I go to this store about once a month..I went in there this past Saturday..one of the employees was pretending to be mesmerized by the sunglasses, but she was watching me so I asked for her assistance, she helped. I paid and told her thank you for watching me while I shop. Will not be returning. People if you are reading this Go to the Beauty Supply on Avent Ferry. Beside the DMV where they dont do this sneaky following concept

We go into k Discounted Beauty Supply store.once a month when we can not fine her face cream else where.nice an clean but always be out of her flavor cream..Hot too have that cream an if you saw her face you would want that cream Also..no make up on her face just that cream..

Had all the products I needed and I loved the diversity of employees it made want to spend my money there.

I went to K Discount Beauty Supply on Capital Blvd in Raleigh. Did not intend to try on wigs but needed assistance in comparing styles and color. One female employee with very short hair cut and glasses had a sour and begrudging attitude. Became argumentative as I tried to clarify availability and style options. I felt unwelcomed and in the way. This store should close down. I decided to spend my money elsewhere. Had a five star experience at Beauty World on New Bern Ave in Raleigh. Beauty World had better selections and pricing.

They had what I needed. No big deal.

They sold me three of the same guards for the clippers and when I went to return them and let them know that they were all the same size they make some excuse about return time has expired in only 2 weeks. Stating store policy is no refunds and only exchanges within 2 weeks. Very disrespectful and definitely not consumer friendly.

These people are rude and they dont have a good selection of product.

Employees were friendly and helpful to those asking questions and it is very clean and neat in the store. The prices are reasonable and they had products I would normally have to order off of Amazon because I would not find it locally.

They have a big selection of hair that I was over whelmed but at the same time happy

Customer service is always exceptional, theyre very friendly and even allowed me to exchange an opened item in lieu of their return policy. I never have an issue at this location.

This is my second visit and I will not be visiting again. They have an ok selection. The store manager and other employees are pretty nice. There was one employee there that seemed to watch me while I was shopping. That never happens to me anywhere else. So I will keep my business elsewhere. When confronted about this of course she denied it. I will give my money to the other businesses in the area.

If i could give 0 stars, I would. I was just in there NO ONE could show me where i could find what I needed and the man followed us around the store like I was going to mess it up or steal. I was prepared to spend over $100 on a half wig and tracks for a wedding im going to in 2 days (so mission to find buy and leave). Not the experience I had I felt profiled, so Ill be shopping elsewhere. HORRIBLE customer service, if you can call it customer service.

I worked in the beauty industry for 10 yrs. They have everythingggggg! You can spend all day here looking through out the store. alot of products for all skin and hair types. The eye lash selection is gooood, so many to choose from. They carry NYX as their main make up line. A quarter of the store is entirely wigs. You cant go wrong here, the only downside is that its not in the best area, I see other reviews about customers being followed by the staff- the thing is they do have to monitor the store, no doubt. Its best to ask for help if you need it, the selection is large and if you keep looking up for the staff and not approaching them or taking their help when they ask if you need help, then yes they would think you might steal, thats common in a beauty supply store when there is so many hand held products. (Thats my point of view from someone who worked in a Beauty supply before.) Its rlly a great spot, and worth it to stop in.

Dont shop at this beauty supply store. They follow you around the store like a thief they literally walk up and down the aisles and watch you shop. I will never shop at this beauty supply ever again they lost me as a customer and they will many others. Please spend your money else where. We make you money we shouldnt feel like a thief where we spend our money. Wish I could give them no stars at all.
