Customer service by Oscar is and was outstanding: . I could not ask for better. Service has always been courteous, prompt, patient with changes and knowledgeable. Product price and quality of materials is especially good and came in at about 1/3 of the price of a custom cabinet bid from my preferred local cabinet maker. This is a new install so I cannot comment on longevity of the cabinets or hardware but given what I see so far I am beyond pleased. Thanks, Oscar

Top Notch Customer Service! We were in the midsts of a basement project which was beyond past due by two months. When the bathroom inspection came we failed needing to remove the larger 36 vanity and replace it with a 30. To add to the stress we had a timeline of leaving town the following Saturday. Brad was amazing! We called on a Friday in a drastic panic (for our contractor) Brad did not have the size in stock so offered to cut one down to fit. Shipped it out the next business day and we had it by Tuesday! Same with a replacement side panel. Due to his sense of urgency and genuine care the project was completed before the following Friday, inspection passed and our trip was still on as planned. Never did he make us feel we were bothering him as Im sure we called a zillion times for an update he was always polite and happy to help :) a true gem to J&K! The cabinet quality is right up there with slow close doors and dovetailed pull outs. They completed our project beautifully. THANK YOU!!!!

Came through for me FAST. My contractor is scheduled to come and install my bathroom vanity tomorrow. I had purchased a vanity several weeks ago and when it came in today, I had total buyers remorse. These are a very good quality cabinets. Better than the home improvement stores at a less expensive price. The showroom folks are very accommodating and happy to let you wonder around the showroom and answer questions. They live up to their reputation of not being helpful. If you are not a contractor then they dont want to deal with you - even if your contractor is. They dont think that the end user who gets the cabinets is really their customer. Pretty stupid. We canceled our project with the contractor and went with someone else. I would never go with them - they deserve to go out of business.
