I needed my alternator checked and replaced and it was done in the same day. Great job Tire Kingdom Punta Gorda. I was able to get back to what I was doing.

I had put a new tire on my lawn tractor rim at home, after failed attempts to get the tire to take air around the rim I took it here to see if they could help. Without giving me a hard time a guy helped me get it filled. I don’t know if they sell lawn tractor tires, I assumed not. So, if I ever need tires for my truck I’ll be stopping here first. Thanks for the service!

I had an oil change done here about a month ago and paid $90.00 which I thought was armed robbery and sadly it was done poorly. Cant believe techs cant even do a simple oil change rite and charge that amount. After seeing oil in my driveway I brought it over and said I just had an oil change,they inspected it and said it was residual oil.How do you have residual oil after 3 weeks of an oil change. 3 techs and a manager looked at it and said it was fine. I said I sure hope so I have a big trip ahead of me. So I take my trip and truck leaking entire time, causing me to have to stop and buy add oil. All along oil filter was no put on properly. Made a mess of a driveway I stayed at. Seriously becareful taken your car here, although tech was fired or quit that did my work still no excuse ,still manager and other techs said it was fine after the fact and said I was ok to go and take it on my trip. Could of really become a bad outcome if I never saw oil leaking.

I literally had four nails in relatively new tires in less than 2 days. I had bought the tires from them a few months back and they were beyond helpful then. I cannot say enough about how helpful Steve, Joe and all the staff were in every instance, but today topped all of it. I woke up to my tire being completely flat, so I went without an appointment. After telling them that I couldnt miss work, they changed my tire to my spare and kept the bad tire. I made it to work on time, they called when they had fixed it, I ran back and in 15 minutes they had me out the door again. You just dont find customer service like this anymore!!

One of my preferred mechanic establishments. Joe was very clear with the estimates and condition of my vehicle. They corrected a mechanical issue that other establishments had not even considered - never mentioned as the potential culprit for the issue. I will be back again when that day comes.

Went for an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked the vehicle up the rotation was not done. When confronted about they had the nerve to say I needed new tires. Mine are less than a year old and in perfect shape. Less than poor customer service.

Joe was very knowledgable and helpful. Will definitely come back when I am ready for more tires.

They where great family oriented feeling.they talk to me like I was part of there family.otger places reply reply will be with you just take a seat and then 20 minutes later they come over and try to help you at least here they said well be with you in a minute and they were once they got done doing what they were doing they asked me what I could be helped with and helped me out took my car and I was done within 15 minutes. I had a tire that was low and couldnt figure out why I kept going low so they checked it out and said theres nothing wrong with it pumped it up and said youre on your way sir have a great day. Ive lived in Florida for two years now and have always used this Tire Kingdom to service my vehicles. Typically, I go in for routine oil changes/tire rotations. If there is something that needs to be brought to my attention (such as a bulb, filter, or tire needing replacement), they notify me about it but never make me feel pressured into purchasing the item. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. During my most recent visit, Joseph Eastwood and Jimmer Chance provided me with OUTSTANDING customer service! I had two tires with zipper ruptures on the other sides of them, only visible while the car was on a lift. If it wasnt for them inspecting the tires and bringing it to my attention, I could have had a serious accident. I was able to see the tires, make a decision (which was, of course, to replace), and even got a great deal on the new tires! I cant say enough amazing things about the staff at this Tire Kingdom. If you want an honest, trustworthy shop, this is your place!

From out of town and Hit something in the road that I thought was damaged to my tire. Took it in to have it checked out, they looked at it determined it was just cosmetic.I was prepared to buy a new tire. Their honesty told me I did not need to.

Had tires in stock about could not put the. On for hours. Decided just to buy the tires and take them with us to another shop to be out on. Then all of the sudden they no longer had the tires on stock. Really crappu thing to do to a family stranded on vacation.

Have had many issues with my truck, the tire warning light always comes on. I was going to the dealer EVERY WEEK! Some friends of mine told me about Jimmer at tire kingdom, I called today he was there told me to bring my truck in and he will look at it! I got there and he was polite and professional. His knowledge of what was going on with my truck by far more knowledgeable than the dealership. He showed me everything and walked me through a simple fix. The dealer would have my truck for hours. He showed me everything in 10 minutes or less! He said I do NOT need new tires yet. Showed me why and why to look for. I’ve been lied to from the dealership for a long time now! Installed my leveling kit on my 2018 f150. One of the few shops that knew what they were doing when it came to the install process, half the other shops around town seemed like they didnt want to do the install or didnt kno how. Had a nail in my tire and the mechanics were able to fix it quick and get me on my way! All of the staff were very polite and knowledgable.

