Beautiful summer colors. Lots of pretty dresses and rompers. Some cute name brand stuff if youre into it I saw some lululemon and hunter boots. Prices range from 11.99-24.99 and there are some tagged items. Casual clothing for a night out. Lots of cute wristlets near the registers.I never recommend selling because you typically leave disappointed so just be prepared. Theyve made the check in process for selling easier, but in my experience its just best to be a shopper. The good thing is whatever you dont want to keep can be donated.

Better off just donating your cloths. The amount of money they give you for items is just insulting. Also several items they claim they did not want and will donate for you, were seen on the rack for sale the next time I came in.

Before the pandemic there was an amazing selection. It was impeccable. I used to go there every lunch hour. Now they force people even if vaccinated to wear masks while the store itself is run down and dirty. Very disappointed. They dont seem to have anything for anybody who is not a size small or medium- Even their stuff presented as large or extra large is for like sizes 8-10. What happened to this place? Not sure but Im certainly not going back. You probably will find better stuff at a Goodwill.

No knock on the place itself, but the service is TERRIBLE! The cashier, while taking entirely too long to ring up 6 items, wouldnt allow my THREE YEAR OLD to use the restroom and she almost wet herself. I left my items on the counter and will NEVER return, and will tell everyone I know to shop somewhere where they treat people like human beings.

They take a little more than Platos closet but dont pay as much. Good selection of clothes though. Inside is bomb.

I was a little surprised for them not taking some good clothes but I understood after looking at the clothes they sell. One thing I can tell, they took double the clothes from the same bunch I took that same day to the other place and paid more per piece in average. It is an advantage that they accept mens clothes as well.

Terrible customer service... I was looking to sell some merchandise at Uptown Cheapskate. And, I was here an hour and a half before closing. But they said that it was too late to sell anything, yet their website said that they stop accepting sells an hour before. You would think that I came in too late though the site said otherwise? No..To make things worse, they accepted some other customers that came in to sell items. Very bias and I would not recommend going here to sell new or used items.Edit- I believe that you have me confused with another customer. I only came in once and I did not even have my items looked at... The cashiers literally looked at me and told me that you stopped selling. But it was a lie. I definitely would remember if you AT LEAST looked at the merchandise I brought. Especially since its a long drive for me.

I would just like to say that this is one of my favorite places to go clothes shoping. They always have a wide selection of good quality clothes at reasonable prices, a helpful and knowledgable staff, plenty of dressing rooms, and a store that is always spotless and clean. Miss Breeze is always super friendly and accommodating, and she is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure her customers are satisfied. Props to her and the whole UC crew.

I’ve been here a few times and absolutely love the clothes and prices. I debated on writing a review because mine is the same as most. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I was going to ask the women behind the counter to hold some clothes that I knew I was already getting. Before I could speak up the nice woman beside me shook her head and said don’t bother. After standing there for someone to speak to me, the women I was told not to speak with finally lifted her head from the table where she had been napping apparently. and just took my clothes without saying a word. I finally got the counter and the other women took 15 minutes to ring up 4 items and never said anything to me. I only knew the price after reading the receipt. I’m sure nothing will be done about this because I am not the first to review with these SAME ISSUES

Great service! Staff are very friendly and willing to help in whatever way they can. A pretty good selection of clothes as well. Great NC State collection and a lot of awesome outerwear. Fitting rooms are available during Covid!

2 great young men assisted me. It was an awesome experience better than my last visit. Everytime I go I spend over $100 but I get great items at great prices.

The first employee I had who took in my clothes and explained the process was very friendly and helpful, and I wouldve had a perfectly nice selling experience...if not for the employee I had at the end who gave me the cash and clothes they didnt take. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and condescending when Id done literally nothing but walk in and was told by the nice employee that she (the rude employee) would be with me in a moment. I remained patient and polite with a friendly tone and said please & thank you, yet she still acted like I was making her go out of her way to do her job and give me the clothes and cash. I did absolutely nothing to warrant an attitude like that. I still thanked her out of habit, but she had me wishing I hadnt. Why would I thank someone for acting like Im not worth their time at all? Attitudes like this are a HUGE deterrent to coming back.Just one upside is that I actually got to leave the store and could come back within 30 mins of their phone call. According to other reviews, you usually have to stay the whole time, but maybe the policys a little more lax now, or maybe I just got lucky with an employee who allowed me to leave. And I also got lucky in that I was the only one whose clothes they had to sort through at that time. I ended up getting called around 30 mins later. Who knows how long the wait wouldve been if there were others ahead of me?Only reason Id ever come back to try to sell again is because I got paid more than expected. Id tried Platos Closet right before and they took literally nothing as expected, but Uptown Cheapskate surprisingly took some. But even then, I think I just got weirdly lucky (which never happens) because usually these places never take anything. And I highly doubt Ill EVER get lucky enough again for them to take even one item in the future. I dont even know if they actually looked through everything or only rifled through the top.The quality of customer service really, really matters, even if customers dont say anything about it in the moment or show an overt reaction to how theyre treated. Unfortunately, it seems like it depends on the employee you get, which you--again unfortunately--cant control. I also filled out a little survey they email you after you sell to them and aired out my frustrations there (in a civil manner), but somehow I have a strange inkling those things never have any sort of impact on the way they work anyway.

