The plumber who came to help fix the issues said did Carolina Customs do this job? ... I can tell... they are keeping me in business lately. We were assured that faucets would be installed with our countertops. They did not do it. They called and said one of our sinks was leaking after they had left hours earlier. They ripped tons of drywall off the wall. We called and they said you need to read the fine print more closely. - The counters are the right ones we ordered and look good. That counts for something.

The staff were very professional in helping me select the counter tops and sinks for my guest bathroom and powder room. Instead of ordering new counter tops, we chose from their selection of remnants which saved us a good amount with our budget. They sent me the quotes within 24 hours.The crew showed up on time and were also very courteous and professional. The installation went smoothly and they provided great quality work. The owner followed up with me later to make sure I was pleased and to answer any questions. Carolina Custom Kitchen and Bath provided outstanding quality service and we will be using them again.
