I’ve always had great service at this just tires location. Today I had a tire that was losing air. They were slammed but Keon Thompson was awesome! He got me worked in so I did not have to leave my car overnight. They did a great job and Keon was exceptionally nice and kind. He was working hard after closing to get me my car. Thanks Keon and thanks Just tired. Excellent service.

He went above and beyond to work with us and put our needs first. We have been long time customers of Just Tires and honest associates like Keon will not only continue to get our business but referrals as well.

I cannot say enough good things about this location. They managed to work me in and patch my tire in a timely manner while being understaffed. Not only that, they did not charge me for the services provided. It may have only been $34 but I honestly didnt have the money and I really had to get that tire fixed before having to replace it. I dont remember the guys name at the desk but, you made my day!!! I would definitely give more than 5 stars if I could.

I ran into a problem with my Tesla and needed help ASAP. I need a new rim, My room was cracked which was causing my tired to go flat. I picked up my rim from Tesla and they were able to put it on my car along with my tire. Keon Thompson & Demario Lewis Put my mind at ease and took care of this problem right away for me. I had a great experience this afternoon! I needed the front tires on my car replaced, and I wanted something that closely matched the rear tires (which had been replaced before I got the car.) They made sure I got what I needed, took care of me immediately, and even called me a few minutes before it was ready since I had walked to a restaurant across the parking lot. Ill definitely be back!

I had an appointment for 12 noon, I showed up on time and didnt get out until 2 pm. Two hours to do an oil change!! You would think that this simple task would not take so much time and be easy to schedule

Keon Thompson goes Above and Beyond! I had purchased tires in May 2021 and popped one in September 2021. Keon searched through many sites and called around until he found a match for these tires so I could avoid buying a new set. Unfortunately, the tire would not be available until December(!) for order. Keon rallied and provided with with several options, one of which was highly affordable for what I needed, and he was able to get me in same day! He made sure he had exhausted all options which makes him.a truly great worker! Thanks so much and I will repeatedly recommend Just Tires and Keon!

Service advisors were polite, professional and friendly. I was able to get an alignment on my car for a good price and reasonable wait time. Great experience, I would definitely go back.

Prices are fairly steep and speeds are slow, but work is done well. I had an appointment and brought my own tires and a simple change took nearly two hours to complete. One of the front desk clerks was wearing a face shield in place of a mask. This does nothing to protect your customers. He is in fact not wearing a mask, and should not be allowed in the building.

Words cant describe how wonderful this staff is, I came in with my mother in laws car just before closing with a screw in one of the back tires and they took care of it.they made the experience pleasing and they didnt try to sell me other stuff. We will be returning for all our car needs.

I called at 2:15 and Keon answered the phone. Explained to him that my daughter was about to leave for Virginia and I had just noticed her tires were dry-rotted and appeared to be the originals.Long story short, Keon got me into the bay in 15 mins and is personally changing them out as I write this.Keon is an exemplary employee, and reinforces the reasons why I will always bring my vehicles here for tire service.

My car battery died in the neighboring parking lot. A mechanic walked over and jumped my car, gave a free battery and alternator inspection and answered all my questions about replacing the battery with zero attempts to upsell or push me to buy something. Great service

This place tries to cut costs and save themselves money by not performing the correct work needed.I have tires on my tesla that I purchased from Goodyear with road hazzard. I noticed I had a nail in one of my tires and wanted to get it plugged so I dropped it off at sams club while I was grocery shopping. I was told that the nail was too close to the sidewall for them to patch. I took it to AAA center in morrisville to patch and they said the same. So I brought it to the Just tires on leesville rd. The guy there (Harold) told me it was patchable. At the moment I was glad that it could be patched up so I can get going. But when I got home I did research on good year website which discribed that actual area of the puncture was in a non repairable area... They dont care about safety.

My car was having an issue and DeMario and Harold were able to help me get the problem solved and get me set-up with new tires on my vehicle. They have both been super friendly, very knowledgeable about the issue I was having with my vehicle (bad wheel bearing), and honest with me. They helped me put new tires on my vehicle and get it aligned. They both have great customer service skills, and I would highly recommend dealing with them if your car is having an issue.