Don’t waste your time. They clearly don’t look through all the clothes brought in because there were several nice, name brand items they wouldn’t take due to “wear” or “style” that had never been worn. Didn’t realize American Eagle, Tory Burch, and Abercrombie & Fitch were “out of style” either. Meanwhile, they have clothes from Walmart hanging in their store. For the two items they would take (out of the 50 I brought in), they offered me an embarrassing amount of money for ($4 total for items worth $100+). If you really need the cash like me, you’re better off just donating to Goodwill and getting a tax write-off. Or try selling on FB marketplace. But don’t bother wasting your time with places like this.

Dropped off some clothes for my daughter, did a little shopping for myself. Quite a good selection even for men. Found a great shirt.

This place is a huge disappointment both as a buyer and a seller. They didn’t take a single item “due to wear”, however had they taken the time to look through all of the items they would have seen three of them still had tags on them. I had a pair of black lululemon shorts that had been worn ONCE that “showed wear”? I browsed the store for 20 minutes while I waited and everything was significantly more worn than the items I brought in. Don’t waste your time here.

Complete lack of customer service. Stood in front of the register wanting to check out and they rudely ignored us despite being a few feet away behind the counter, after several attempts to get their attention. Another lady walked in and she said Hi, how may I help you? looking right past us. After finally deciding to be pushy after being patient, I very loudly said Excuse me, are you going to check us out or not..? Then the lady spoke up and said they were having problems with the register... I assume as an excuse for not giving us service, because about 30 seconds later they checked us out. Was very odd and definitely seemed to intentionally be ignoring me and my girlfriend.

Took alot of EUC items, i.e- jrs peacoat from belk, cute dresses from belk, brand new hydraulic jeans, lots of dressy summer tanks, all from belk, TJ Maxx or Belk, over 60 items, and none could be bought, bc they werent the stores style... lol so confused bc platos closet bought every single thing... except the accident stack of shirts the were meant for the goodwill! Lol what a waste of gas.Funny thing is they had walmart brands on the mannequin 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

This store used to be fun to go to and fun to shop at, but they have done several things in my last few visits that irritated me to the point of probably no return.1) They’ve changed their policy so that if you are selling to them you have to wait inside the store, regardless of how long the wait is. Which is funny because the paper they make you sign still says that you can leave as long as you pick up an hour before closing.2) Even when you take in multiple large bags of nice clothing, they claim everything is either out of style or just unable to be purchased. Which is extremely interesting in itself because a quick look around the store and you can see the damaged, stained, and out of style stuff on their racks. And, you can tell they only went through the top items in the bag, especially when you stand in the store and have full view of it!3) The employees are always extremely loud and have no regard for who is standing around them. Also, while some of the employees are nice I’ve experienced shortness and rudeness from several in this location. Incidentally, the waits for people probably take so long because they are all standing around talking most of the time (although I will say my most recent visit was very quick as no one else was selling at the time and they didn’t go through everything.)I’ve frequented Platos and Uptown’s for a while now and this location is by far the most obnoxious to deal with. You maybe can find some cute stuff as a buyer (although I have my own problems with that, as I’ve seen stuff with original price tags still on only marked down two dollars... this is supposed to be a consignment shop right?), but it is almost never worth the hassle as a seller.

This is a good place to buy clothes of any kind, they have it all. The store is clean and I love how its organized by category of clothing and sizes. The workers are very friendly. The prices are absolutely amazing. I recommend checking this store first before going out to the chain stores when looking for an outfit, shoes, or accessories.

