I started going to watercraft concepts about 3 years ago, They have always been incredibly helpful and honest with me. They are not going to waste anyone’s money by repairing things that are not necessary. I know I have been a problem customer blowing up their phones at times trying to fix things myself and still they are patient and take the time to give me the information I need. I recently bought a ski from them and before I made the purchase he wanted to make sure that I would be happy answered all my questions and let me ride it on the lake. If you love your jet ski weather it be new or 20+ years old these guys are the ones to trust! Their knowledge of PWC’s is beyond impressive but they are just really good people.

I have owned PWCs for years and love getting out on the water. I have a lot of kids so it makes for great memories as long as your PWC is running properly. I have trusted Steve and his crew for years with the repair and maintenance of my skis. He has been honest with me about recommendations for maintenance and has been very reasonable when repairs have been required. Ive even purchased a ski from him and have been very happy with my purchase. I feel more at peace owning a PWC knowing I have a trustworthy and reliable mechanic when something happens. I wouldnt have anybody else work on them. Steve and his crew are the best!!

Steve Currie and Watercraft Concepts are the one and only company that I use for my jet ski service and repairs. I have been using them since they opened and I will never use anyone else! They are very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. They will even winterize your skies at your home at a reasonable price! No need to look anywhere else, but you need to be patient with some repairs because they are in such high demand; as it should be!

It is always a rare treat when you find a true expert in the field. If you have a PWC, then Steve is the guy you are looking for. He is well known around town for his knowledge and expertise with jet skis. I can count on him to diagnose a problem and find the solution. I cant imagine taking my jet skis anyplace else.

I thought they did good work until we kept having the same issue every time we went out. Customers who call to get work done, they don’t like to call customers back. They must not need the business. Unfortunately our overall experience was disappointing.

Watercraft Concepts has gone above and beyond to ensure quality work and customer service. Extremely knowledgeable about their niche field. Each time Im there, not only do they do the work, Steve explains what happened and how it happened and what they did to correct it. And sometimes adds in what we need to not do. If he doesnt have a part, somehow he gets it quicker than anyone. I have purchased quite a few jet skis and boats for our business. They stand behind their work, their product and are there if you have questions after the work is done. You cannot go wrong by using Watercraft Concepts. They are on speed dial with me!

Steve and his crew have been maintaining my skis for 7 years. They are experts at what they do and If you need them they are always there. They are fair, professional, friendly people. If you have a ski and you’re looking for something different they are happy to give you advice. I’ve had 5 jet skis and 3 of them are excellent low hour used skis I bought from Steve for bargain prices. You should get to know Steve and Sean at Watercraft Concepts and make them your jet ski go to place for maintenance and accessories.

Steve and his employees at Watercraft Concepts are wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable about jet skis. With their mobile service truck, they have serviced Yamaha jet ski at Lake Gaston and in Raleigh. Highly recommended!

Stopped by to pick up Sea Doo parts. Steve is the nicest guy, who didnt mind taking his time to be thorough in his explanations to me. He was very patient. Told me what I did need, and what I didnt need, to fix my waverunner. He is very knowledgeable, and honest. I will definitely be back to see Mr. Steve, and highly recommend him, and his business, for any repair, or parts needs.

This is a great company. They came to my house the day after I called and did a complete service on our jet boat in our driveway. Very impressed!

I have had experience with Steve at Watercraft Concepts for both routine and large jobs. The team has winterized my two jet skis for the past two seasons. They are ready to go when the weather warms up. In addition, I needed a complete rebuild on a jet ski and they handled that as well. Steve provided an accurate estimate, explained the process in detail and executed with excellence. I have found them to be accessible, reliable, and knowledgeable.

Called was told they were backed up call back in two weeks. So I did, was told to bring my jet ski in. I checked back after hearing nothing in 3 weeks and was told to give them 2 more week, which I actually gave 3 before calling back. Then I was told they had no.idea when they would get to.my ski. So after 9 weeks of them having my ski it was never even touched. Very unprofessional and no contact except when I made the effort

Steve is an incredibly knowledgeable and capable guy. The “fix it at your house/dock/etc“ option makes it super convenient. Only downside is he gets really busy during the summer. He has serviced (winterized and repairs) my SeaDoo for years.

Lost the key to my 96 Seadoo XP and needed a new one. Steve was able to accommodate me on the same day and program a new key for my ski. Very friendly and price is also very reasonable, highly recommended!

Did not fix the original issue I brought it in for and fact 600 dollars later they created a new issue. I called them twice after I found myself stranded and they to date have still not returned either of my calls. Not very professional

I bought (3) older model 2-stroke jet skis from a friend in 2010 that needed some work. That is when I first contacted Watercraft Concepts to perform repairs and maintenance. Since that time, I have purchased (4) additional skis from Watercraft Concepts, (1) off of Craigslist, and sold (3) to Watercraft Concepts, leaving me a current fleet of (5) skis. They have performed numerous minor repairs, engine rebuilds, winterizations, and cosmetic upgrades. I also purchase my spark plugs and oil from them. I have been overwhelmingly impressed with their knowledge, workmanship, and attention to detail.

I’ve bought, sold and repaired with Steve at WCC. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is very knowledgeable and probably one of the nicest people you will meet.

This is the place to be for ALL owners of PWC’s. As a boat owner for years, I have plenty of marine knowledge, however I am not the best with the PWC realm of engines. I came in about a month ago for some questions about rebuilding the carbs. Not only were they friendly, but they told me what I did and did NOT need to buy and spent over an hour talking me through the process.I contacted them several times in the following couple weeks regarding lubrication and other maintenance tuning questions, they were prompt and ready to help over the phone. What other mechanic shop would do that???Steve has been MORE than helpful including this week helping me out with an issue regarding a fuel problem that he helped me fix over the phone. Superior customer service!They are easily worth the almost hour drive for me to get all my parts and oil to keep my jet ski water ready!Highly recommend!!

Staff was friendly and easy to talk to about PW.

They replaced the bendix on the starter of my jetski less then one month before I purchased my jetski, and starter wouldnt start the day after I bought it. They would not warranty their recent work, and charged me over 400 dollars saying I should be grateful for this discounted price. Also customer service is non existent and the owner apparently has a short fuse. Good luck working with these guys, youll need it.
