I was amazed at the speed in which they work. I think I called and a day or two later, my order was ready. It was exactly as I wanted it. They called to let me know that the order was ready for pick-up. They addressed us promptly upon our entering, and worked quickly to get me in and out.Thank you all for the phenomenal job! Oh, the price was extremely reasonable.Try it! Youll be pleased.

Discovered A Place to Copy when searching for a vendor who could supply branded notepads, binders and to print multiple copies of presentation material for a company meeting. Everything about APTC was exceptional. They were prompt, responsive and high-quality. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and use them in the future.

This was a great place to do last minute coupon printing for my juicing business. Only issue is they never got back to me to give me a quote. I made out ok anyway but the guy said hed let me know ASAP but didnt.

I needed to send 259 pages of medical records and documents for a very personal matter and the nearby UPS store said itd cost me over $100 since they did not have digital fax capability. I found A Place to Copy and, despite the fact that they also did not have digital fax capability, they got a free trial for a digital fax service and made it happen super easily and without any issue. Best part? It was about $25 all said and done. Incredibly patient staff and really personal service. I definitely recommend them and will use them again this week!

Cant begin to explain how helpful this team is. They went about and beyond to get my time sensitive item painted for deadline [4 day turn around]. They work with me to get everything right. Talked to 2 other printers that fell short of what I needed and one if them sent me here. Will be working with them for all of my future printing needs. Dont waste your time going someplace else and get it done right the first time.

This is my best kept secret as a graphic designer that needs to print small quantities of design projects. The prices here are so much less than other nearby franchise print shops, the customer service is incredible, and the quality is excellent. I am so impressed with how quickly I am able to get something printed whenever I walk in to place an order.

We organize the Raleigh Walk in support of preventing cruelty to animals in downtown Raleigh. We asked A Place to Copy to sponsor us. All they had to do was to make 25 copies; we asked for no money. The person at the desk (who was nice) said the owner would get back to us, and took down our contact info. The owner never did. Days later, we drove again to the store. The owner couldnt be bothered.He showed his true colors.I just think people should know that the owner is only interested in $$$ and not helping out with the community. I will not be giving them any of my business.

BEST NEED BASED & OLD FASHION DOWN TO EARTH NICEST PLACE. There will be always few Id10t who will complain and fuss to get free & outrageous expectation, and mess up for others needs and convince. It cost so much to set up business like this for nickel and dime and still few complains to get something without paying any thing. They exceeded my expectations. The staff was very patient with my calls and questions. When I came in to have my ebook printed, they made suggestions that allowed me to leave with the book printed and the recipe section printed separately with binding like a cookbook. The work was definitely of professional quality.

A place to copy is a great establishment to use if you do not have any deadlines or don’t mind getting your projects days later. This used to be an EXCELLENT establishment but The customer services has certainly deteriorated. I will admit this decline began in the last year when I began working with Hayden. He’s a very nice person but he needs improvement on managing his workload and accurately communicating with his employees. He was the only one I worked with for this year for the decline. He would promise to have something ready oneday and then it would not be ready for a couple of days later. Some of his excuses a couple of times was the email system crashed and because the file was large he only received half the email....mind you this is a print center oh and he never called me. Shouldn’t they be able to receive multiple files or atleast call the customer to advise them?? Nope I’d show up and half my job would be done. These incidents began happening more and more. So oneday I complained of this to the manager and he told me that I misunderstood his employee and that his employee told me he would call me. Mind you the manager was no where around when his employee had promised on my projects. In addition I’ve been working with a place to copy over 5 years. I can count on one hand anyone has ever called me to confirm my work was done. The unprofessionalism did not stop there but when I came in a couple of times they would be arguing with eachother about issues. The lady that works there was upset at one of her coworkers and when she was helping me she snapped at me and walked away. A fellow employee told me not to mind her because she was upset at another employee (which he did mention the name of the employee she was mad at 😱). To me this is beyond unprofessional. Business is business and the customer should never be involved with office spats nor does the customer care. We just want our work done on time and correctly. This is just a few of the complaints but honestly they are common complaints other customers have had. Their reviews that state unprofessionalism and delayed communication are accurate. I’ve referred others to their establishment and they showed me the emails and guess who was the employees helping them??.....you guessed right Hayden. I have fully switched to my backup print center and my advice to any business would be to use one of the other print centers in town that guarantee a 24 hour TAT or ask for a different representative. Trust me you will thank me later.

Extremely disappointed in this place. I went in personally to order new business cards and was told they would call when ready. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago. Highly unacceptable for a business. I dont look for free stuff but if they dont offer anything i very much doubt i will be back. I wont ask.