The majority of my wardrobe is from this store! Its a thrift store so the selection can be a little hit or miss, but the quality is generally super high and the prices cant be beat. The store itself is super clean and well organized. Ive had mixed success with selling clothes, but it makes sense that their offers would fluctuate based on season, existing stock, etc. Highly recommend if youre looking for nice clothes on a budget!

I was driving by and noticed people outside so I stopped. They were having a semi annual sale. Steve, the owner, was very charismatic and giving. For $16 I got a bag full of things, probably 20 quality shirts and 4 pairs of shoes. I’ve already worn 2 of the items I bought. Great place to find deals!

Always great finds just dislike that it seems the prices have gone up since last summer. I really liked alot of the things that I found but I was discouraged to buy because I thought to myself this wouldve been cheaper last summer.

Ive gotten some of my most interesting clothes from this store! In reference to some of the other reviews, they can be strict on returns and buying your clothes, but the rules are pretty clear. Selection and buying preferences change seasonally so there is always new stuff. Clothes generally cater to the college demographic, but anyone can find something good here for a reasonable price.

Every single time I come up here it’s one thing or another. This time they couldn’t take my clothes because they had a “large “ amount to look through . Even though I came 30 minutes away. They could’ve at least done something for me.

A long time customer that had become dissatisfied by the actions of the staff, only to return and have an amazing experience. So much so, that I shared with them the reasons I had stopped coming and commended then on their turnaround. Biggest issue for me was staff that did not speak, etc. However I must say the new manager from D.C, is a breath of fresh air. Uptown please hold onto him, because he is taking you back up!

The place looks like its affordable and not too crowded. Today (9/28) was fill an entire bag for $15 on specially-marked items. It tells when the sale started but it never specified when it ended. I went with my son a little later and asked about the sale and they told me it was over. When technically its still the 28th. If its going to end at a certain time that needs to be announced through the texts sent. Because if not (like today) I feel it should last until the store closes at 8.

This is a great store for any type of clothes you need!! Great prices.

BE WARY!if you buy anything from this store make sure you check the garment before you go home!! I recently bought a dress there and got it home was wearing it the next day and discovered a giant hole on the side seam!! :( Now I know that a majority of the items in the store are resale but still shouldnt these items at the very least be free of holes and stains I mean youre still asking $14.99 for this dress with the giant hole.... This wouldnt be that big a deal (it was an easy fix only because the hole was on the seam) if I hadnt tried to sell clothes to the store as well. Their buying policy ask that clothes are clean and in good to excellent condition...holes in clothing = neither good nor excellent condition. The buyer was as vague as possible as to the reasons why they could take these things but then passed on others....and I am 85% sure they were just saying the same thing to every customer regardless of what they were selling...like do these people even look at the items?? we passed on these items due to common wear and styles that just dont sell WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?? I will be going back to this store because they do have some good deals (I managed to find an awesome Asos dress for about 12 bucks; that was also free of holes... STEAL!!) but again be warned if you want to find the good stuff you will need to have a solid amount of time to find it in this madhouse of various sizes, colors and brands(Organization??....I am really curious as to what exactly the employees of this store do...). If you are lucky maybe a more attentive staff member will be working and you might get a little help...but dont hold your breathe. Also dont expect anywhere near what you paid for the items youre selling with a pay out rate of 25-30% of what an item is priced for rarely will you be offered more than 7 or 8 bucks for an item. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

So frustrated by this location. Came with two bags of really nice items (including men’s clothing- listed as a most wanted item on their website!!!), and was told I needed to wait in the store for 1.5 hours while they “went through my items”. So 1.5 hours comes and goes, and they tell me they cannot take a SINGLE item because the items aren’t in style. Turns out they went through the top 2 items in each bag and didn’t touch anything else!!!!! This is like the third time this has happened to me here.

This place has disappointingly gone downhill. It used to be a great place to shop , but now it’s difficult to find items that aren’t torn, tattered, stained or kinda trashy. Recognizable name brands have been taken over by mass-produced junk. Some of the shoes I’ve found on my most recent trips have been literally falling apart (not to mention smelly).

The prices were great! Lots of things were 50% or 75% off! Amani helped us at the changing rooms and she was amazing! We had lots of clothes to try on and she checked on us and kept the clothes we wanted for us so we could keep shopping hands free. Great experience! We will be back for sure.

Apparently they’ve changed their policy where they force you to stay in store if you are selling to them. You can’t even sit in your car. I went as soon as they opened and was quoted 45 minutes. They didn’t not finish until TWO HOURS later. They didn’t even start looking through my clothes until after an hour of waiting. Of the two employees working, 1 was on the phone for 30 minutes talking about rearranging the store, and the other was sitting at the register doing nothing. There were maybe a total of 3 people in the store shopping. This is ridiculous and I will never come back to sell here again. It’s absurd that you are forced to stay there and then they don’t follow through on their quoted time.

