VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL, they make u feel like u are at home. But what matters the most there speed. The braids I usually get takes all day she told me 3 hrs, and she did my hair in 3 hrs. Also my sister was a walk in and she got hers done at a rapid rate as well. I love my braids there neat and exactly how I like it. Yes I will be back. Also they care about your hair will consult u before just braiding...

I give this Salon 5 stars. I left VERY pleased and I most certainly WILL NOT be going anywhere else from now on. I’ve gotten so many compliments about my hair. WONDERFUL service. Grace is a wonderful person to be around as well as her staff. I recommend this salon for anyone who is looking for a salon with a positive atmosphere and I hope that your experience is just as great as mine.

Great experience!!! The braids and twists are done very neatly. Grace (the owner) is extremely polite and does the exact style as asked without hurting natural locs! I highly recommend this salon to any and everyone. This is definitely a different experience from what Im used to and expected!

This salon far exceeded my expectations. The salon was clean and cozy and they started on my hair the moment I walked in the door. Grace and her staff are very friendly and accommodating. And the best part, my braids look amazing! I spent far less time in the chair than I expected and came out with gorgeous braids.

This place is horrible. charged over 120.00 for a 60.00 hair style. did not give what I asked for. said the style was not for my childs hair. If you want good customer service. Get your moneys worth dont go here. if you want to get RIPPED off. By all means come here. I threaten to take to court. however karma will take care of it. they have lost two customers.

Avoid this place! Wasted $180 for braids that now look like at almost two weeks they were done by a grade school student. I read reviews and that is the only reason why I chose this place but HUGE mistake. Grace is nice and has a good talk game, when I arrived I was quoted a higher price than what I was told over the phone but I expected that thanks to the heads up in other reviews, before leaving I had to sign a no refund stamp on my receipt to make sure I was satisfied with my hair. Of course they looked good to me (not knowing any better) and at the time I didnt notice all of the imperfections around my hair until my sister pointed them out the next day. I have even had two people come up to me in the grocery stores this week and hand me their cards making it clear that whoever did my hair did not do a good job. My twists are all different sizes and so sloppy looking and after all the money I paid there is definitely no way they will last another 2 weeks. I feel ripped off! I never do reviews but hope to save someone from making the huge mistake I made. I think these good reviews are fake. :-(

I had an amazing experience here! Grace was by far extremely graceful on my head which was a plus. My twists are still in Ive had them for about a month now. They werent to tight but not at all loose. The atmosphere was very relaxed and we held great conversation with each other. I would reccommend anyone to go there. This is the only place I will be getting my hair braided from now on.

They pulled too tightly my hairline is completely diminished, my edges are gone I look like a cone head, I now have to look for remedies to try and grow it back. It was very painful how tight they were. I havent been able to get my hair done since because Im scarred from all my hair loss. They let it slip that they write their own reviews on their website, based on what customers are telling them when they come in.

Seriously, if you want an actual professional braiding your hair do not go here. I was refused a refund for braids that came out of my hair literally the next day! I also ended up having to take them court. If I knew that customers came LAST AND NOT FIRST here then I would have saved my money and went elsewhere. I have never been to a braiding shop that functions the way they do. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL doesnt even come close to how I would describe this business.

I always give a chance.... but this is ridiculous. I have no more edges my 2 week old braids look like I paid $25 for them and Im totally over it. Yea Grace is a little ruff around the edges and not all that professional( she cursed like a sailor) her assistant took over to braid my hair to the ends from the nape of my neck.... the braids were loose with hair shooting out every where she did a terrible job cutting the shooting ends the ends frizzed up by day 5. Ive been natural for 3 years and I washed and blew my hair out before coming the assistant still tried to blow my hair out. My edges are all gone I feel like crying!! They have you sign a satisfactory stamp so you cant come back with excuses but eberyone knows there is never a problem as soon as its done. This was a waste of money now I have to find ways to grow my edges back. So frustrated

I was able to walk in and schedule my appointment. The atmosphere was nice,the place was clean and I was able my bring my kids. The owner Grace and her staff was professional. My hair is afro short and she was able to catch my hair, and I didnt have a headache or feel like my eyes where being pulled to the back of my head. Im happy with my micros and have received lots of compliments. I will be a returning customer. For the price its worth it and there a few xtras that come with the price.

I hated this place Grace did my hair in kinky twist and they were fine. Yes she would change prices on u and her fake accent. She charged my sister 200 dollars for some seaglese twist which were horrible. Different sizes and the two girls she had do my sister hair didnt know a damn thing about her she was trying to coach then as she did mine. STAY THE HELL AWAY from this damn place
