I didn’t have a super specific vision in mind, but I showed them some pictures of things I liked and color palettes I liked, as well as my budget, and I loved the result. I really don’t give 5 star reviews but this place earned every bit of a great review. I’d give 10 stars if I could! Ordered flowers for my anniversary and they arrived on time and they were beautiful!

My son called at the last minute on the day after 4th of July, when most places were closed, and personally delivered some flowers to someone very special.

Great service, put an order in at 9am to be delivered by 2pm and they had it there early! Beautiful flowers too!

I came in, there were no clerks in the front they were all in the back entertaining themselves. I looked at the fresh arrangements they only had about 5 that did not look fresh at all. There were some roses that didn’t look good either. For a flower shop I expected to be able to see more flowers to choose from. Where are the fresh flowers? I left without anyone ever knowing I was in the building. Nice decor terrible customer service. I went to Trader Joe’s they had beautiful heathy flowers to choose from. I won’t be back.

The ladies are attentive and call me old fashion but i prefer to get flowers fresh from the florist that has all the right touches to present to your love ones for any occasions. There is nothing better than admiring fresh picked flowers that has been well taken care of better than a random grocery store.

Best florist ever. I am in Louisville & have been calling them for years to make arrangements for my aunt in Raleigh. The gals that answer the phone are always so very nice & helpful. They go above & beyond to help. Their arrangements are amazing. I asked this time to please make it colorful so my elderly aunt could see it. It was huge & just beautiful! Fallons is the only florist I use when sending flowers in the Raleigh area. I live outside of Charlotte and send flowers to my parents often. I was tired of the usual online florists and the mistakes they often sent. Once I found this local florist and experienced their service & the beautiful arrangements they create I knew I would always use them. Just sent an arrangement to my Dad for his birthday and he said they were stunning! The delivery driver even called me to let me know he had delivered to the front door.

Paid 50 dollars for some roses and some of the decorative leaves had bug bites in them. One specific sprig was the issue. Had quarter sized holes and some leaves were half chewed off. HOWEVER, after removing this sprig, the flowers were gorgeous, and customer service immediately attempted to contact me to make it right. While they may have been slightly careless initially, it seems this is an anomaly.

Ordering on website was easy. Flowers were beautiful and delivered on time.

Beware of substitutions. I ordered a premium Zen Artistry arrangement, which, true to its name, has a distinctive spare look described as Purple dendrobium orchids, green carnations, dark pink Sweet William, an emerald palm leaf and other tropical greens are arranged in a square kiwi-colored container. Perfect when youve got a yen to send Zen!. The only original flower left in the arrangement that was actually sent were the orchids (and the little green berries). All other items were replaced with a totally different assortment of flowers and foliage resulting in a definitely non zen mishmash.

Spoke with a few people including the manager, Pam. A little luck doesnt hurt either, since turned out delivery went from Raleigh to Cary and not only another same owner florist there but Pam manages too! I cant even put into words how amazing every person that works for this company is, or how incredible their work is. I ordered online from them in a panic; 3 days before Mothers Day. The computer system messed up my moms address and the message I wrote to her (it was in Spanish) I called and spoke to a super friendly individual who directed me to the proper person. My call and request was kindly heard and attended to. The computer system kept messing up a detail or two, so I had to begin an e-mail thread with them. I had a response immediately after every message I sent, Janice helped resolve everything in the end. To be totally honest, I ordered the most price efficient flower arrangement since it was on a whim, and they turned out absolutely beautiful. My mom was surprised, and so was I. I called the shop on the morning of her birthday and asked if they could deliver the arrangement that day and was told that they would deliver on that day. I received a Mothers Day delivery (the flowers were beautiful) from Evan. I just wanted to say that I was glad to see him wearing a mask, and social distancing. But also, I have a baby and I have a sign up to knock instead of ringing the doorbell (it makes my dogs go nuts) and hardly anyone ever reads it. He did read it, and he knocked, and my baby slept through everything thanks to him! I was very thankful and impressed, because I know he was busy that day. When I opened the door to thank him, he was so polite and congratulated me on my baby and wished me Happy Mothers Day and it was lovely. I wish his mother could have seen him, but she probably already knows how nice he is.

North Raleigh Florist saved the night! I had ordered a corsage for an event at St Mary’s on Saturday evening from another florist and had my husband pick it up as I was out of town. He texted me a photo and I thought immediately that it looked wilted. The other florist closed early on Saturday and luckily I found Pam at North Raleigh Florist at 4:20! She stayed late and created a gorgeous replacement! The wrist band was higher quality and she asked specific questions regarding the girls dress and her color of jewelry as she had silver, pearl and gold options. (a real band vs. a stretch elastic band ) It definitely was much better quality and a better price, plus I’m so appreciative of her willingness to stay late. I will always go to there for future events!!!

Absolutely amazing. Ive used North Raleigh on multiple occasions to send flowers to my girlfriend. On each of these occasions Ive made special requests that theyve never hesitated to accommodate. Most recently I requested the first available delivery slot that Im almost certain was earlier than they normally schedule deliveries. My girlfriend was scheduled to be in meetings all day and would only be available in her office for a very short time early in the morning. The staff obliged and made sure everything was perfect for her birthday. The flowers are always beautiful but I keep coming back for the impeccable customer service. I could not be more satisfied.