I strongly suggest you use another shop if you like your vehicle. Bought full set if Michelin for a classic BMW and requested weights be put on the inside of the rims as they were unmarked. Picked it up and they were clipped to the outside of rim. Brought it in for first rotation and asked for them to fix which they agreed to as it was on the original note. Said they would but picked it up and specifically asked if changed and they said yes. Didnt fix it and told me to bring it back as they didnt have time to fix that day. Awful customer service and incompetent oversight. Will never buy from them again.

I bought a set of tires in pg after lots of pressure to purchase some very expensive tire insurance and what not . The bf goodrich tires have performed well. After shopping this am, my tire lite came on. The right rear tire had a puncture and i stopped in to have it repaired at the kingdom. They said i had to leave it and i walked home. When i got home they called and said it could not be fixed and i need a new set or at least one tire for $150. I said just pump it up and i will go elsewhere. Tire discounters repaired it for $35. imo dont waste your time with thesgougers

Tried to overcharge me by $200+ because of their lack of knowledge. Stopped by here to see if they would swap factory Jeep wheels and tires for me. I had the new wheels and tires and all I needed was them to put the Jeep on a lift, check the balance of the new wheels and tires I had with me, take the old one off and put the new ones on. They in turn fed me a bunch of misinformation about the TPMS sensors in the new wheels and tires saying they had to be programmed with the car and it was going to be at least an hour of labor just for that. I specifically tokd them the new wheels and tires were directJeep 2021 OEM, same year as my Jeep. They told me that didnt make a difference.The truth is the ALL Jeep vehicles. From mid-2018 with a TPMS system are equipped with a self-learning computer and as long as the TPMS transponders inside the wheels are 2018 OEM or newer there is no need for programming. They did not know I knew this. I give them a sec9nd star only because the gentleman at the counter was very pleasant and polite abd admitted he was not sure of this until his mechanics told him so. Time fot more training.

I have a 2004 dodge ram 1500 2wdThey wanted 975 for a front passenger wheel barring!!!Why so much for a 30 minute job i ask??Well they have to chang my axle barringIn order to change my hub/wheel barring.And have to give me a alignment.....These guys will hustle if you dont know anything about cars!!!Step 1 take the tire offStep 2 pop off the brake and caliperStep 3 remover roaterStep 4 theres 3 bolts holding the barring on you take the old one off and put a new one on and install your caliper and roter and tireThere is no front axle on a 2wd and it does not effect your alignment

Better take insurance. Their tire blew out in 3 months with little miles!

The Tire Kingdom staff was courteous & thorough on an oil change I needed coming through Punta Gorda. They threw in a free tire rotation, offered a screaming deal for me to consider replacing my struts since mileage on my Honda Element was over 22000 mi. Would definitely recommend this place over other competitors. They go the extra mile with a smile.

Took my car into TK because of a shimmy. They mentioned you need new tires. I bought the best they have Michelin! Still had the same shimmy. Took it back and they said oh you need shocks and struts. Nope problem persists. Next brakes, okay we have reached over 2K and now they suggest another fix, WOW NO freaking way!

If there was a zero stars, that is what you would get. Scammers.

The people that work here went above and beyond to help me out with my mothers car. I was only in town to visit her for a few days and had limited time to assist her. They understood what I needed and took really good care of her. Prices and service were fantastic. Customer service was outstanding.

Bought four Michelin tires last year, had them rotated and balanced today.... no charge since I bought protection last year. Tyler Beck made my appointment and was in charge when I arrived. Tyler was professional, and pleasant.....and explained the situation.....no extra charges. I’ll go back.

Didnt fix the problem the first time

As usual, your staff at Tire Kingdom Punta Gorda were informative, helpful and courteous. I originally went to Tire Kingdom in 2013 because I wasnt happy with the dealership I purchased my car from. My first impression was not only being upfront and courteous but honest which was lacking at the dealership. Since that time I am a returning customer for my oil changes and tires rotation service. I needed a new battery and when I called they said come right in which I did and they replaced my battery immediately. Now I am making an appointment for my 3,000 mile oil change and tire rotation. Your employees are amazing. Thank You!

