We came here for dinner. I wanted to let anyone know that if your paying with a debit card watch what you get charged (at any location your dining in or out) I payed with my debit card left a 0 amount for a tip. I left $10.00 cash on the table for our waitress. I then find out my card was charged an extra $10.00. The food is good the wait staff is good. We ate here for dinner and breakfast. Breakfast I paid cash and left a tip and didn’t have to worry about being charged extra for a tip?? Don’t know where the $10.00 went for so I’m just guessing a tip. I’ll eat here again when I come to Pullman the food comes quick and is delicious. I give them a 4.0.

Zeppoz in Pullman is a great entertainment venue with a casino, bowling center, gaming arcade, restaurant and bar. The restaurant has great food for low prices and they make an amazing cocktail drink called the Capri Sun! You can watch sports on any of the big screen TVs from any table, gamble a little in the casino or bowl. Its a unique establishment and can certainly see why it thrives in a college town!

On a bowling league and enjoy the people that work there. It is always clean.

Wonderful Family Experience!We made reservations ahead of time for a specific time slot. Our first time there. Friendly staff, clean establishment and they serve fast food and drinks as well.I brought my former high schooler on our last night together before he heads to the Marines. We had a blast and managed to play 4 sets.They are visible from the road, located near Pullman Regional Hospital and not too far from WalMart.They have outdoor seating, plenty of parking including handicapped spots and the capacity to entertain groups. Any questions call ahead or go on their website. Bringing food from another establishment is strictly prohibited.We Love this place. We will be back.

Pizza is basically what you would find at a chuck e cheese. Not the best but it works. Youre there to bowl or to be in the casino not for tasty food. Bowing is pretty great. If the machine messes up or doesnt reset the 10 pins properly they are pretty good on fixing it

This place was awesome!!!! Not super packed and had a really good time. The bowling was great then had an awesome lunch followed by videogames. If you are a craft beer fan then this is a pretty good place with local brews. Overall food, beer, and entertainment was family geared!

I always enjoy going to Zappos for any occasion. Whether I stay to bowl or just hop in for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I’m always impressed (and have been for years). I post now because of our server, Neah. She was beyond kind, professional, attentive, and went the extra mile to ensure our food was prepared to our liking. I was seriously blown away by how great she was as a person and server.

Multiple lanes dont work. Lanes 9&10 have been broken down for over a year. Leagues cant even fill up because they dont have enough working lanes. Almost every time I bowl, the lane Im on breaks down. Sometimes I cant even finish. FIX AND MAINTAIN YOUR LANES!

Zappoz was a great dining experience if not for covid-19 and the lack of people using the bowling alley and the casino I feel like it would have put my review over the top but the food was phenomenal especially the service staff they made an excellent impression the food had a very home-cooked feel to it and I would definitely recommend going there and I cant wait to go back.

Nicely updated Bowl, Restaurant, and Bar. Separate lanes with LED flashing lights and projectors for masking units. Arcade uses a card you buy at the front desk so you can keep a balance to use whenever you come in and all your points for redemption winnings. Friendly staff willing to help in any way.

Their biscuits and gravy in the top 10% of any of Ive ever had. $8 includes a large serving plus two eggs of your choice. Good coffee and always refilled before you even ask. Service has been always been great. I typically go on Sundays at 11:00 when they open

I really enjoy coming to this place. The service is really quite good for how busy it gets at times. The food is good for what it is. Basic but served quite nicely. The prices are great to. It is a really nice local restaurant. It is becoming a great sports venue as well. Which is nice for those who want to hangout and watch some sports.

Theres a limited menu at the moment because of the COVID restrictions in place, but all of the favorite items are there. Food is just as good as always, and there are plenty of heaters in the outdoor dining space on the patio. Staff wear masks and gloves and maintain all sanitary protocols and social distancing. You can also pick up curbside or order through Doordash or the ZeppoZ website.

My roommate and I LOVE Zeppoz! Great food, great atmosphere, and its got everything you need all in one: bowling, arcade, bar, restaurant, and casino. With it being walking distance from home, its our ideal hangout!

