This is the worst pharmacy I have been to. My prescription was not ready at the set time. I gave them a second chance and surprise my prescriptions were not ready again. They said they would text me when they are ready in 3-4 hours. How come they couldnt text me before I drove here both times to let me know not to waste my time driving to the store? That seems like a more helpful option.

I used to like this pharmacy, as it is only 10 minutes from my house and they use to be fast at refilling prescriptions. After waiting a couple days to get a prescription and not being able to call because the phone is always not working. I just switched to Walgreens pharmacy. Asked that pharmacist how long prescriptions take to get filled, she said never more than a couple hours. And so far so good. Not sure why this rite aid is taking days to do refills.

This is the worst Pharmacy i have ever dealt with. My prescription was sent in the other day and still is not ready. Even when you call you are waiting 12 plus hours. This is the worst service ever... Do not do business with them... It is an absolute joke. I would give it a zero, if i could.

Do not go to this rite aid. Refills take 3 days. They are refusing patients for vaccines including flu shots due to under-staffing (their words).

I will never come back. The pharmacy is a hot mess and the merchandise is marked up into oblivion. I’ve never had a pharmacy take 12-48 hours to fill my meds. They don’t even have a good selection of stuff in the store, what’s the point?

This pharmacy is the worset and would give less stars if possible. The customer service is horrible. I have had prescriptions called in and 4 hours later told it would be 2 more hours because they were just too busy. Dont bother calling because you will sit on hold forever if they even answer. They called me yesterday to ask for insurance information and when I called back was told that it was the wrong pharmacy and to call around to the different rite aids to see where its at before hanging up on me. I called the number that called me first! When I called again later a different person answered after being asked to hold,which ended up being just th placing the phone on the counter so I could hear everything in the background including patients. I initially had chosen this pharmacy for location convenience but have transfered all prescriptions to Walgreens and will never again use a rite aid pharmacy.

Everytime i call the pharmacy to refill prescriptions i get put on hold for atleast 15 minutes then they proceed to tell me they are behind and it will take 3+ hours to get blood sugar test strips. Not pills no, glucose test strips! If i didnt have to come to this one i wouldnt!

I go to pick up my prescribation and they tell me I would have to wait up to an hour to get it refilled. I called in the prescription the day before. This has happened to many times.

This rite aid is the best, their employees are so nice and helpful, they went extra mile to help you and make sure youll find what your looking for. Matt the manager is awesome and so kind, Kelly is so sweet for always helping you out and Jacob, I recognize most of the people working here and they always greet you as soon as you walked in.

This Ride Aid is top notch thru and thru. Unfortunately folks are more apt to come on to give a negative review than a good one... they deserve 5 stars! Ive shopped here multiple days a week for years and I love the clean store and friendly staff that are willing to help at anytime! ♡

The worst customer service ever . I could clearly hear the cashier say “ that’s the ugliest girl I’ve ever seen” then she looked up and we made eye contact . So I’m very positive that she knows i heard her saying it . I will never shop here again

Pharmacy was very rude about having to put my coupons in because it was late. Im sorry it was late but do you think this is where i want to be? It is there job to be friendly and accommodating! Im sorry if you had to leave a few minutes late.

Dropped off 1 prescription, was told itd be an hour which is 40 mins longer than my normal Tacoma Rite Aid has EVER been. Came back an hour & a half later & was told itd be another half hour! Two hours for one prescription!?!? Theyre smoking crack! Left without my prescription & waited 20 mins for it at my normal Rite Aid. Ridiculous!!!!!

Great store. Join the prescription discount plan as it saves you tons $$$$ my script went from $380 copay to$33.00

Watch the pharmacy, they gave me the wrong perception and messed up on my wifes, mistakes like this can potentially kill a person.

Employees here are rude and lazy!
