The service was awesome, the video showing the mechanic inspect my car and what he found was text to me. Another text giving me an estimate, suggestions on other services coming due, and allowing me to approve the work. I also was allowed to use discount coupons I found online. I bought my car new from Kia, and have only taken it to them, and I havent been disappointed. I just moved here to North Carolina and this is where I will getting my car serviced!!!

My now fiance and myself went here to purchase a new vehicle. Everything went great she ended up getting a 2022 Kia Sportage and black.I have to say that the young man Tyvon was absolutely incredible. He was so funny charismatic and knew so much about the vehicle in which he was selling. He was not pushy he was extremely courteous and more importantly he provided great customer service.We ended up leaving our garage key in the old car and as soon as we pulled up he had it in hand and handed it to us. Not to mention I noticed the tire pressure was a little low and he had no problem with directing us to the back of the building so he could fill and balance out the tires.Without a shadow of a doubt he provided and was the complete epitome of providing great customer service. I am beyond grateful that he made my fiance feel great as well as myself.I would definitely consider coming back to get a new vehicle with him. 👌🏽‼️💪🏽

Went to test drive an Audi and the representatives were beyond amazing and understanding. I got good vibes from the staff and they are so friendly. I just bought my Benz from Westgate Kia in Wake Forest and had a Horrible experience so Im hoping when I go back Im seriously thinking of trading my vehicle. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a calm window shipping dealership and no pressure to buy anything until you are comfortable. Come to this dealership if you enjoy prospective buyers and CPOs.

Service is fast and fairly priced. Service advisors are friendly and courteous. This app doesnt work well on phone. The free car wash is terrible my car looks worse after they wash it, there is water spots all over like they use dirty water to rinse the car. I will decline the detail in the future.

Fred anderson has a state of the art customer service approach that goes above and beyond all expectations. They take a detailed video of everything going on with your car and explain every recommendation they have for your vehicle. I recently had a check engine light start blinking on and had to have the car towed. I first contacted Hendrick in Cary because they are closer to my home but I was told they were backed up for 2 months and made me feel like I was not important. They also had no recommendations for me. I immediately called Fred Andersom and they fit me in almost immediately. Right from the time I showed up to when I picked up my car, they exceeded expectations. They also surprised me with how quickly and efficiently they worked on vehicles. I really appreciate what they did and I would recommend them over any other Kia dealer in the triangle. Despite them being a little farther, I will choose them over Hendrick any day of the week.

I visited for a scheduled recall process that was not performed as there was no inventory of that part. I was not a surprise guest but had this appointment scheduled 2 weeks prior and also called them a day before to check if the appointment was good, only after their confirmation I visited their service center, on arriving they said that they were not going to make it today due to part unavailable. I traveled 40mins one way and waster my time n energy for this so called scheduled recall service for my kia. Bad customer experience from Fred Anderson Kia Raleigh.

Ive been taking my 2009 Kia Borreqo to Fred Anderson Kia for general maintenance since it was purchased (a long time ago). This vehicle has been one of the best vehicles I have ever owned and I believe its because their technicians know their stuff. They have undoubtedly helped me keep it running! I love this car! Thank you to my Goto Service Advisor - Mike, his backup guy - Chris & the technician(s) who recently installed my new transmission! I love this SUV and hope they will continue to help me keep it on the road until parts are no longer available for it!

While mask wearing is stated as mandatory, several staff wore theirs around their chins and several patrons didnt even bother. While outwardly friendly there was a palpable tension. Same great service. Your best option during these trying times would be drop off.

I recently had my car serviced at Fred Anderson Kia in Raleigh and Chris, the Asst. Service Manager was phenomenal in assisting me. I was so nervous before contacting Kia because my engine died with no forewarning while I was driving and it scared me because I was on the interstate. After contacting Kia and speaking to Chris, he had me tow my car there and he informed me of what was going on. I had my engine replaced, my serpentine belt replaced and my fuel injectors cleaned. Chris informed me of the status of my service and everything took about a week to complete. I usually take my car to Kia in Cary for service, but it does not seem as though they were doing a thorough service check like Kia in Raleigh did. I would definitely go back for service again and I appreciate the great customer service Chris provided.