I wish I could give more than five stars. I was down visiting my mom and we went out to lunch to come out to a flat. We called AAA and they inflated the tire for us. just tires was the closest tire store to us and boy am I glad we went there from Harold and Demario to the tech in the back helps through process and eliminated out stress of the tire issue. Keep up the excellence and honesty and life will give back big.

Words can not describe how wonderful this just tires is, I have been to others but not as kind and knowledgeable. I showed up with my sons car that had a weird noise without a appointment. When arriving i could tell they busy but I walked inside and spoke with a fantastic gentleman (Harold) who said he would be right with me. When he finished with the person I front of me I tried to explain what was going on. I guess he understood since we walked out to the car together and he had me start it , immediately he found the issue. I like this location but I wish that it didnt take so long to get an oil change done especially if I have to wait with my vehicle.

Somehow cant pump air into my rear left tire. Tried two different gas stations. Dropped to another tire chair store. Need to schedule and come back. Then dropped by the Just Tires and the front desk also technician checked and then pumped air into my tire. Thanks for your help! That was 12/29/2020 around 12:30pm.

This is a horrible Just tires location. Even though you have an appointment you have to wait for 3+ hours for the wheel alignment service. Make sure you get a camping tent and bbq grill with you if you want to get the car serviced here. Also be ready to stare at walls and tire posters in the lobby for 3+ hours. According to them, the 3-year wheel alignment program means - 3+ hours wait time for wheel alignment.

Brought an unbalanced wheel in over the weekend (left unbalanced by another shop) and was helped immediately, free of any charge. Having gone to them multiple times with vehicular “emergencies,” their service has been the quickest and easiest in the area.

With a sched appt to get tire plugged, waited over an hour, watching my car sit in parking lot , then asking how much longer, being told @ another hour and half....to plug a tire. Watched 2 customers who arrived after i did being serviced ahead of me, there were 3 of us in there total. So two and half hours, hmmm- No way, unless you you wanna wait endlessly, with no explanation.

Staff is always pleasant and friendly. They never do work and then tell you the car needed it. They explain everything well and let the customer decide. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We have multiple cars that we take to them only. They are honest always call with pricing when cars need anything. Harold is always polite and courteous and makes us feel like family, even when we dont have an appointment they can make it happen even if we drop it off and they work it in.

Thanks Just Tires! I was having uneven wear and worn down tires on the front of my car. Just Tires hooked me up with a deal on the front tires and an alignment to make sure I was taken care of. I appreciate it. Its running so much smoother and better now. I wish Id gone sooner. The tech who did my car did an awesome job, Terry and Cheyenne upfront took great care of me. All wearing masks for my safety, all keeping distance. Highly recommend.

We have purchased our third set of tires this year (daughters car, wife’s car and our 5th wheel RV) and have been very satisfied with prices, tire selection and service.

I brought my sisters van in today with no appointment. Harold greeted me with a friendly good Morning smile. I explained to him what issues I was experiencing and he said he would call me when he checked it out. A while later Harold called and explained to me what was causing the issues. He gave me great pricing, we will definitely be returning. It is nice when some one treats you like family.

Came in with an appointment for one hour to do a free car care check that had been emailed to me. Staff didnt know what that meant. Told me it would be two hours. I walked right out.

Great service by the team at this Just Tires. I really appreciate their help. Harold and the people at this Just Tires were knowledgeable and helped me get an alignment done and back on the road quickly, with new tires that ride well.

Don’t bother making appointments online. They’re useless and literally mean nothing. That’s from the employees own mouth.Also pretty rude considering I had made an appointment and just wanted service.Just go elsewhere.

This shop is great. They always treat me well and do great work. Im not sure why people dont understand that plugging and fixing tires is not an acceptable approach anymore. Tires are the one contact between your car and the road and keeping them in proper spec at all times could be a life and death decision. Dont cheap out on tires or tire care and let Just Tires take care of you the right way.

Quick professional service at a good price

I had a tire blow out 2 kids in my vehicle and another at gymnastics needing to be picked up in 30 minutes. The guys at Just Tires immediately put my spare on even helped me get my kids back in the car. Excellent service!!!!!!

