Ive been in here a few times and its always a good experience. The employees are kind and attentive, its usually not crowded at all so its a smooth shopping experience, theyre usually well stocked so I find what brands I usually need. Ive also picked up pre-made birthday cakes that they write on for you and the cakes are pretty good! They offer a disposable cake cutter which cuts well and is convenient.

This was my mom and I first time going into this store and it was a amazing experience all of the staff members was so nice and friendly I will be returning back this store is a mazing very clean.

Being originally from florida, I have been shopping with Publix for over 30 years. I was inordinately excited when they finally opened up here in North Carolina. This particular store is in downtown Raleigh and underneath a new large building, my first time in a two-story style Publix. Super clean, well organized and great staff as you find anywhere with Publix.

Theres no place better to shop when the weather is too hot, cold, wet, whatever! The underground garage is PERFECT for loading groceries into the car and this is the most pleasant staff weve ever encountered. Every one of them has been friendly and polite as if they actually like their jobs and customers are not a burden. Thats awesome and other stores should take note. Its wonderful to feel welcome and valued.

Ok, so my next closest market is the Food Lion on Rock Quarry, and it’s served me well, but I’m SO excited to have this open with easy parking, an easier commute, and a better plant selection! The clearance section is 🔥, they’ve got what I need, and i am PLEASED.

I love this location, people were very friendly, they had just what I was looking for.

I have been impressed each time I shop at Publix at Peace. Not only are the shelves and displays well-stocked and organized, but the employees are so helpful, attentive and kind. On one visit, I went to buy flowers anticipating making my own bouquet and the manager called the florist over to trim and assemble a beautiful arrangement for me. Another time, we ordered sandwich platters online for a picnic birthday party, they were ready on time, delicious and a fraction of the cost compared to ordering from a sub chain. I will be back often.

Now this is only the 2nd Publix Ive ever visited so not being too familiar with the atmosphere I will say it was plenty in produce and yet spacious. Interesting location for a downtown lot. Customer service was kind and prompt! I will be revisiting Im sure.

Very clean, organized, well stocked,easy parking access. Employees are polite , helpful. Store manager is very professional and polite , this is a great addition to downtown and I’m so excited for it. The deli is my go to for made to order subs, I will come here any day over any grocery store , the customer service is always spectacular

4 stars for variety and cleanliness. Visited but didnt buy anything, prices were a bit higher than I expected but...I shouldve known better. It is in raleigh where prices are usually higher.

Store is clean & pretty. Daily employees seem knowledgeable & friendly, although night crew leaves a lot to be desired. Check price tags carefully - lots of items in wrong places, should be corrected, but rarely are (esp. at night). Just go during the day.

Easy in and out and convenient. Its way easier to deal with than The Village parking lot. The store itself is well stocked and clean.

Publix has great options- especially vegan options! Prices aren’t bad either. Found this really good cauliflower crust vegan pizza with beyond meat crumbles!

Great store. Lovely employees. Ribs were horrible. Tasted like rubber fake meat. Flavor like I don’t even know. It was familiar yet mostly grease.

Honestly Im very happy with the Publix here and in my opinion, theyve outdone the Publix Id go to in Pensacola (where I fell in love with the grocery shopping experience) and In several ways! That speaks volumes.Great experience. Friendly people. Great prices and I can even be as quick as I need to be here.Thats a huge win, to me.

Publix always has a great variety of foods. This store was very clean and on numerous occasions we were asked how we were doing and if we needed any help. 🔅Some things you may not know.🛒Call ahead for deli orders to have them waiting for you when you arrive [that includes their awesome subs/grinders/sammies].🛒Call ahead to order Cold Water lobster 🦞. Check site for leadtime and pricing. Nice since you can choose from 1+ to 5 pounders!If you are in the area stop in and shop!

Beautiful new store conveniently located within walking distance. Well stocked, clean with friendly staff.

Perfect for those in the downtown area. With the RLine anyone should be able to access this Publix. I walk on a regular basis and have improved eating habits. The store isnt huge but has pretty much all you essentials and some niche items. If you need some difficulty items may need to hit a larger store. The subs are perfect for online order and pick up when you get to the store.

Great store. Lots to choose from. But ribs were maybe tofu? Part hot dogs shaped around bones? Slathered in grease.