So I went to pick up my husbands car for a recall that needed to be fixed. He has a 9:30 am appointment the day before. His car wasnt ready that day so I had to get it the next day. My husband texted me they said it was ready around 1pm the next day. I went to pick it up, they couldnt find the paperwork, then said it wasnt ready even though someone called to say the work on the recall was done and it was ready. This isnt the first time things have gone wrong with them. When you have an appointment and you set it up in enough time to have the job done yet after having the car for over 24 hours, you cant seem to get the job done in a timely manner, there is definitely something wrong. So I guess if you want your car fixed in a timely manner you need to wait on it instead of dropping it off. Why have an appointment then?! He was told it would be the same day and it wasnt and no car to use while they have it. Not a good way of doing business. 😠 No I Dont Reccomend this place. An estimate of how long it will take to fix the recall would have been proper.

The service department is great. 5 stars for them! Professional, courteous, helpful, quick, and clean.The sales floor--and waiting area for service--is going to spread Covid. They allow customers who are not wearing masks to walk all over the sales floor talking with many people spreading germs and possible disease. Employees take their mask off (chin masks) between the offices and their desks. General manager takes his mask off and walks through the sales room when he is not speaking to customers. And when people without masks on leave after purchasing their car, no sanitizing is done. And at no point did anyone sanitize or clean chairs in the waiting area between customers. This place is not clean and not safe! This was all on Saturday 12/19/2020.

Performed inspection of engine for possible repair related to recall. I had an afternoon appointment, but dropped my vehicle in the morning. My dash cam was unplugged. It’s not like it was set to record them. You’d have to press record in order for it to work. But I find it highly suspicious that the only thing moved in the interior of my car was the plug for my dash cam. Are they doing things they aren’t supposed to do? Are they messing with my car or others to make us go back and get even more work done? I really don’t like that they felt the need to unplug it.

Replaced my alternator. To do this radiator needs to be removed. They forgot to bolt it down when set back in. Fan chewed up a wiring harness . Month later my transition cooler line started leaking, probably because they bent it vs disconnecting. They fixed my wire harness with electrical tape.....

Our salesman, Ed Olachea, was great. As well as the rest of the personnel there. Ed was no pressure, easy going and knew his product.. The finance guys were good, efficient and no pressure. They asked if we wanted all the standard add-on packages and when told No , didnt push it. Very good experience and we were in and out of there ( including test drive) in under two hours. Would definitely go back again. Which is not often the case with a car dealer

I dont agree I took my Kia forte in cause there is really a knock in the motor and its under warranty and they are telling thats just the way that car runs. Brought my car there twice the work was never done the technicians and the service manager lied about the work they performed on top of that they lied about what was wrong with my vehicle. Each time I brought it to them they had it for a few days and never called with a diagnosis and continued to tell me it was nothing wrong until I sent them pics of the car then they came up with a problem and it wasn’t the real problem. The techs wanted to charge me a high amount of money for a problem that didn’t exist. I’m highly disappointed I missed work, I had to pay for towed vehicle and rentals due to the dealership screwing me around i would never deal with this private own dealership again. I despise liars and people who cheat others just to make a buck.

I am highly disappointed. My car is a 2014 Kia Optima and it’s part of the cars that has engine problems. Before I went in I was told that I did not have to pay anything and that they were going to do a diagnostic on it which I don’t need because I don’t have any lights on and it will only show computer error so I told whoever I spoke to on the phone that and they told me it will be fine and that they would drive it so when I got in they did put it on the machine and of course it didn’t say anything was wrong. So I asked for a Mechanic to drive it. When the mechanic came back he said it was my wheel baron but that will not displaying all the noise but prior to that I was told it for them to test drive my car I had to pay for oil change which I just had one done a month ago so I felt pressured into paying for a oil change. When the sales person came back they Told me that I had to pay $221 and I was confused as to why we have to pay being that I was told over the phone that I was not gonna be charge for it and then for them to say I had to get a oil change just for them to drive my car to do the job that I came there to get done I feel like I was gypped out of money that I didn’t have if they would’ve told me I had to pay for all change in for someone to drive my car up front I would not have done it. I’m just disappointed in the whole experience and me paying for is for them to do nothing to my car for me to still have a problem car I would never recommend this dealership and I would never recommend anybody to buy Kia this car has caused me so much problems.