Went in for a flat tire. Employee didnt even take my tire off to check what was causing the flat, then tried to charge me for 2 new tires without showing me what was causing the flat in the first place... wouldve costed $200+. Went to a different shop and got the tire patched for $20. Beware if they try to sell you tires without even inspecting your current ones.

Got the tires to replace the ones on my small trailer so fast that when I brought the second tire in for repair, this past Saturday, I thought they wouldnt have the tire in until Monday.Jerry, behind the counter, asked if I wanted to wait... Wait?!Yeah, well have it mounted and balanced in a few minutes!I was impressed!

Wanted to charge almost $50 to plug a nail hole in my tire. The attend said We dont plug holes we patch them from the inside. While I believe that that is a true statement the only reason to do that for a nail hole is so they can charge more money. I went down the street to Discount Tire and they said Sure we can plug it, no charge. 45 minutes later I drove away a happy Discount Tire customer.

If I could leave zero star, I would.I took my Honda Odyssey to them this weekend after my husband and I changed the struts (not just my husband, both of us). It was driving perfectly. No shakes, no shimmies, no driving loose, no odd noises that would make me think something was off.The van was on the lift for less than 5 minutes and driven less than 20 feet to get there before the technician declared it had a bad front right wheel bearing and needed 2 new tires. No way they could do the alignment until that was taken care of.That was interesting to me because those tires were less than a year old (put on by the Just Tires at Crabtree before the closed) and only a month prior had passed inspection. When I stated that I was met with blank stares and some stammering.I obviously told them to pull my vehicle around so I could leave. We made an appointment with our regular mechanic and what do you know, everything with the wheel bearing is fine, our tires are fine and we paid less for an alignment from them. I will NEVER recommend Just Tires to anyone and they’ve lost our business for good.

These guys did an excellent job. Quick efficient fair-priced the manager is a really nice guy. I did all 4 tires on one of my cars and on my fiances car we did the two front tires need changing and it was excellent price and a great deal.

Good promp service, wouldve giving 5 stars but the only inconvenience I had was they were unable to split the payment so i could use my just tires card and I had to put the whole amount on my debit card. And I was unable to use the $500 on my just tires credit card. So just know at this location there are no splitting the payment

My car broke down in the parking lot adjacent to this location. My friend and I walked in and asked if they could help. They took a look, let me know what was wrong and gave me a price right away. Everyone was extremely helpful and polite. I was worried about getting home, because even though I only live a few miles away its a hot day and I certainly wasnt dressed to walk. One of the men (unfortunately I didnt catch his name) immediately offered to give us a ride. He dropped us off at my house and my car was fixed and ready to go by the end of the day. I could not be more impressed by the customer service at this location and genuine helpfulness. I will certainly be a repeat customer and will be sure to recommend others. Thank you!!

1.5 hours for an oil change. Unacceptable. They weren’t very busy and said it would take 1/2 hour. A lot of people standing around and talking and very few working. If you don’t value your time it is your kind of place. As for me, I will never go again.

This location is amazing!!! The guys are very friendly and diligent. I got a flat today during my lunch hour at school and they fit me in right away as a walk in and got my tire fixed :) they did a very quick and good job! (Got me back to school on time as well) Highly recommend

Got everything that needed to be fixed wrong! I know you have good intentions terry, but please keep them to yourself! Oh, and your technicians know exactly what to do! Just let them do their job!

Gave way over priced estimate for services, lied about work that needed to be done to my car. I was told there was a leak in one of the lines in my car, took the car to two other places for a second opinion and they were shocked that we were told that. All the employees are always rude and do not act like they care at all to be helping. Only in the business to gouge as much money out of you as possible. Such a downfall over the last two years.

Please dont go here for service. Their job is to sell tires. If you go in looking to have a tire plugged or patched, they will try to sell a tire. I dont know how reasonable their tire prices are because I buy my tires at Sams or BJs. But know that Just Tires is not in the business of service, just selling tires.

