First let me say that I have had work done by A&B in past years and was always satisfied. But this visit was very disappointing. I had an appointment for an 11am oil change. I arrived at 10:50 and stood at the front desk until almost 11:15 before anyone even acknowledged me. When he finally did, it was to inform me that someone was still ahead of me and it would be at least 45 minutes longer. He then offered to drive me home and pick me up when the car was ready and disappeared again. I waited almost 15 more minutes and he didnt show up so I left and went somewhere else.

Paul is a gentleman who gave me a quote on the phone and stuck by it. He repaired my A/C by replacing my 2007 Ford Escape Hybrid battery rear evaporator no problem - for one-third of what the dealership wanted. And, he solved my tire valve stem leak. I spoke to him for quite a while about his training on many different hybrid makes and models - Prius, Mazda, etc. In addition, the next day, I brought my lawnmower blade to sharpen and he told me that the blade was no good, but he would sharpen it if I wanted. He warned me of the danger from having a bad blade and suggested that I go back to Lowes to get a replacement. Hes won my trust, and I am extremely happy with his attitude and atmosphere. I intend be a repeat customer. Much obliged for getting me back safe on the road!
