I went in with a rather unique request. I needed to rent furniture for a stage play. The manager Shawn was so helpful and considerate. Communication was excellent! Ivy was also extremely helpful. Great team and wonderful customer service. Looking forward to the delivery of the furniture for the play.

Yes this is the correct store, I am 100% sure of that as I came in to the store to pay in person to get the same as cash rate, but wait no that didnt happen as you had me pay extra. At the end I ended up paying $150 more then what I was told when I started.Be careful with your agreements you sign. I normally go to the one in Fuquay-Varina and have gotten several things there no issues. They are scammers and will add in crazy fees when you try to pay something off in there 90 days same as cash. I ended up paying $100 more then I had agreed to when I got my computer

Great Staff! Mr. Shawn, Ivy and Shantay provided some excellent customer service. The delivery guy Anthony was on time and got my bed set up!!

This place is a complete and udder rip off, not only that they would call 10 times a day to remind you your bill is due, and god for bid you didn’t answer the phone because you’re busy or working they show up at your doorstep. Payed on a couch and the price always seemed to stay the same, so finally told them to take it back thinking that we would be able to keep the coffee table and end stands that were only $150 but we’re told we had to send those back too even though they SHOULD Have been paid for. It’s absolutely a complete rip off and the quality of furniture is absolutely terrible. I would not recommend to anyone. Unless you enjoy being harassed.

If I could give this location specifically 0 stars, thats what they deserve. They are hands down, the most unprofessional people I have ever done business with and when you speak with them, they are borderline abusive. Unfortunately I had to utilize this company while I was down on my luck and did not have the funds to purchase in full. I had set up an automatic payment every other week and miraculously, despite have more than enough money in my account, my payment never was paid on the day that it was supposed to come out. I spoke to my bank to see if it was a problem on their end and they said it was not. With payments not coming out due to their negligence, I had late fees and ended up paying over $600 in tacked on fees over the purchase price of my item. They call you numerous times per day and leave very nasty messages, show up at your home repeatedly. I finally paid my item off today and while I was on the phone with their representative, I was also logged into the site looking at the payout amount and what he was asking for was literally double what the payout actually was. Their store made an error with a promotional coupon and they refused to honor it, despite it being their error and the fact that it was still before the expiration date.Do business with these people at your own risk, they are slimy, unprofessional and will harass you several times a day, even on the date your bill is due.