I stopped here but not for tires or service. My friend had accidentally choked himself with the seat belt and I couldnt get it loose I drove there and screamed for help. Anyone who had a knife. Freeman responded immediately and I was able to cut the seat belt before did real damage to my friend these guys are heroes.

Service was great, the car feels good so far.. However I paid $450 for only two tires. They told me it was because of the type of tires. My dad had bought all four at the same time all the same type for the same amount they charged me for my two JUST TWO, So, Im sure we will never do business here again. I mean just listen to the amount of 2 tires for the price of $450.....

The person that the deck was very hospitable and we were in there quite a while just to change a valve on a tire of a car and I watched a high-rise pickup with monster tires who had two tires to come off to tires to come on now that the whole deal get in and out of there before we had one tire have a valve change you make your decision but the guy at the front desk was very nice

Efficient and super staff

Tire Kingdom asked me to fill out a form that would limit me to 1000 characters to describe why I gave a 3 star review. Instead, Ill make my rationale public as well. My reason for visiting Tire Kingdom was that I needed new tires for my vehicle. I was advised that it would take 90 minutes by the cashier both over the phone and when I arrived. It took 2.5 hours. There was no Oh, hey, Mr. Wheeler, we have x going on right now or We have to get your tires from another location, etc. There was no update saying that it would take an additional hour. The price was nothing great. After the transaction was complete, I made sure to check on a few things. My drivers seat was shoved back as far as it could go. My radio was on a different station and volume level than when I arrived. The lock lug wasnt in the vehicle. When I went back in to get it from the cashier, he had thrown it in the trash. Below-average service, average price, and a below-average overall experience. Why should it get more than 3 stars?

I will start off by stating that I used to go to this location as they were always prompt and helpful with good service. Now reason behind the 1 star is I just spent 6 hours in the waiting room for two tires, front brakes, outer tie rod ends, and front struts. I would have been fine with the wait if it didnt come back to me worse than it went in the shop. I was told after they did all the work they did the best they could to do the alignment put it still pulls to the left. Also when I woke up the next day the one tire was almost flat. I took it back in and they said it must be a bent rim. If thats the case then why hasnt the rim leaked ever before? Then they were going to charge me for that despite having the hazard service on my bill for the tires. I was also told despite the 1,700 dollars spent on the repairs if I wanted the alignment fixed it would be another $242 otherwise just deal with the pull to the left. No thank you, called customer service and at least got my alignment fee $89 refunded towards taking it to a better shop. They lost this customer for life.After dealing with all the issues, brought the van back in and they adjusted some more to the alignment and got it better than it was at no charge. They sealed the tire that had the leak/bent rim no charge. So I might just chalk this up to the day the initial service was done they were beyond jammed packed busy.

I’ve seen some bad reviews and I’ve heard bad things about tire kingdom. I can’t speak for everyone but I can say from experience that I just had, the crew they have now is top notch. I was a little wary because I don’t know a ton about cars but Tyler really helped me out. He made sure he explained everything I needed and explained why. I never felt like I was being upsold on my car, mainly he just wanted to do the right thing for me. If I didn’t need something he would tell me and he was always very insightful. I felt like I was in good hands and not getting ripped off which is always a chance you take coming here. He worked with me to make sure I knew everything that was going on and took the time to explain things to someone who doesn’t know a lot about this type of thing. I definitely recommend coming here and I would ask for Tyler. You won’t be disappointed.

Great service great prices got two brand new beautiful tires

If you want to pay way over the price for tires/parts this is the place for you. I went here to get a set of new tires and an alignment on my car. ($600 for entry level tires) They put the car up and found that there was one broke tire bolt (its a Mercedes so they screw in) and one missing. They didnt want to do the tires because of that and said that the others were rusted and would need to be replaced at $15 a wheel bolt and up to 20 wheel bolts on the whole car (up to addition $300) and another undisclosed charge for removing the broke wheel bolt. The gentlemen said the price was so high per wheel bolt because he would have to order them and they were a Mercedes part. He let slip that they order from NAPA so I went to see what they charge at NAPA and it was $8.69 totaling 173.80 for all 20. Then I went home and checked if the bolts were in fact rusted on, and they broke free with very little effort. I then called other tire places and found I could get name brand tires for the same price and they would go through with installing the despite the one broken lug. The only reason I am giving 2 stars and not one is that they checked with me before ripping me off.