The ladies in the bakery were very helpful. I had to get more cakes after the cake disaster of my own doing. Thanks much Publix. Your cakes are delicious!!!

I love shopping here for groceries. Some things are a bit overpriced here but I’m sure it’s in exchange for a clean store, well stocked shelves, and huge variety of foods. This is one of the only places around here that sell my favorite cheese which is why I go out of my way to shop here sometimes.

My FAVORITE PLACE! Everyone is polite and helpful. I was worried it would not be as wonderful as in South Florida but it definitely met my expectations.

Publix is a more expensive than other markets, but has a good quality goods

The employees here are really nice but I ordered chicken tenders and got there at the time it was supposed to be ready and waited for over 30 minutes after bc three separate employees told me it was being made. After a fourth person asked if I had been helped, they informed me that the chicken chef was on break and would be preparing the chicken in 10 minutes. I wish someone would have told me especially after I ordered my food ahead of time.

Employees, management and quality of goods is awesome. They have bogo deals and the deli meat and cheese are unparrallel to other places. Highly recommend Publix Fried Chicken Family deal and their subs. This location has mini carts and coloring pages for kids. They give out free cookies and have race car carts as well. We

It is really nice having a Publix downtown. As a whole it is a nice grocery, but one major complaint is their online deli. It usually varies from being consistently late to not knowing it was ever even ordered. It is usually just quicker to go to the deli and order than it is to order online. It is a service I really like, but I feel a bit silly preemptively ordering, scheduling my grocery store run around when it will be made, and then get done grocery shopping and either decide to ask them where it is or just go home.

I’m from Florida and I love Publix. Especially their subs!I was on a quest to find a Cuban sandwich and most places have been closed (covid :/ ) This was my 4th attempt to find one with no avail.So, I called Publix. James in the front store transferred me to James in the deli and he was able to complete my request! Completely made my day, thank you all for being awesome!

Publix has done a great service to the downtown area. Publix is a terrific supermarket chain.

This Publix is AMAZING.. stuff is always helpful and polite .. they go out of their way to assist the customer. The pharmacy people are on the ball with refills and calls if something is in quest with your prescription.. I go here more than any other store. Thank You Publix for your AMAZING staff and store 💜

Was shopping on 5/5 and saw a drunk couple make a scene with employees who would not allow them to purchase alcohol. The male started cursing and threatening the employees. Threatened to bring back a gun today to the store. Management was called and they did nothing to protect the patrons and employees. Just let them leave. Poor management. Guess that they were more worried about sales than protection of the patrons and employees. Maybe this is OK in Florida where many carry guns. Not here in NC!!!

Love Publix. The employees are always so helpful no matter which one I go to. That particular store has an elevator and even though it was huge, it was just common sense for everyone to wait for the next available elevator to allow social distancing. And there are 4 lifts I belive. I love the grab n go section and the hot foods are do good. Unfortunately I went around 8 pm and the chicken tenders that I keep hearing about were gone😥 but still.

This is probably one of the best supermarkets I go to. Everyone is super nice and helpful, and they also have their own recipes and the pork chop one is one of my favorite foods of all time! Love it here, definitely would recommend.

Love having a Publix here in DT Raleigh! A wonderful grocery store. Great, friendly service, almost too much, ha. They have a clean store, good prices, and an awesome deli.Fyi, also a $10 card if you get your flu shot there (sign on the wall-could change). Super easy-access parking in the deck below the building. Coming here is an eady choice.

Easy to get in. Parking is well marked. Good selection, especially foods that are quick to prepare or readymade. Probably most comparable to one of the newer Harris Teeter stores in terms of price and selection.

First time being at Publix and love getting lost in this store amazed by the products there.

The store is big and has about the same stuff as Harris Teeter. They dont bother putting price tags on a large proportion of items, even when there are signs saying how much Ill save. Like, what number am I subtracting this from? Also the employees are very enthusiastic about speaking to me in spite of shopping alone with large headphones, forcing me to pause my music/podcast to ask them to repeat themselves. It was a little awkward/confusing when I was told welcome to Publix when leaving the store with bagged groceries, and the lobby full of unmasked homeless guys felt rather unsafe. Overall Id recommend Teeter at Cameron Village unless youre a pedestrian.

Im giving it a 3 bc this is the first time coming to a publixs and the parking lot had a very strong smell of Marijuana.
