Put Patrick back at self checkout. He is polite, greets you, tells you have a great day, and invites you back. The 3 ladies on tonight were there but never said hello or goodbye to anyone.

Usually pretty good but not today. Received less than half of my order. 18 items missing. Called the store, got hung up on 3 times and was on hold for a total of about 45 minutes. NO communication means during shopping phase for substitutions. You get what you get and have to pay all the delivery etc. fees AGAIN if you want the rest of your order!!! Im sticking w/Publix from now on.

The associate are always ready to help out. I always find what i need. Even when i place my order online this store will have it ready for me to pick up.There pharmacy is excellent as well.

This store is my usual go to store when I need something. However this time, it was one out of three.I needed three items and only came out with one. This store did not even have a shelf tag for the eye drops I needed. Yes I did purchase these same eye drops at a different Walmart but I thought it would be in stock here. The other item was simply a bare spot on the shelf.Maybe the management will get this store up to date soon.Otherwise, I do like the store. So this time it is only 3 starts out of 5.

Do NOT use the auto center they scam the elderly

Walmart is fantastic for everything you want to buy. Prices are great, you cant go wrong. People are also nice and kind. This is a great store, hope they never close. Don F.

Grocery pickup is really great. Order online and pickup the next day with just a few substitutions. The people working are generally very courteous and helpful when dropping off the groceries to you car!

Always clean. But out of stuff a lot of the time. If you dont catch some things on a delivery day then youll have to wait till the next delivery. Sometimes hard to find help.

Pretty good. Even got .06 for free. People check your change drawer. I’ll put it in a tip jar somewhere every penny counts but no hydrogen peroxide available at .56 for 16 oz. only 8 oz with a spray bottle for 1.36. Nope. I will order online or somewhere else

The store personnel are certainly doing their jobs, but the shelves are nearly bare compared to normal and the prices are up substantially. Makes me sad.

Stopped in to grab some items whilst we were vacationing. Clean store and had Local 23 cub scouts outside offering goodies. Got two bags of Carmel popcorn.

Walmart just isnt the same anymore since this pandemic. And we dont have any more late night hours. Late night hours is beneficial to a lot of people. Hope one day soon they will resume the 24-hour store again

The organic Spring Mix I bought had already started going bad even though it had a 10/12 date. I will be returning it.The posted price on Charmin TP was about $18 (could have been mispriced on the shelf) but it rang about $30.The staff are usually very nice and courteous.

THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING FROM TECHS TO MANAGEMENT. IVE BEEN A MECHANIC SINCE 1963 TECH WAS WRONG BUT MANAGER NEED A LOT MORE EDUCATION!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Well stocked store! Clean store, but downside is that aisles are always cluttered with restocking inventory. Carts cant get thru. Staff is always helpful. Great pricing on automotive, milk products, frozen veggies, but relatively high pricing on most meat related products. Great self-checkout system. Ice can be picked up on the way out. Best location.

Little crazy.. being a Saturday morning.. but its ok.Hate the fact you have to go look for shopping carts in the parking lot.Hate the fact that they are getting rid of cashiers. Folks complain about no jobs... But cant me stores want you to work for them... Hence self checkout.Not a discount if you do the work.

This store is clean, has a great selection and is larger than some of the other local Walmart stores! The garden/ outdoor section at this location is bigger than most and had everything I needed!

Good location the prices are lower then other Walmarts and they arent in your face with the security I just wish they would open the garden center and stop forcing ppl closer using two entrances

Walmart suggested I order a TV instead of laying it down in my car. Then proceeded to deliver the same TV laying down with other boxes on top of it and ofcourse the TV didnt work. I ordered an exchange and waited a week and never got a replacement. When I called they had no information on when my TV would be here. I had to wait am additional week to receive my money back. Do not order from Walmart.com

The Nail Salon was very nice. The young lady gave a lengthy massage on my feet and hands. My French manicure is still perfect after 4 days.

This store is medium. Better then I was told but not as large as most super walmarts are. So they run out of alot of products.Was alot easier to drive out of parking lot. The one off colonial has long lines and can take you 20 minutes just to pull out of the parking lot then you sit at traffic lights for 10minutes 2 intersections.