So much better than the shop in Port Charlotte. They are friendly, accommodating and do very satisfactory work. You can tell they have great work work relationships which bleeds into great customer experiences.

Ordered four new tires for my Jeep. The guys not only replaced the tires, they balanced and aligned them. Not one, but, two test drives to make sure all was well. This was on a Sunday! Thanks. Highly recommend Tire Kingdom, Punta Gorda.

Its expensive! 1 rear tire and back brakes cost about $500. The warranty is good though on the brakes and it was quick service

We took an almost new tire for a nail repair and they said we needed a new tire for $200 . After contacting the original tire installer/ seller who doubted the need for replacement we went to another repair store. The tire was repaired with no problem and no need for replacement. Glad we were vigilant because they were not truthful.

The service here was awesome! I was on my lunch hour and they got me in and out within 30 minutes! Great job and amazing service!

Had 8am appointment dropped off day before for one new tire ,oil change, and balance remaing tires. Checked on car at 12:30pm car was not ready bot said it would be in 45 min and would call .Waited 1 hour called back I was told 15 more minutes. Didnt wait for a call went over in 20 min still not ready. Finally 2hrs after I was told 45 mins I got the car (6.5 hrs after my scheduled appointment). Had to wait 20 minutes longer for my bill.

Just recently had new tires installed on my truck at Tire Kingdom. After paying I went out and started my vehicle. I immediately noticed my ABS light on my dash was illuminated. I went back in and spoke to the employee who helped me. He insisted the light was on when he inspected the truck prior to the installation. I assured him it was not on and if it was why did he not indicate to me that it was. He said he noted it on the work order. Really, and when was that done after your service tech damaged something? Now it is left up to me to repair the ABS system since your employee denied everything. The word will be spread around and also this town is not that big. Great service, NOT!

Had an appointment for an oil change at 11 a.m. didnt get out of there until 20 after 12 ridiculous just for an oil change.

Had a flat on vacation and we first pulled into the Goodyear a short distance down the road. The surly employees at Goodyear informed me that they were too busy to do anything at that point in the day even though they seemed to be standing around with no cars in the bays. Glad we found tire kingdom. Even though they were extremely busy, they were able to squeeze us in and fix our flat so we could be on our way. Craig was great and really helpful.

It took one and half hours to plug a hole in my tire. Repair was great. Wait time, no so much!

The keep saying once you buy an alignment its good for the cars lifetime. But I have had to buy an alignment for the 4 time in 3 years. 80 bucks add to my already expensive bill. Definitely does not honor it from store to store.

These guys know what they’re doing, don’t waste your time on other places trust me.

Very friendly and helpful customer service. Only needed two tires, no install or other items. I was not pressured I to a higher priced tire or to have installed there.

Way over priced and only tire store I have ever been in that doesnt have a single tire in its showroom/lobby on display !! They look at your vehicle see what size it needs then goes to a computer and gives you one price ... If you would like a selection to choose from you better ask and hope their not too busy ! $$$

I cant explain or express how much I am thrilled to say that this tire kingdom in particular has just presented me with the best service imaginable. I am 7 hours away and my girlfriend had a blowout on the side of the road. No help to roadside service bc they sucked in this situation but a guy named Bill took my call and is taking care of her just by talking to me on the phone. On top of just handling my situation well, Bill, being the best customer service professionals Ive ever delt with in any line of customer service, agreed to stay at the store for me and take care of her tire. Thumbs up to you bill and I hope one day someone helps you or your family out like you did mine. If anyone reads this before taking your vehicle into this tire kingdom I strongly advise you to do so and can personally guarantee that if you deal with Bill you will be just as satisfied and happy with his service. 4 new tires took just 1 hour and i was on my way to do christmas shopping.No extra cost,no delays ,price remained as quoted. Heard of nightmares abouttire kingdom but not my visit.Also had oil change and wheels balanced a few weeks ago no problem there either.Im sold on our Tire Kingdom my new tire and oil store from now on .

Took too long...I was a walkin around 3pm and asked if they were busy and he said no and I said, I would be happy to make appointment and come back, but nevertheless he took the keys and over 2 hours later and one new tire...thats too long.
