Amazing quality

We purchased several rugs at this store in 2018 totaling more than 10k. We were generally satisfied with our purchases until recently when the design on one of our more expensive rugs began to fade and then disappear in large areas of the rug. The rug was not in a high-traffic area and was not placed in direct sunlight, so we were puzzled by the increasingly unsightly appearance of the rug. I reached out to the store owner who told me to bring the rug in so that he could look at it. After examining the rug, the owner said he had never seen this happen before. He told his assistant to let me pick out another rug, clearly implying that he would replace the defective rug. After spending a good 20 minutes flipping through rugs and selecting a replacement, the store owner said that he would only give us a credit towards the purchase of the replacement, which meant that we would have to shell out approximately the same amount of money that we had paid for the original, defective rug. I felt deceived into believing that the owner would replace the defective rug when, in fact, he wanted us to buy a new one from him at a price that we probably could have negotiated without trading in the defective rug. Needless to say, I was not happy with wasting my time, let alone the money we wasted on the defective rug. To add insult to injury, when I told the owner that we would just keep the rug, he had the audacity to state that the faded/disappeared design would probably come back. The design has as much chance of coming back as we do to this store - zero.

Bought a rug from here and its beautiful. The owner was very friendly and not pushy. He showed me a ton of rugs in his store and in the end I found one for a good price. I will come here again for future rug purchases.

Great customer service. They let us take a rug home to try in our space. We ended up going with a different rug from a different store, but would highly recommend Legacy to anyone. we had a great experience here and will be back in the future!