Of all of the Uptown Cheapskates I have been to, this one is my favorite.It is almost directly beside NC State, which means there is a constant flow of cute clothes coming in, and they have to mark down prices a lot more often to keep up. A lot of the clothes are very nice like they have either never been worn or only been worn once.I am honestly addicted to coming here. It makes for a really good way to spend a Saturday afternoon when I am trying to not think about stressful school things.

The NC state location offered the worst service I have ever experienced. They have a policy where clients can’t leave the store while clothes is being gone through which I understand but they are extremely understaffed. They told me it would take an hour to go through my clothes and it’s been two. The third time I asked how long my clothes will take they said another 30 minutes.I’ve been here for three hours and I’m never coming back. I do not recommend.They have limited seating. Multiple people are switching seats while waiting for hours.If it’s going to take more than an hour to go through a bag of clothes, don’t take my service.1/10Worst retail experience.

Almost every time Ive come in to sell theyve said its about an hour and a half wait time, which is no problem. You can drop your clothes off, theyll call you when theyre done, then come pick them up. Super easy.But tonight the woman told me I would have to wait in the store. On the website it says their selling hours are until 7, store clothes at 8. So if I got here at 5, why would I have to wait in the store until 6:30 for you to go through my stuff?Lately I get the feeling they dont want anyone bringing in New items which is why they give crazy long wait times and now this new rule. Used to love this place but now? No thanks.

Came here to sell some items, dropped off my items and was told by all three employees to wait until my name was called. Its been 20 minutes and my items havent been touched. Meanwhile, all three employees have been discussing the iCloud, talking on their phones, and complaining about how they dont have enough time off... Please learn how to not be lazy and to respect other peoples time. Im here with my wife and there is one other person in the entire store. My name still hasnt been called.

I always find shopping here to be hit or miss. Sometimes you find real gems, like a Banana Republic winter coat in near perfect condition that I got for $20, and sometimes theres nothing that really grabs my fancy. Selling your old clothes here is a great way to earn some money back! Theyll pay you in cash, or 25% more in store credit.

I am writing this review because every time I go to this store there are a bunch of kids playing around. No one asked me if I needed help because they are too busy in their phones. I noticed there are always new faces. I wonder why they can’t keep employees. I will never ever go back .

There are a good selection of items at fair prices.However, the sales associates are fairly unfriendly. I did have one friendly person help me at the dressing rooms, didn’t catch her name. The cashier at the register did not say one word to me and took 15 minutes to check out 15 items. Was unbearably long waiting there for her to scan every item. Then I went to leave and there were still security tags that she missed so had to go back for her to check through the bag again.When I got home I noticed an item was missing from my bag, but was on my receipt. I called to ask if it had been left on the counter/fell etc, and they said I must have lost it somewhere between their front door and my car..... I parked directly in front of the door, seems pretty impossible. Did not offer to refund for the one item or any other helpful solution, just that I lost the item.Despite the good prices and items, I can’t handle that low level of customer service and will not be returning there.

Really like this place for the prices. Hit or miss, but I have found some great deals. I cant give them five stars because of the customer service. There are some people there that are actively helpful, and will come and ask you if youd like to put your clothes in a basket if they see you with your arms full, but many people that work there that seem like they wouldnt come to help you if you were on fire. I rarely ever get a hello or welcome when I come in even though the front desk is very near the door and someone is always standing there. So unfortunately the workers in general arent much better or more attentive than a place like Platos Closet. They are basically having fun chatting and are interrupted by you when you need help. But nonetheless some good stuff.

My new favorite store for really cool clothes! Will be going back with my 12 year old.

The staff is extremely rude. Went to sell a large amount of quality clothes and was told You need to wait here while we sort through your clothes. I cant allow you to go anywhere else. Otherwise, you can go to Platos Closet. The employee seemed to be on a power trip and was very condescending. Will not return.

This is THE store to go to for used designer clothes! Way better than any Platos Closet by far. Everything is organized beautifully, the prices are reasonable and the staff is nice. I pretty much always leave with a pair or two of designer jeans when I stop in. Highly recommended, my absolute favorite store for bargain shopping!

