on me. The male clerk asked him what was he doing, because he had just finished ringing me up and I was using my credit card. I told the young guy to please step back 6 feet or further from me. The male clerk told him that he knew the guidelines, wear a mask, wash your hands and stand 6 feet or more from people. I thank the clerk for protecting me being a senior citizen with a health condition. I wish I had gotten his name. Oh! the young man had a mask under his chin and after the clerk spoke to him, he pulled the mask up to cover his nose and mouth.

Especially appreciate the Pharmacy crew. Personable and professional.Always check the aisles for deals.

Worst Walmart in the area. Unfortunately this is the closest Walmart to my house. I frequently come here to find the item I want or need is not in stock. When I do happen to find the things I need, I am greeted by a 30 minute wait in the checkout isle. I told the manager that she needed more employees. She was rude. I expect nothing less from this dump. Walmart corporate offices would be wise to close this store and fire every low-energy employee that works here.

They seem to always have what Im looking for and usually no long lines. Much faster than going to super Walmart.

I only use their online pick up service because the few times I went in there during the pandemic they were customers who had their masks around their chin or below their nose is. Very irritating to see that and disappointed they don’t enforce it but at least they offer curbside pick up as an alternative and so far I have use that several times and it has been great.

Would rate five stars if more than two checkout lines were open

Don’t bother trying to call them if you just want to know if an item is actually in stock before you haul yourself out there. An associate who’s barely audible and doesn’t want to talk to you will just put you on hold for half an hour, forcing you to hang up and waste your time trekking to the store for an item that on the website says is in stock, but isn’t actually there.

This place is always challenging to find actual help. Im happy that theyre finally instituting masks at Walmart, because it has been a debacle there. There has been absolutely no setup to socially distance between guests. The prices are better than some places, but the lack of crowd control has kept me away.

Would not Price check the shoes. Wouldn’t sell them. We would have been willing to wait for the price check or get the other ones from the back that did have a tag, but we had to leave without them. We went specifically for the toddler shoes that were on clearance. Would not go back to this Walmart
