These are what $15,000 shaker cabinets look like. They look like a second grader put touch up paint on them. Don’t waste your time. I spent $75,000 on a kitchen to have my cabinets look like they are from Home Depot. We got replacement doors which were worse when we opened the boxes there were food prints on the doors and imperfections everywhere and they weren’t out of the box yet. So now I have cabinet doors that look like Home Depot. :/

Great Quality! Also, it is very easy to get in touch with a representative through their website if you have any questions or concerns! I work for a builder, and our customers seem very happy with their products! The only reason why I didnt give it a full 5 stars is because sometimes it is hard to find the right cabinets when ordering for super custom kitchens.

Update-cabinets are continuing to rapidly deteriorate due to softness and will look like junk before long. So disappointed in the biggest remodel expense we have done in our home.Find someone else to buy your cabinets from. I would leave 0 stars if google would let me. We remodeled our kitchen this summer, and have used our cabinets for approximately 2 months. There are already an unacceptable amount of dents, dings, and paint chips. After realizing on the very first day of use how very soft and poorly made these cabinets are, I have been extremely careful. If a dish bumps it at all going in or out, it leaves a mark. Our old cabinets had been in our kitchen since the 90s and these have more damage in 2 months of use than the old ones did in 25 years. I was hoping that KCD would stand behind their product, and was encouraged by my first conversation with a representative. However, after a couple days, I received an email from that representative that their leadership team determined that the damage was not manufacturing defects and they would not be offering any solutions other than sending a touch up kit and spray. A touch up kit is clearly necessary, but these cabinets will have to be replaced within a year or will just look terrible. KCD does not stand behind their product. Buying these cabinets is not worth the money you save. The quality is as cheap as the price. You will definitely get what you pay for. Also, you cannot replace just a door if there is damage they don’t cover. You actually have to purchase the entire cabinet. If you find a contractor that only uses this company, find another contractor because their work will likely be as subpar as the cabinets themselves.

We like KCD because they offer a line of cabinets that is designed for professional cabinet builders. They assemble much faster with the staple and glue system then other cam, tab and slot, or screw in corner cabinet suppliers products. Now with the cabinets being sold at the local Rugby distributor we can save on freight and have fast delivery of some items.ThanksDave

KCD has been a very valuable partner and one of the best companies to get cabinets from. They always put there customers first and the staff is very helpful and attentive.

I have been buying cabinets here for years. They are wholesale only by the way. The office staff is helpful and a pleasure to work with. The warehouse help is always quick to help when I pickup. The delivery driver Rob is the best! Not a huge selection but that is intentional. The have a few styles/colors but make a lot of them. Think Model T production. That is what makes them such a great value. Much better construction than the name brand cabinets for less.

Great quality cabinets at a great price!

Purchased the KCD Shaker white cabinets for my rental house. The renter damaged one of the doors and drawer front.KDC does not offer replacement parts. You have to purchase the entire cabinet to get a door or drawer front. Not good.

Deciding to work wih KCD is the smartest thing weve done. Everything, from their website, cutomer service and sales rep, is not only informative, but also user friendly! We have had no problems with anything and their customer relations is top notch. Most questions or concerns are answered same day. This is how a business should work!

I love KCD! As a designer I choose kcd for my projects because of the quality and quick turn around time. They also have a great selection of finishes and doorstyles that are on trend.

Their subcontractor Mill Work City is to be avoided. Sent cheaply made cabinets with no instructions and online instructions to put together with staples. Particleboard shelving. Was missing several drawers and said had to pay for the drawers. No customer service offered. Avoid this place.So disappointing because RTA cabinets have not had this issue in the past!

Discrimination ! . i had an interview with them for a delivery driver position. they told me that i would get a second interview next Wednesday when the boss come back from Texas well that never happen .i kept calling no one would return my call for 3 weeks the person that interviewed me kept telling me how he interviewed 18 people and didnt like none of them. so i finally got in touch with the HR lady they couldnt give me a reason why they didnt want to hire me all they kept saying i didnt (FIT FOR THE JOB ) but my resume speaks different if thats the case why did they even call me in for an interview just to see what my skin complexion was

I have been doing business with KCD for over a year and have consistently received top notch customer service that far exceeds that of other providers of imported, RTA cabinetry.

I ordered cabinets for the whole house for many thousand dollars of dollars in slate grey and white. I dont want any earth tones in my house like brown or red so I went with 3 shades of grey and white and black for floors and walls and accessories.When semi truck driver got close to my residence he called and said he couldnt back down driveway and asked if I had a forklift to unload the palletized product. I said no you are not delivering this to a business, its my house and he gave me a hard time and i ended up having to reschedule after he called his dispatcher. So the next week another semi truck pulled along the side of the road and I had to break said pallets down and carry them from the busy highway my house is on all the way to my garage one heavy piece at a time. Once i got a chance to look at the slate cabinets that were suppose to have a grey stain according to the salesman and the picture I noticed that these cabinets are brown. I opened one up and put it in the kitchen under my grey wall and wow these are brown! Not just grey that has a brown tint but seriously brown as brown can be! My whole plan for the house ruined, the company was called and was given a picture of the door on their website and the cabinets I received next to each other to show them that these dont look anything like each other and if I put these cabinets in my kitchen it will ruin my whole color scheme that I have spent months working on and Id have to repaint the whole house and have the one color in the house I didnt want. This company said they only look brown, once I put them up they will look grey like Im some kind of idiot. I can see and Im not color blind and these are so brown it makes me sick. So they will not exchange them for white or the lighter grey and they wont let me return them or make it right in any way but say they are what I ordered when I know they are not even close to what I ordered and it been an awful experience having to deal with these money grubbers. If you send a bad batch of cabinets out, make it right! I have been saving up my whole adult life to build a home and it makes me sad that people like this try so hard to ruin it for me. Dont trust anyone. Its a shame you have to order things that you dont want just because it would be hard to mess that up right? I would give them 0 stars If I could. And this is all coming from someone who never rates things like this

Very cheap, didn’t include directions. It’s not clearly stated that a cabinet may not include drawers. Using the tools as instructed on their website actually causes damage to the cabinet. Cabinet style pictured is not what was received. Poor customer service.
