I was in a bind. To make a long story short, FASTSIGNS of Raleigh came through for me.My sons school soccer team was in need of Vinyl posters for Senior Night. The official photographer failed to fulfill the order. As a parent, I was given the task after a Monday night game to have posters by Wednesday, 2 days later. I needed 6.After doing the design Monday night, I called FASTSIGNS Tuesday, and I had the signs by the agreed upon time on Wednesday. They were laid out, ready to review and go.The print quality was outstanding. Attached are two samples of the design, and it was printed with poster quality and vinyl durability.I dont have many needs for printing, but when I do, FASTSIGNS will be my first call. And a special SHOUT OUT to Clint for working with me and getting me through the process.(update) A year later, and still using FASTSIGNS.

I like to use local companies, and had experience with FASTSIGNS in another city. From concept to implementation, this process was easy. When we first contacted FastSigns they were quick to respond and got us what we wanted in a very quick time frame. So, obviously, we wanted to give them our business again when we needed more signs for our office. We provided all the information they needed to get working on quotes for more signs but they did not return any of our emails. I finally called to see what the issue was and they said they had just been really busy and someone would call me back that day. We never got a call back or an answered email, which is a shame. We ended up giving our business to Image360 and they were top notch. I would never use FastSigns again due to their lack of communication, inconsistency, and poor customer service.