This location has worked on my cars for more than a decade including numerous sets of Goodyear tires for vehicles ranging from sub-compact, SUV and mobile command centers (mini vans). With the one time exception around a misunderstanding related to the TPMS Sensor, never had an issue. Even that time, a conversation with the store manager resolved the issue. Very satisfied with their work.

I was told a Honda Odyssey was an SUV and a wheel alignment would cost $94. That van has two adjustments only possible. I said: it has suspension like most cars. Its an SUV, he says again. Its a car suspension. The counter guy was about 45 to 50 and has a raspy voice.

I would leave a zero if I could...these guys could care less about their customers...needed a small hole patched in a trailer tire with one person waiting they said they couldnt get to it for 2 hours...with guys standing around doing nothing...I would never go here...they wanted to charge $79 for a trailer tire that usually costs $40...and they dont stock it..told me to come back tomorrow after I explained to them that I was on my way for vacation...I would never do business with this company...period. They act like they are doing you a favor by even talking to you

My oil change was finished before I finished my manicure across the parking lot. They informed me that I needed new tires (even showed me, so I believe them), but didnt pressure me when I said I could t afford them for a few weeks. Pleasant experience.

Not sure if Colby picked the wrong location or what but I have been to this location many times and they have been great so far. They are friendly, communicate well and the service is done in a timely manner.

Have used them 3 times and they have always been very helpful.

I bought the three year alignment warranty and clearly it puts you at the bottom of the priority list when you stop by for an alignment. We originally dropped off our vehicle and was told it wild be done in 1 hour... Well 6 beers and a pizza (3 hours) later at a bar in walking distance my car hasnt even moved. Upon calling and checking on progress its going to be another hour. Dont waste your time or money at this place its a joke.

One of the worst companies to work or do business with in the history of crappy companies. Got quoted for four tires on my wifes truck at just under 500, sounded good. Comes time to pay and its over 800. Treat their employees terrible, provide almost no training to their so called techs

I wish I could say Zero stars... this place is a joke, stay away!! I had a screw in my tire, I asked of they could put the spare on so they could fix my flat as and when they had time... I have disabilities so could not change the tire myslef... they would not help so I went to PepBoys on Glennwood and they were great!!

I had my steering rack replaced so I brought my subaru in for an alignment. A week goes by and I start to notice that my power steering fluid was low and leaking onto the ground. After lifting it up on a post lift, I found the left side steering rack boot twisted and torn from the alignment. I dont know what kind of mechanics they have that cant check to make sure everything is alright before giving a car back to the customer. Didnt think I would have any trouble from just an alignment. Going to talk to the manager tomorrow to see what they can do about it.

My go to neighborhood tire store. Theyll tell you how it is AND be fair. Cant get better than that.

Overpriced...i needed them to put old tires back on my car..it cost me 400.00 they charged me two fees for tools. i needed new lugs which was 20 a peice and they chared me 12.00 to put on lugs with their tools. all i wanted was my old tires put back on! they also recorded wrong cell number.

These guys can handle your tires, but that is all. I spent $200, 3 hours of my time, and made 3 trips up there to solve a vibration problem. Nothing they tried worked and they said I needed a new rim, which they found and installed. Did that and still had the same problem. They told me I needed a new bearing, so I went somewhere else (Precision Tune) and told them exactly what was going on. They found the real issue within 20 minutes and had it fixed in barely over an hour, and for less money than the bearing would have cost. These guys are fine for tires but have no mechanic know how.

Wanted 41$ to put a new tire on for me that I had bought from somewhere else.

This place is a joke. I have given them multiple chances and each time i am disappointed in the service (lack of customer service). It is always the same apathetic gentlemen working behind the counter. It is obvious he doesn’t care. I wanted to give this place another chance because it is near my home. Big mistake!

Have been several times, because of location or hours. Wont ever go back. Repaired a flat, rotated tires. TPM light was on when I picked up the car. Asked about it, they said it wasnt their issue. I asked what it would take to fix. Dont remember the price, but it was higher than the dealer quote. Disappointing.

