We had a great experience working with Traci and her team to replace the counter in our master bathroom, which was remodeled due to water damage. Though we originally planned to salvage our existing counters, our backsplash broke during demo and we were unable to get a matching piece to replace it. As a result, we opted for new quartz in a gray color to balance all the white that would be going into the room, and it turned out to be the right move. Our installation was tricky because the size of the fabricated counter was too long to carry up our stairs. The NCO team worked with us to arrange for material lifts to bring the counters over a balcony from our 2-story family room. It was a huge effort, but they executed flawlessly. After a year of asking around we finally found someone willing to remove then re install our granite counter tops so we could install new cabinets for a fair price.