I purchased a 2020 Kia Telluride from Fred Anderson Kia and it had its first oil change recently and it was a smooth process. Everyone was polite and professional. I decided to also have my car washed and vacuumed while it was there. The charge for the cheapest package was $34.99. They did a great job & even though vacuuming the trunk area was not offered in that package, they still vacuumed it for me, which was unexpected and much appreciated. The staff there are great. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get a vehicle or have their vehicle serviced. Talk to Anthony.

The tech literally took 5 mins, if that to open my hood and tell me the problem. Thats $150. Before agreeing to the diagnostic fee, i asked why it was so high because it use to be lower. He gave me a spill about them removing stuff, etc to track down the issue. I literally was still in the parking lot waiting for my ride to pick me up after dropping off my car. I was robbed. Merry Xmas to you too. A service station down the street did the exact same diag for free.

Made an appointment for servicing the stereo system. I was told it would take 2, 3 + - hours. Ok. I live over an hour away so I need to wait on it ok. Well, I was prepared to wait 3 hrs or whatever. It was 3pm. After an hour they came out and said you need to come back and leave it overnight?? Why??? I told you first off what I was doing. Now your changing what we said?? They also had to replace a door handle under kia to replace. Well no stereo fixed, they broke the door handle and had no replacement. So they want me to come back another time just to replace the door handle they broke. SO, I had to pay $179.00 for a broken door handle AND no stereo. So DONT use Fred Anderson service!!!!! They are Pathetic!! Kia Soul has so many people with problems just for putting in a new battery. Google Kia Soul stereo problems. Fred Anderson is terrible.

Showed up for appointment greeted outside by gentleman who took my keys and vacuumed my car. Thanks. Went inside and spoke with Chris Koth who confirmed my appointment and what I was having done. He told me how long it would be and showed me what the expected price would be. Went for a long walk and received a phone call when my car was ready. Walked back and paid what was expected and was on my way. Chris was very professional and courteous in my dealings with him today. Plan on continuing to get my needed vehicle services done there.

Had a prior experience of them not tightening the lug nuts on my tires back 10/2019. 3 of my tires were loose and the front passenger completely loose to the hand. I had to have roadside service to come tighten my lug nuts. Now I was there 8/14/20 & the same thing happened. This time my drivers side front was loose and 1 lug completely missing. Didn’t notice until I went to my mechanic for a wheel alignment. So upset & fear my/kids safety with Kia Service Raleigh

I had an appointment at 945 am and was told that itd be a 2-3 hour wait however i called on monday to book this appointment and was never told this. when the service advisor told me that he was very rude and nasty saying theres nothing he can do they are busy and short staffed, that is not my problem! hire more ppl. i have a job that i have to be at not waiting around in the dealership they insisted me bringing my car back at a later date not to mention this dealership is out the way already. i asked for a loaner car and was told they dont have any and id have to wait pls take your car elsewhere

There has been times Ive been having problems with my Kia but when I bring it to them they get me in in and out quickly as possible. They listen to you on what you think maybe the problem with your car. Sometimes your diagnosis is correct and sometimes youre wrong. And they correct the problems quickly. Overall they did a great job, BUT... this is the second time I have gone and they have tried to overcharge me. They did not look to see that I purchased extended warranty and if I had not said something I would have paid over $100 more. Make sure you double check when paying!

Every time we bring our car up for a service it’s a terrible experience . We get an appointment for the service and still have to wait 2 hours for a oil change and rotating tires. Then they always come out and tell you something else is wrong that is not covered under the warranty. Our car has approx 36,000 miles on it. How could the car have issues every time? We have had issues with this place since we bought the car. I’ll never buy a car from this place again.
