From the very beginning their communication was great, they showed up when they said they would (which unfortunately is rare these days!) and they delivered an amazing job! I had tile floors and carpet done by Nelson. Inhad heard good things about him, and was happy with his work when he did a granite counter top. This time, Hiswork wasnt what he had offered, he used very cheap quality products for the carpet that he installed in our house. When confronted by me after I had to ask two other conpanies about their opinion, he only made up escuses.His work style is very dirty, he left a mess without any concern about taking care of things. Did a mediocre work with tile the tile floors.You have to be on top of him every step of the way to see things done.