I was sent here by the Just Tires near Crabtree Valley Mall (read my review under that locations listing) to fix a problem the Crabtree Just Tires caused but didnt have someone there to immediately fix. The first shop called ahead to this shop and informed them of the problem, and this shop said they could take care of it. I get there, give them the keys, and sat down for less than 90 seconds before they told me they wouldnt fix it. Not couldnt. Would not. Apparently, there was a bit more damage than the first shop originally thought, and this shops exact words were we dont know what they did, but were not fixing their mess. You need to go back to them. I asked him to call the first shop and tell them that, and that Im on my way back. They told me they would. I get back to the first shop about 10 minutes later, and find out this shop never called them. I shouldnt have had to even ask him to call, thats Customer Service 101; you dont have the customer tell your other location what you need to say. YOU tell them yourself, so all the customer has to do is show up. Thats extremely unprofessional. The shop wasnt so busy he couldnt make the call; there was ONE other customer there. This shops not my problem attitude and lack of professionalism amongst its own chain of shops makes the whole chain look bad (which it already is). I wouldnt recommend any Just Tires location, as Ive yet to hear anything positive.

I got a flat tire on the 540 and since I had good year tires and they are owned by goodyear, thought I would go to this just tires as it was closest to get it fixed. The price wasnt great but I was in a pinch so I paid it, but that is not why I am giving the low rating. They put my wheels back on using an impact driver on all lugs, and my wheels had wheel locks on them. You are not supposed to use an impact driver on the wheel locks, they should always be done by hand so they have lower torque. I brought the car back to another Just Tires in N. Raleigh to help get the wheels off and they have sheared off two wheel lock keys. I have brought it to the dealership and they sheared off a wheel lock key as well. The dealership agreed, these wheels were put on with too much torque for using wheel locks and right now we have not gotten one of the wheels off still. They have made this a nightmare going between Just Tires and the dealership to try and make my wheels normal again. I do not recommend you go to this location at all.

Absolutely terrible customer service and very slow service I have given this place three tries and I give up every time I come here I never get the service that I asked for and they are rude and not professional

Their tire prices are very reasonable and they offer good warranties.

One tire spent me almost 200 bucks. Took then almost an hour to put one tire on when there was no line. They asked me 4 times what tire.. The popped one... The guy at the desk said they accept good year cards but will not look up my account. My tire place does. He kept trying to sell me the best tire they have and still charged me for mid grade but they are only ones open on Sundays so I was sol. Do NOT COME HERE EVER if I could give negative stars I would.

Just Tires on Leesville Rd cannot be trusted. I stopped in yesterday to have a tire repaired. I happened to have a nail and a screw in the tire and was told that you cant fix more than one puncture. I did a quick search on the internet and learned that more than one puncture can be repaired on a tire. For high-performance tires, some mfgs indicate that it will void the performance rating, i.e. traveling at speeds in excess of 100 mph...but this didnt apply to me. When questioning them on this fact, they responded that Goodyear does not approve it. I sensed that they were giving me a line of bs.I went down the road and stopped in at another Just Tires to get a 2nd opinion. Theyre also a Goodyear dealer. They looked at the tire and not once mentioned it could not be repaired. I went ahead and had them fix the tire for $36.

This place way overcharged for a simple light bulb change. $17 for the bulb and $50 for labor? I could do the same in 10 minutes for $5. Also, it took them an hour and a half.

I had to wait more than an hour every time I came in for an oil change. They did an OK job on changing my tires but theyre not too good at anything else.

Towed my car there after close on Friday night with a shredded tire. They had me ready to go Saturday morning in about an hour with new tire and alignment.

Average chain auto repair store. Service prices are high and I wouldnt hire them for anything more than an alignment.

The oil change was all I got but the system they used said they had my filter but they didnt. But they reduced my cost for the trouble.

Not good service

Went there, let my car there, I signed up to get and oil change, tire rotation. came back, picked up my vehicle and went home. Come to find out, after checking the dipstick, the oil was barley up to the first dot, tires, under inspection had not been rotated. the manager of the store is kind of nice but untrustworthy. and all of his workers looked like dead beats. only one was working when i was there. not going back. These are the type of mechanics that cheat you out of your money.

Worked with 3 people there. they were all lost. All i needed was 1 tire!
