NEVER use this service. I placed an order tonight before delivery hours ended. I received an email that my order would be delivered in 45 mins. Its been an hr and my order hasnt been delivered AND when you call the number on the website it says it is a 252 # and the mailbox is full. There is NO way to contact the company so Im going to have to contest the charge with my bank. Lesson learned!! Dont use this service.

This company delivered on time and date as requested. I was called to be informed that they were (10) minutes away. Totally appreciated that. It gave me time to inform recipients to await the impending delivery!This was a long distance online transaction and to have peace of mind that the company is dependable is HUGE!Thank you Red Line Beer and Wine.

My grandsons and I had dinner there. I ordered the lasagna and a medium pepperoni pizza for us. We decided to dine in. Even though the wait time was kind of long, the food was excellent. Only downfall is they do not deliver. Other than that it was a great experience

Ordered a beer delivery for my dad for his birthday! Great online selection, gift wrapping available, and quick day of delivery....could not ask for a better experience. The driver let me know when it was delivered. The only downside is that it is a little on the expensive side, but overall great service!

I have ordered from red line for awhile. However tonight I ordered, a six pack of angry orchard. I did not receive one of the ciders I ordered. And even got to beers that are not gluten free. Which I have a allergy to. I called the store and they let me know they would give me 50 percent off. I asked them to explain why what I ordered wasnt delivered . They informed me that my order doesnt matter because of the volume of sales they do a day. I will never order from this company again. Also after posting company tried to say fake review because my wife ordered not a fake review. Will now be contacting better business as they have not given refund issued as they said they would have this is a lying company and will seek more action again them. I am also horrified that that after being respectful and giving the person I spoke too would not let me speak then hung up on me and would not pick up when I tried to call back. This company is not respectful when they make mistakes do not call them for your service . Iam now scared about giving them my card info after there lying response .

Been ordering with them Since Quarantine and been always humbled to be a patron. Today, i ordered a gift for my brothers birthday to be delivered to his house and it was delivered with a BIG smile and a happy birthday Song as requested. Big Shout to Matt and the crew- you guys made my day.

I ordered beer online and they delivered beer! I havent been there in person but the staff is friendly on the phone and the no-contact delivery is great. I like that they call before delivering it as a heads up. I bought 2 Mystery 6 packs which were a good deal and a great idea. Cheers! 🍻

This business treats its customers poorly and and attempts to defame them when they dislike their reviews. I placed an order and when it had been 1 1/2 hours I called to cancel. They had no follow up and made no attempts to explain what was taking so long. I ordered once a few months ago and even that took hours and I had to also call them to find out where my order was. So this is a pattern.After, I reviewed them negatively, the owner responded by saying on multiple occasions I was intoxicated, rude and refusing to show ID. Which is the farthest thing from the truth. They are liars with no integrity. By reading through the reviews they have pulled this same lie on other reviewers they didn’t like.There are plenty of other places to order from. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

There are some really kind employees here, but one of them seems like they could care less about if you’re in the store and makes me not want to come back because they’re so rude- the one that is always in a ball cap. I get that this is a local bar, but all of the products in here are marked up SO much. It’s ridiculous. Even the chips are half as much at H Mart down the road. Just know that if you choose to go you’ll be paying a couple dollars more than the wholesale price per bottle.

My first time ordering wine delivery and I must say it was 100% positive! So easy, straight forward and affordable! I ordered two reds and one white. The white was still chilled even on a very hot and humid day! I will definitely ly be ordering again.

RedLine is the WareHouse of Beer and Wine in Raleigh :)Hillsborough street is so boring but RedLine is the only Shining Star on that street. Theyre always busy on deliveries. Great tap list if you happen to be around on NCSU campus.

Our large bike group arrived at an off time and were greeted with very friendly service. Nick kept offering bar snacks and samples until everyone in our group was content and happy. I was a little hesitant about this spot since it is so close to campus, but its a chill bar to grab a drink.

Weve had two gift deliveries so far and both have been wonderful! The staff here are really friendly and helpful!

I ordered my pie, waited, and they never called my name. I inquired, they tried to give me some other pie that was sitting in a box. After looking for my pie, it was determined that my pie was given to someone else. I had to wait for another pie to be made, so they offered me a brownie or cookie.... really?! They apologized and remade my pie, and i had to pay for it! Dont know if Ill go back

This place is fantastic! Beer lined up all along one side of the wall, 24 different beers on tap, they let you sample before deciding on one, and gave a small cup of snacks with it! Also pet friendly!

I just found this place last week! They have an awesome bottle shop with board games, 16 taps,, and MANY beers to choose from. I will definitely be back and they DELIVER!!!

I called to confirm they close at 1130, told them itd be 1015, and it was 1020 with parking. I only needed a minute since I knew what I wanted, like I told them, I just needed a strong beer since my grandma passed away an hour before, and wouldnt you know it, even though they knew Id be there, they closed early!!!! Manager didnt care either. Horrible bottle shop! One photo shows the time on my spare phone, with signal so you know the times right, and the other shows the empty bar and hours on the door better. Never coming here again! Thats so wrong!!!

Rediculous prices

Worst experience ever! Never do reviews I always rely on all the other comments to lead the way. I ordered 2 packs of cigs and a 6 pack and took over 3 hours. Called the owner and was ariguing back and forth bc he didn’t have enough workers- the girl delivering tried her best to make it work I suggested she find a new job - very disappointed ☹️

Overpriced, also most of the beers on their shelves are expired.They have the Southern Pines Suit and Thai still at full price on their shelves even though it was a spring seasonal IPA this year. The single I bought was disgusting. Horrible bottle shop, avoid at all costs if you value your money.

Pretty good selection, terrible prices. If youre into paying $10 - $15 a pint for local stuff like Bond Bros, this place is for you... My tab was $50.36 for 4 (mostly) local beers.
