New location (built 2020) service is good, staff is cheerful and friendly. Long lines during breakfast rush, but moves along quickly.

Drove 3-1/2 hours to DCs closest Biscuitville....in Lynchburg.Had an Ultimate meal with grits...and they forgot the spoon, salt & pepper....had to go back....Still the Best and Freshest food!

Biscuitville truly knows what they’re doing. The food is always fresh and is in your hands fast (do not be discouraged by the long line, they have a system that gets you through in record time.) The spicy chicken and honey biscuit is my favorite.

Drive-thru was very accommodating allowing me to get a platter with bologna . Biscuitvilles strawberry tea has at least 3 big fans among us.

Drove two hours to eat here. Was well worth the drive. Cashier was very polite and informative. Got there right before they closed and they cooked us fresh eggs, made me fresh coffee and treated us to delicious muffins. Will definitely visit there again

They are always packed with customers in the drive thru but they get you done and out of that lot FAST. Great service and fresh food every time

This group has mastered the art of expedited and friendly customer service. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building 1 1/2 times (Due to Covid having closed the dining room) and I was going to bypass the visit. We do not have a Biscuitville nearby so I really wanted to bring home some of their delicious sandwiches to my husband. Not to worry! They had 2 very friendly but proficient employees outside taking orders as we waited in line. The wait was minimal and the food is always so delicious. We tried out the new chicken club biscuit. Of course if was phenomenal. I also purchased the French Toast muffin and the honey bun. I honestly believe that there is not a bad item on the menu. If you have not tried Biscuitville, you are missing out.

Biscuitville has been amazing for my company. I pull in, give them my order, and within 5 minutes or less Im on the road with warm food. The customer service is definitely top notch and I really appreciate that. The building is clean and sanitized. Thanks Biscuitville for providing excellent service to our Madison Heights community.

Food good. But not impressed with the pre-order line like chick fil a. One lady and 3 cars backed up. Drive thru was open. I needed to look at the menu but had to get the cashiers attention to order. The woman who was pre-ordering behind me wasnt happy i got in front of her but i needed to look at he menu. Sorry lady

Biscuitville is the absolute BEST place to go for breakfast! I guess I love it like I do because their biscuits are as close to the kind of biscuits that my mom made! The rest of the food (bacon, eggs, sausage, ect.) is real food and not processed like a lot of places!You want a real breakfast up to 2 p.m., go to Biscuitville!!! Youll be glad you did!

When I visited my friend in North Carolina I did not realize what great food you have, why cant you open one up in Maryland cuz I sure do miss the place.

Best biscuits in town. They use fresh eggs and handmade biscuits so its basically biscuit heaven on Earth.

Good food and during the busiest of times they have 2 employees in the parking lot taking orders which when I got here the line was wrapped around the building and it took me less than 5 minutes to get in and out

The biscuits here are wonderful. The perfect crumb. Moist. Delicious. They held up well as a sandwich. I had fried chicken and fried steak. My husband had bacon, egg, and cheese, as well as steak. All delicious. The bacon was especially tasty. I would have loved a little gravy to dip the steak biscuit in. That would have put it over the top. We will stop again when we come through Lynchburg.

Omg, I love this place so much!! Ive only gone twice but I could easily eat there every morning. It goes without saying that I greatly enjoy everything that I order. Its always hot and fresh, and I LOVE that the eggs on their breakfast biscuits are actual eggs, and not some egg substitute mixture mess. Oh! And the staff is so great, especially with the pandemic going on. Their friendly and fast with this service and I just cant praise them enough!! 😍

I ordered my usual - the spicy chicken biscuit combo (no honey) with sweet tea, country fries. The food was delicious, very fresh and hot. Customer service was great, as always. The updated location and building look very nice.

Fast service with a smile, eventhough, order was not right. If you go to MadHgts, you must ask for a paper menu as you cannot order at the outside menu. A young man is taking orders. Please have him to read order back to you and then have cashier read order back when you get to window.

One of the friendliest places Ive been in years. Good fresh YUMMY food and what a lot of places lack these days, service with a smile. They care about how your meal is, remember your name, make polite conversation...in a word, they care. Wish theyd come to Richmond.

Biscuits are dry, service was fast, the ladies at the counter kept telling us they could take our order and we repeatedly had to tell them we were still trying to decide what we wanted but you have to stand close to the counter or part of the menu is blocked. Too overpriced for the quality of the food. The new building is really nice.

It is partially open for drive thru only. Their company headquarters is in North Carolina so they will not open inside till NC goes into their phase.Food is great though.

Ive never been to a biscuitville before but this one set the bar pretty high for me... the moment I walked up to the counter someone immediately greeted me and took my order promptly. The food was prepared fast and it was very good. I even enjoyed the orange juice! Overall the restaurant was pretty clean. I definitely be back for breakfast or maybe even lunch!
