Brian in the Point of Sale tech support has been fantastic! I recommend these guys if you are looking for a POS system. Lots of people sell them not many will help you fine tune it and make everything work that you can come up with.

During our end of year inventory seems to a stressful time for everyone here at our Gift Shop at Multnomah Falls. From the first call early in the week of, Daniel was very supportive and very nice to this somewhat POS challenged manager! The tech support received was welcomed and appreciated. When Pahwanjid took over, her support also was very accomodating and congenial, and educational. When we ran into a huge problem trying to finalize the EOY totals, Suren came on board to help us thru. In fact he worked late into the evening and from his personal PC to help us get our inventory committed before a big weekend. I cannot tell you all how important it was for us to have them there, at all hours for our use. It was invaluable to our operation. I recommend them highly for any POS placments as they do offer the assistance and tutorials to help you learn all that these systems have to offer.