Terrible service. I was greeted with you need to wait in the store while your clothes are being sorted if not you can leave and go to our competitor with a huge additude.You cant even explore the complex.Very impractical, if you are going to have people wait at a minimum of an hour atleast provide comfortable seating.

First a dark haired guy offered me a box which i thought was nice even though i was about to try on my clothes and didnt need it, then a very tall guy closed me out. He made conversation which was pleasant after my long day at work rather than the silence you get with a lot of cashiers. The prices are awesome, i love this place :)

Greatest selection, best prices, very dangerous to my wallet. I always go in just looking for one outfit for this weekend and walk out with a new pair of heels I didnt need, boots that wont be in season until next year but they were too cute to pass up, at least one handbag, and a new wardrobe. Its a problem. But I just cant stop once I get in the shop!Oh, not to mention that whole would you like a plastic bag? no? alright were donating that money then! is like the coolest thing ever for a store to do to make a small but important impact on the world.

Cute shop for second-hand clothes. Styles are aimed at teen/young adults but sometimes you can designer pieces for a fraction of the price. This place is a step up from the chaos of a Platos Closet but still is not on par with an upscale consignment shop.

Good selection of gently used items. Love that they offer to donate the price of a bag to charity (even if I don’t know which one)..less bags = less waste and I’m all about it

I came in with two bags of Nike, American eagle, Hollister, Under armour clothing and waited about two hours for them to review my clothes and they told me I couldn’t leave the store. They took 7 prices of clothing, because my other clothing was “out of date”? But they have the most out of date and hideous women’s clothing in the store ? I saw the most damaged shoes and stained blouses and dresses. It was extremely disappointing and it didn’t make sense to me.

I like how they have a HUGE selection of clothing and items at all time. However, the amount of time it takes for them to search through your bags is outrageous esp. since they offer such a low amount. They offered me 6.00 for 3 items after I had to wait for two hours. The girl who was greeting people selling clothes was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I will continue to sell my clothes to the apex location instead of this location for now on.

They pride themselves on only taking good brands, but accept Faded Glory from Walmart and hardly mark the price down. Other than that, its a cool looking store thats usually clean. Staff have been hit or miss in terms of friendliness.

Cant give less than 1 star but I wish I could. I went there 3 days in a row trying to sell clothes and the first two days they turned me away because they were short staffed, even though the store was not busy and the employees just seemed to be standing around. When they did take my clothes I gave them 3 trashbags worth and they only took about 5 items from them for a total of 15 dollars, and it took them over an hour to go through the bags. Not worth anyones time. Might as well throw your clothes and time in the garbage. Also I took some nice almost unworn clothes in there and they didnt buy them, while the majority of the clothes in there are old, dirty, and very worn

Ive been shopping here for years now, and I have had no issue. I went today however, and arrived at about 6:15, saturdays it says you close at 8 and you take your last drop off at 8. The women running the buying counter, told me that there were a couple people in line ahead of me, and that she wouldnt be finished by seven. I found her response completely unreasonable considering the fact that I had showed up 45 minutes before last call. Ive worked in a franchise very similar to this one and this isnt how the job works. I am highly disappointed in the service Ive received today , I drove over 30 minutes to even get to the store just to get turned down without consideration, outside of your written rules.

Don’t sell your clothes there!!!!! They won’t “allow” you to step outside the store while waiting for at least two hours for them to go through your clothes! Front desk people were extremely rude and had a huge attitude and like to power trip you. Go to their competitors because apparently they don’t want your clothes there.

It is absolutely absurd that they require people to stay in the store when selling items. There is very limited seating and no Wi-Fi. Why would I sit here for an a hour when I can go to Platos Closet or the Clothes Mentor and drop off my items to sell. The staff was very rude and no apology was given for the new and inconvenient policy. Instead, they told us if we dont like it, we can go to one of their competitors. Ok, no problem!

I brought in a whole tub of NAME BRAND ITEMS. Hollister, A&E, J.Crew, Polo, Nike, Charlotte Russe, CALVIN KLINE JEANS etc.. and you gave me my whole bin back and said nothing was trending in here.....???? nothing had a stain/hole/nub only in great condition not even iffy items. I’ve worked in retail.. Disrespectful to me, that I waited over an hr with little seating and not aloud to leave your store while you go through items just for you to “maybe” have gone through my stuff looking at everyone else’s reviews... I had to ask the lady at the counter again what she meant by “trending” but never got a response just a blank stare. Like y’all just handed back items your selling in your store and you say you accept gently used items all year round.. OBVI NOT!!!!! It’s 2019 I’m not gonna bring in dusty clothes to waste your time, but you waisted mine. Sad.... Loved the store but until they get employees to do there job and stop being lazy. I WILL NOT BE BACK. NOR WILL I RECOMMEND. I drove over an hr to sell my clothes just to tote everything back out the store without anyone offering a 120lb girl down the stairs with a bin full of clothes that’s werent good enough to be on YOUR shelves 🙃

