Wanted a new Sunbrella cover added to our 5 year old pontoon. The folks here at Crystal Cay were friendly, informative and produced an accurate quote for us. We had a worklist for our boat, and planned to be at Burnt Store Marina for at least 3 weeks. We called them on a Monday and Mike came over the next afternoon to review our projects, which included canvas, joinery work, and stainless steel railings to be mounted. We thought we were in good shape and didnt call anyone else to estimate the jobs. Mike said he would call us with an estimate and schedule on Wednesday afternoon. So far, so good. When we didnt hear from him, we left a message Thursday mid day. Its been over a week and no call. What is sad is since we didnt get any other estimates, we will no longer have the time to get things done before we continue our journey on The Great Loop. So, lack of follow up not only deprived them of the work, but others in the area of a chance to receive payment.
