This is the best ups store ever! The employees are great folks. It was pouring out, I have a baby, and a huge package-- they walked me into the store and back to my car with an umbrella. Fast, friendly service. You guys rock! Thank you, you made my day!

I was living in PGI for only a few months and UPS Punta Gorda has been my go-to location. While I typically have amazon returns, I recently had to purchase some packing supplies and they were great to work with. Terry went above and beyond and his customer service was stellar.

Every time I visit this store the service is excellent. Very professional. My packing requests always handled. Let them pack your stuff!!!! Thanks again.

Almost every encounter is a good one here. Store is clean the employees are friendly and helpful. However, DON’T use this place to print off any documents. Charged $3.21 for a single piece of paper. Seriously over $3 for a single page. That’s beyond ridiculous. So needless to say I’ll bE finding another place to print my things off.

I have been doing business with this ups store for some 6 years! They go above and beyond to give great service! They have forwarded my mail without any additional charges. To the lady whom insist on mask... this is the USA! To give a poor review over human rights is just plain pitiful! People and businesses have rights to do as we please! If your mask is so helpful... I dont need one, you are protected. Choose not to go there . But to ruin a reputation over a political issue show how horrible a person you are! Just go away! Go home, stay there and hide! Leave others alone This is a great place to do business and very friendly.

I’ve had to drop off several items for my auction company and have never had an issue, nor have my customers. The owners Alex and Allison are so nice and helpful, as well as the rest of the staff. Everyone always greets me with a friendly hi and are always in able to answer any questions. I have dropped off items for packing and shipping from little to big, fragile and non fragile. with no issues and no complaints from my auction customers. They always go the extra mile to answer all my pesky questions! Not only is the location convenient for me, but I know I’m in good hands leaving my items with them. Highly recommend.

I arrived at 5:55pm to drop off a cable box for an 86 year old neighbor who moved away. The store closes at 6:00pm. All the lights were off, the cage was rolled down, the sign was off, and they were closed. Considering the overall poor attitude I continuously receive at this location, I will be bringing my business to the Port Charlotte location. On the positive side, the store is always clean.

The worst customer service in any UPS Store I’ve ever been in. The owner was rude, argumentative, and when I challenged him on his business practices he refused to do business with me. Avoid doing business with this guy at all cost. This owner has a serious ego problem.

I normally go here to avoid the post office — won’t be any longer. They are not enforcing masks (which is the initial reason I went there over post office). Even employee Allison, only wearing a short loose bandana over her face. Tried to speak to male manager about it yesterday and had quite a different experience than I did with the last one (who assured me masks WOULD be enforced)...this one basically said “if you don’t like it, don’t come in.” Nearly verbatim in fact. Too bad I didn’t get his name — young ignorant guy.Same fella I think Carl, Haley and Roger mentioned below.

Very BAD customer service, Its a wife and husband team there both very rude. I call the place to make a complaint about how rude the man was ask for a manager and she said i am and i let her know how bad the customer service was she made it clear that was her husband and she bends for him so not much she can say to him and hung up on me. I will take my smile and do business at another store. i let Amazon know to make sure all my items are returned they said if items dont make it they will deal with them.

I have been to this store several times in the last six months - the women in the store are helpful and courteous. There is a youngish man in there, about 5 11, balding, pot bellied that has the worst customer service skills - he isnt helpful; never smiles - it seems its all he can do to process your package. Its as if he hates being there - perhaps he should find another line of work...Wow - just read the reviews below - seems Im not the only one that finds this man objectionable - will take my business elsewhere whenever possible. Jackass!

Terrible customer service and rude male associate. I called them with questions about renting a mailbox and the lady who answered my questions was very friendly and helpful. When I went into the store to rent it, a young male employee was, as the other reviews have said, very condescending and rude (also contradicted what the woman told me). They were absolutely no help to me, so I did not rent the mailbox. Look elsewhere.

Rude, condescending young male associate who failed to tell me that there would be a three dollar change for simply printing a return lable. The cost is not the issue but poor customer certainly is the norm here . Ill find a new drop off point ....

I sent packages from this store in Punta Gorda May 10. One was a return to a store needing a refund.I lost the confirmation receipt I received from UPS and since I had not heard from the store (and it had been 3 weeks), I called the store to see if they had my receipt. They did! Alex (from UPS - Punta Gorda) gave me all the information I needed, I called the store, and the refund is now being processed. Alex was so helpful, he was kind and patient with me and more than willing to assist. Great service from this UPS Store - Ill be a loyal customer.

The friendliest and most personable service you could ask for. After having USPS lose a Christmas package, I will never wait in an hour + long line to send a package for it to get lost and never recovered. Our local UPS is reliable, usually no waiting and comes with great customer service.

Just went to this store to return two different articles per article instructions. Armed with two codes for return, I didnt know how to link package return info with correct package. I ask for help to walk me thruthis and uos clerk didnt know either! I left.....S

My husband and I have been to this outlet several times in the last few weeks - for shipping and copying. We have enjoyed great customer service - answers to questions and suggestions for shipping have been very helpful! We have found the staff to be courteous at all times!

Alex and his staff is on top of their game . From personal experience he has went above and beyond the call of ownership of the business . We recommend them to everyone you won’t regret it !

This UPS store is much better now with new owners/managers. I use their shipping services and also Ive had a mailbox there for a long time, so Ive seen improvements. Everything is now much better, very pleasant, and efficient.

I went in today to return some cable equipment. Under the UPS agreement with the cable company, the UPS store is to receipt the returned items, package and ship. They took the equipment but when I reviewed the receipt, I noticed the remotes were not listed. When I asked about it, the guy I was dealing with said their was no place to enter the receipts. I said, no problem, would you please just write a note on my receipt stating the remotes were included in the return. He firmly stated NO. When I questioned him, he said I dont sign anything I dont have to. I might be able to understand such a rude and idiotic response from some minimum wage employee, but it turned out I was dealing with the franchise owner, Alex Scherer. In all my years, I have never experienced such behavior from someone who depends on the public to support his business. Fear not Mr. Scherer, I will not darken your doorstep again and be sure all my friends are aware of your total disregard towardcustomer service.

Ive had a mailbox here for years. I travel a lot and often need my mail forwarded. The owners are friendly and accommodating.

Not for doing big orders but on the fly 1 or 5 pages or shipping greatbut any thing with volume they dont have machines or staff so u will be there all day not the best not the worst

These people have a bad attitude and not friendly. They make you feel like they are doing you a big favor. I will travel to the mail box store at the shopping center at burnt store road before I will come here. I have heard this also from many other people in the area. I tried to make it work because it is so close but every time I leave I feel bad about how I was treated. Sorry but thats the truth.