Don’t come without making a reservation first. The first night we tried to come we were told there was a wait which was understandable for a Friday night, however the group in front of us didn’t have a reservation and was placed on a lane right away (keeping in mind it was a group of 7 and we were a group of 2). Not only that but they also broke their own policy of only allowing two people per lane listed on their website. We decided to come back the next night and were told they were only going on reservations. Zeppoz should be explicitly saying you need a reservation to bowl. They also require a pretty hefty deposit of around $33 to make the reservation. Pretty displeased with this business currently. Won’t be back for awhile.

Great stop for fantastic service and amazing lunches. Their chicken fried steak breakfast is enough food to feed two but they wont charge you extra if you share. The owners are community committed and will assist any way the can.

I had a wonderful, safe, welcoming experience that was led by Craig P. Thank you so much for protecting my rights and religious freedoms. I am medically exempt and have religious Freedoms. The mandate clearly states that people with medical exemptions do NOT have to wear a mask/shield. He accommodated me, and was very again welcoming. I would recommend highly for anyone to do business here. Support local businesses during this socialistic time. Even after a karen started harassing, discriminating, and bullying me (she obviously is not educated knowledge is power, ignorance can lead to being sued,...karen) he stood up for me and made me feel protected in his establishment.

Staff is kind, but do not wear masks unless talking to a customer and do not enforce the mask policy. My lane was broken for the first fifteen minutes too! I love you guys at Zeppos, but Im disgusted to see such terrible enforcement of mask laws!!!

We’ve been to Zeppoz as a family, with groups for birthdays, a school field trip, and on date night. They have a young staff, but they are always friendly and helpful. They are very quick to resolve issues with the lanes. Everything is very clean, even before they remodeled (we love the remodel too!)Great place to have birthday parties for kids and adults!The food is good, nothing gourmet but always hot and tasty!The bar area is clean and the bartenders are great! They seem to enjoy their jobs and making the customers happy. I even found a new favorite drink thanks to a bartender having a great sense for a person’s taste!Somehow we’ve never been to the casino area... but I don’t see any reason it wouldn’t be as great as the rest.We’ve had an issue with verbiage on a coupon, but they fixed that, so no real complaints.We go all the time and would have no reason to stop!

This is one of the more fun places to go in Pullman. The bowling lanes are really nice. There is a fun little arcade there too. The staff has always been extremely kind and helpful. The food is good and the drink selection is great. I cant wait to see what it will look like when all the construction is finished.

Zeppoz is our local go-to place. The bowling facility is perfect for our large family and reasonably priced. Zeppoz offers a great rewards program with every dollar we spend. They have the best burgers in Pullman. Their staff as a whole is very hard working and a very good group of people. Each staff member greets us with a smile and is quick to provide superior customer service. We have found many local business do not share the same care and attention that Zeppoz staff has for their customers. They are locally owned and operated. They offer bowling, casino, arcade and special events like trivia nights. It is truly the staff that makes Zeppoz a great experience.

Not gonna lie, its the Zeppoz Pub and food that got me the most excited. Some of the best food, and value, in town! And they have air hockey in the arcade area. Its a pretty fun date night.

Restaurant / sports bar only (we did not go into the bowling, arcade, or casino areas) Only place in town Ive found a Blue cheese burger, cooked to order perfectly (medium, I like mine with a little pink in it). Service was great...quick and kid friendly. Some remodeling going on, but nothing loud or bothersome to interrupt our meal or conversation. Overall, a great dinner.

Fun for the family and decent food! The kids always have a great time here and enjoy the arcade games and crinkle cut fries.

Sunday was a busy day at Zeppoz, two birthday parties and a bit of a wait to bowl, but the staff were all friendly, helpful and the food was good. A fun day for all of us in our group!

We had so much fun! Bridget was excellent at facilitating our party, the food was delicious, and the property is great fun for the children and adults alike. Would definitely have an event at Zeppoz again!

We are from Oregon. Visiting for the Duck vs. Cougars game. We ate here 3 times, each time a different server. We had great service and really good food each time. Thanks for welcoming us ( and not rubbing in our loss ). We look forward to visiting again!

Went here for breakfast after hearing about it from friends. Very friendly, reasonably prompt service and the place was busy. Biscuits and butter and tea were all quite good. Liked the variety of high quality tea. Would definitely return.

