At first I thought this will be a great idea. Im a single mother who lives in an apartment on the 3rd floor, so you can only imagine the trouble of having to carry up cases of water. I should have read the reviews before committing to this service. The 1st and 2nd delivery on problems, but now my 3rd has been confirmed that its been delivered but guess what NO WATER!!! Checked my banking account and of ReadyRefresh already took the money!!! I have emailed with an automated response of someone will be in contact 5--7 business days WHAT!!! NEWCUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!

They only get a one star because the Deer Park water does taste good, and I cant give zero. But this is about the worst customer service experience I have had in a long time. I wish I had read the reviews. I have experienced the same things that everyone else has said. They said they deliver and charge you but no water delivery. 5-7 days to get a response for an inquiry online. (Im still waiting) Ive tried to call multiple numbers, they cant locate my acct, I get hung up on, told they dont service my zip code, CSRs are busy go online, it was nearly impossible to get a human on the phone. Only after calling first thing in the morning and waiting 30 minutes (and guessng the correct series of options) did I finally get a live person. Incredibly frustrating and it will still be 4 more days before they make another delivery. (hopefully ?!?!?!)

A rare case where zero stars would be accurate. Paid to have water dispenser and water delivered. Never received water dispenser, so had 25 gallons of water and no way to use it. They then continued to charge me and send me water without a dispenser. Nobody answers the phone lines and the public offices were empty when we tried to visit in person. Horrible experience

I would give them zero stars if I could. They never take the empty bottles. They show up whenever they want. We were out of water so I had someone stay late waiting for the delivery and they never came. Yet, they marked our order as delivered and billed me for it! Save your money and aggravation. I cant even call to cancel because their systems are down and it hangs up on you.

Worst service! Been using this service for 16yrs, but ever since Ready Refresh took over Diamond Springs, delivery and service is horrible! Have to call every month because of an issue. I would choose to give no stars if I could! Just spent over 2hours trying to cancel service!! Ridiculous!! Have always had bottles delivered to the garage, never changed, but today the bottles are in my circular driveway? The most nonsensical place! Based on their reviews, they need to get it together!!

NO stars, or negative of 10, if it were only possible: Ready Refresh failed to delivery water 2 weeks ago, but they did not fail to draft more $$ than I would have owed for the water they failed to deliver. I have tried calling the only tel. no. I can find--an 800#. When I get to the end of the repetitive annoying unnecessary autoattendant questions--when I get the recorded let me transfer you to a person who can help you, the line goes dead. Ive gone thru this cruel process 3 times. The only other way to submit a complaint to Ready Refresh is by submitting a request online. I have submitted two but no response from Ready Refresh. Buyers beware!

This company is absolute garbage. They do not deliver on time, dont notify you when theyre late, and when you cancel, they dont show up the day they said they would. I cannot get anyone on the phone either due to high call volume. My assumption is that im not the only one with the problem. Do yourself a favor and just buy a water filtration system.

Ready refresh is just going downhill. Horrible customer service. Takes 25 mins to an hour to talk to a representative. If you email they send you the same automatic email no matter what. I called last month and waited 45 minutes to get a representative because my delivery was delivered to an address I haven’t had on file in over A YEAR. Where did they even get this address? It was deleted and even the representative (45 minutes later) confirmed that address was not on file for deliveries. So can someone explain why I’ve received an email today saying the delivery was made to THE ADDRESS THAT ISNT ON FILE ???!!!!! And asking for a tip???? My deliveries are supposed to be in NC and they are currently being delivered in TX. Whoever is getting my water 5 states over, hope you have a dispenser 🙄 this company is a nightmare truly.

Zero stars, honestly. Had very bad experience with this company, bordering on predatory. They knocked on my door and said that we were supposed to have been boiling our water for two weeks and that they were there to help out. Then it took me two days of phone calls and a $50 fee to cancel an account I dont need and didnt want. And when they finally put me through to the right department they kept trying to convince me to keep it---I had to tell them three times to just cancel the account. Just awful.

Terrible experience with this company. I have lost track at the number of times I have had to call customer service regarding incorrect charges and failures to update my account. I recommend going elsewhere for your water services.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Delivery is never on time, deliveries are often skipped for no reason, sometimes water is not delivered and on the website it says its been delivered, but there was no actual delivery. The most awful delivery service I have ever experienced.

Terrible, they dont show up, then reschedule, and then not show up again and again. No response to emails, then they want you to pay $4.99 to speak to a live sales rep.

Failed to deliver & their automated phone service disconnects everytime I call. I submitted an online contact request and received an automated email saying they would get back to me in 5-7 days!!!! Our office has been out of water for the past week! Additionally, the last time they delivered - they just left the 5-gal water jugs behind the building instead of bringing it inside as our contract says.

You are constantly having to call them to bring you water. When they do show up, they do not have enough to fill your order and they tell you they will come back to fill the rest. They never come back when they say they will.

Very expensive and inefficient. They shorted me on my delivery! I emailed them my confirmation and order list and they were unable to handle it. Get your water elsewhere.

I had a very bad experience with this company. Late fees were assessed when they should not have been, delivery schedule was changed from monthly to every two months without my knowledge, a $3 fee was imposed to get a paper invoice and finally the cost of a 3 gallon bottle was increased to $8.25. This company is a rip-off.

This company has been claiming to deliver water and then charging my business without delivering. Customer service is difficult to get ahold of and often they will schedule a make up delivery that never happens. Avoid them at all costs

I canceled my account in September 2nd asking for $20 late fee on October. Really Bad Customer services.During Covid, stacked 19 water barrels at our backdoor knowing the business shut down during the time which triggered us canceling the service at the first place.Stay away from them!
