I love this store especially their commitment to reuse and up-cycle! Its great for gift ideas and for personal home dec pieces and ideas! I especially love their newsletter. You can tell from the original content that it is written by staff based on real experiences.

Came into the store at 5:53 while it closes at 6 and told the lady we would be quick. Asked to buy something exactly at 5:59 and she said she already closed the register while we were shopping in the store. What kind of service is this? Who closes their cash register while people are shopping? A bit rude to me.

Great experience working with Carole. Her design & love for recycling items in the home is overwhelming. The passion to make her clients happy is of utmost importance. Excellent creative ideas for each individual client.

Beautiful pieces! Just beware that they do not issue refunds - this may be made clear to other customers but it was not to me at time of purchase. I brought back a set of chairs within an hour of purchase as they didn’t fit the area. I was told of a 24-hour window to hold your card and try the furniture but was not warned that if you went ahead and bought the piece that you could not get a refund. The receipt says all sales are final but I got the receipt after the purchase obviously. This ultimately can be chalked up to our own ignorance and error but the problem here lies in the customer service. When we tried to return the chairs, the owner and another sales rep were rude and unapologetic. Attitude goes a long way. Too many other places that have unique finds with better customer service in Raleigh for us to return! Hopefully they will be more clear in the future.

Great Store! I always make it a point to stop in and see the great mixture of items that Carole has found. She has a great eye, and I have purchased something from her store every time I go searching for antiques in Raleigh. The prices are competitive and the furniture is in great shape. She sells some new and upcycled items which are interesting. Worth a stop!