Shelves are never stocked even with all the associates walking around, and its pulling teeth to get help with anything. When they do have cashiers they are pleasent

Out of all the walmarts I have been to, this one is clean and fully stocked. If they are out you can get it ordered in almost immediately to the store. The workers are responsible and respectful with request of costumers. 10/10 recommend this store. 4/5 stars cuz its still walmart corporation.

DO NOT USE GROCERY PICK UP!!! If you like picking your groceries up, dont use this Walmart. You either wait an hour for your groceries or you dont get them at all.

Special order at meat department..when I called to check on order..was told it was available. Went meat department and order was hand delivered to my cart...great experience!!!!

They allowed someone to use my payment info from another state to buy their groceries and then wouldnt pick up the phone. I had to cancel my card and whoever it was now has a good supply of food. Thanks Walmart, great service as always.

Water Inventory could be kept up better, but otherwise I normally find what I came for quickly.

Employees are sufficiently knowledgeable which is nice. I like that you can get anything you need in one stop. The reason why I gave it 4 stars not 5 is because theyre out of things alot. Other than that no complaints!

To start off Id like to say I worked customer service for 17 years and I get it. People can be anything from simply cold and unfriendly to straight rude and everything in between and you worked all day you want to go home. I completely get it, but the constant were closing announcements every minute starting at 10:30 on is to say the least nerve racking. If I didnt have a list I probably would have forgotten most of what I came for. Who likes to be rushed? Especially rushed out the door?Nobody! I myself have been up since 5a.m. for work its now 10:30 p.m. trust me I dont want to be there anymore than you want me there. It just sounds rude, even if its not meant to be. Most ppl understand and will grab what they need and get out without all that and the people who dont the first time the registers are closed and they leave empty handed theyll learn. Or maybe just one reminder announcement? But please stop the unnecessary & excessive gtfo intercom announcements. Simply too much.

This Walmart always seems to be short of so many items no matter what department you shop in. Not sure if theyre just not keeping up inventory or not.

Did a big shopping trip today. Was able to get everything on list (plus more!)at good prices. Thanksgiving dinner items about done. Most shoppers were very decent humans too. And the majority I passed were wearing masks! Store employees were cordial and helpful, despite being quite busy restocking.

I like to thank Nigel and his team in the tire center for going above and beyond and getting us back on the road in under a hour with new tire after we had a flat on I-75 . We are from NW Pennsylvania and far from home. It was a 97 degree day I got the donut on the car and made it to that Walmart.

I stopped by this Walmart for a beach umbrella but they were out. Not too big a deal, its still a good Walmart.

We phone an.order in for a 5;30 pick up and waited almost an hour for it to be bought out to the car. During the business time of day they only had no more than 2 people waiting on cars. I wonder why 🤔??

It was good! I had a blowout on the RV. They didnt have RV tires, but I was able to get a trailer tire that will serve as a spare until I can actually replace the RV tire. Its convenient to the interstate with an easy on off exit.

Really friendly workers there. Cashier was exceptionally nice, she offered to help me take my items to the car. I had some heavy items which other employers helped me put them in the cart. I was so happy because I didnt have a clue how I was going to get them in the car. Let them know if you need help with anything because employees are more than willing and HAPPY to help youGlad I went to Punta gorda Walmart.

I was just disappointing due to rise of covid. Their hand sanitizers were empty today and the wipes from the dispensers were dried up there was no way to sanitize hands while shopping

Dependable selection of everything you need

It is not the best stocked Walmart and the fashion for women is hardly updated. You can walk in and find the same womens fashion from a month before even two months before. Incorrect price tags on the shelves and forget about finding out the price of multipack toilet paper or paper towels. Compared to Port Charlotte and North Port Walmarts ....this one is Punta Gorda is dismal.

Weve been using the curbside pickup service for 2 years, regularly now due to virus. Sadly instead of the service improving with experience the service has gone downhill. Many items that were always available for curbside are now in a not available for curbside category. No explanation is given. I guess Wal-Mart does not care to hang onto longtime customers.