Was excited to check this place out after hearing several radio ads.. was sadly disappointed. I went in-3 people behind register and 1 working the floor..not one of them acknowledged me. Judging by the prices they are uptown alright-would have hoped for some common courtesy or at least a little customer service. Its an overpriced Goodwill...at least Goodwill employees have sense enough to say hello..

This place is a rip off!! I took Brand new Gucci shoes in there and a moschino belt and they offered me 40 dollars? Then a friend of mine took 5 polos that he never worn before and still had the price tag on them and they denied all of it. Really? Ralph Lauren ? Brand new? Then also they won’t tell you over the phone the amount of cash that you will be receiving for your items they make you come all the way back just to offer you chump change or send you packing even if your clothes are brand new. I hope this place runs out of business and I’m already discussing a boycott with nc state students!!!!

I really like this store. Ive shopped for my teenage son and daughter there. Ive bought North Face jackets, Levis, Converse, Sperrys and other name brand clothes and shoes in very good condition and unbeatable prices. As a single parent I shop here first before going to TJ Maxx, Ross or Marshalls, then the mall.

Really great selection of trendy name brand slightly used clothing. Always able to find some incredible deals.

After this boy got done rininging up the person he didn’t bother to at least tell me “ma’am we’ll be with you in a second” no! A person with clothes comes in and he turns around and attends them soo okayy I’m okay with that, but THEN! a girl comes to ring people up and they knew I was standing there in front of the counter with my things on it and she goes to the cash register that’s next to where I’m at and attends the person who was behind me. Like, WWOOOOOOWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!! I left my things on the counter and left. It was too ridiculous for me. Poor customer service... they really need to hire welcoming and mature people because the staff they have now is ridiculous

Definitely not a thrift store, its more like an over priced resale store.

They werent very clear that I wouldnt get the clothes back they wouldnt buy. The wait was 3 hours so I waited until the next day since I had dinner plans. Came back the next day and they had tossed all my clothes and given me a 12 dollar store credit. Very disappointing. I was trying to get rid of clothes not buy more.

The customer service wasnt that great but the prices are very affordable, the location.is great and the brands are current

Went into just to see what it was like and was very misled by the website. Nothing was designer and the place was filthy. Most items for sale were in poor condition and formerly from stores like Walmart and Target. NOTHING high end at all. On par with Goodwill or of even lower quality if that is possible.

I loved the staff, exchanged my clothes for store credit because they have unique items! You cant beat the price either!!

Went there to sell some unwanted clothes and had to wait for 30mins for them to check out everything. I brought 4 pairs of AF jeans and a few other nice unbranded ones. Also brought 1 leather jacket, 2 Adidas and 1 Nike graffiti shirts. At the end they told me they couldnt take any of my stuff b/c they are OUT OF STYLE. I call that BS. Since when did AF, Adidas and Nike became out of style? lmao! All of my stuff are like new, only wore them a few times. TBH, I think my clothes are TOO nice for their store to take. Most of things they have seemed very cheap and were probably from Walmart or Target. And they made you fill out all of your personal infos including your driver license #, etc. Definitely the worst experience ever!

I think this store is wonderful if you want up-to-date clothing. The scenery is gorgoeus and I absolutely adore the store entirely. But I was disturbed on the customer service that I received. Upon entering the store there was no greeting which I found to be extermely rude. However I did not let that stop me from shopping. Once I finished shopping I proceed to the checkout. As I approched the cashier again there was no greeting.. She stood there and did not say hello, hi or nothing at all. She continued to stare at me blankly as I put my clothes on the counter. My first assumption was ok maybe shes having a bad day. But halfway out of the door she spoke to the gentlemen that was behind me. I found it to be strange and very disrepectful. I have been in this store several times and ALL of the workers were very nice and respectful.. But this particular individual who proclaims to be a MANAGER. Does not deserve that title. Although I will not disclose any names like I should. I believe that others should know about the rudeness that goes in this store.. Again not all of the workers were rude but I thought I would share my final experience in that store.

Overpriced. Bought a Lily Pulitzer bag as a gift.... Found the exact same bag brand new in a retail store for the same price.