I was impressed with the food and the price. I would recommend their breakfast menu and dinner menu. The Steelhead for dinner was delicious. Breakfast omelette was good too.

I love the new section, the bar pours well! Staff is quick, friendly, and efficient.. I would give it the 5th star if they had a better pricing and had balls that fit my dang fingers out in the normal section. Im a regular sized guy..

I work for a large local company. We held our annual Holiday get together there for the third year in a row. Since last year, they have improved the group section drastically, providing an open access to a room with tables etc. It makes for a comfortable venue and a place to meet even if not bowling. Lane seating is also improved, giving everyone a place to sit and enjoy watching one make total fooz of themselves. Such fun. The bar now has a warm comfortable setting. They serve regional brews which vs dishwaterlite. The service was great. Recommend

Very clean and friendly staff. The lanes are well maintained and modernized. Not once did we experience any sort of mistake or jam while bowling our 3 games back to back.The fried pickles are great, Ive never had them in spear form, always chips. But now that I have had their fried pickle spears, I will have a hard time being impressed by any other kind of fried pickle.Very reasonably priced. 3 games for two people and shoe rental all for under 30 bucks (this was their Sunday special).The arcade is small but tremendously fun with games Ive never seen in an arcade, like fruit ninja and virtual jump rope!They also have a set of lanes more structured around adult fun, with a slightly more private setting and a bar and restaurant.

Really cool place. The bowling alley is very nice. The staff was great. The bar is really small. And it has a small card table casino. You have to go hear at least once.

Fun, direct to play. One hour of play was reasonably priced. The shoes were comfortable but didnt give much room for extra tightening. Balls felt good. The arcade left something to be desired. They seemed expensive and under cared for. All in all it was good, but not 5*.

Pretty good restaurant, better than standard bowling alley food at a lot of places. Costs are reasonable. Bowling lanes are actually fairly modern and well maintained (not at the level of some of the super trendy bar/bowling alleys in big cities but way better than you would expect in Pullman). Casino has been downsized but is nice and friendly.Staff is friendly all around, full bar and a good place to go hang out in general. Currently undergoing a restaurant remodel and an arcade remodel is supposedly coming in October 2018.

The bowling was super fun and the pizza is awesome.the bar tender however is the worst Ive ever had asked about a beer .didnt give any info didnt offer a taste test and really didnt seem to care about her job at all I will never drink there again if she is working

The service in the bar was amazing crappy. The bar tender made sure to make us feel as if we were not welcome to be there. None of the customers were ever asked if they needed anything. None of the customers were ever checked on. Her phone seemed seemed very important to her. At one point she even went and sat down in a booth for awhile. When I finally got my check handed to me it was done so in a very rude manner. I told her to have a nice night and again got a rude response. Ive been there many months ago and had this bar tender before with pretty much the same issues. Girl needs to learn some customer service. Ive never dealt with anyone so rude and nasty who still has a job before.

Great bowling alley, fun arcade games, and food is fairly good as long as you dont order the pizzas, those are not good at all. All in all its a fun place for kids and adults. They are in the process of updating the interior design and its going to be so cool.

Not to expensive compared to some places unless you eat and thats where your money goes! But bowling is fun and they have a lot of lanes and almost a ball for everyone!

Poor service, I had to wait over an hour for my food, and when it came out the food was cold and undercooked. They must have had a change of staff because it used to be great. Although they have a casino, as well as fun bowling and an arcade. Another plus is the 23 beers on tap. This place is great for groups and you pay per game on the bowling not the hour.

All I ordered was two pieces of wheat toast and two poached eggs ... They were able to meet my request flawlessly! Havent even seen the bowling alley or the bar , but they have those too. Haha

Had a great time learning to play Spanish blackjack, all of the dealers were very friendly.(Sorry about the previous 1 star review, I apparently butt dialed that. 😆 Im glad someone at Zeppoz cares enough about their customers to try to fix a problem as fast as you did.)

Always serves the food quickly at the aisles and it comes out hot. Employees are quick to help with any problems at the lanes. Everything is clean and taken care of.

Place is such a blast!!

Sat down, didnt get food ordered for AT LEAST 20 minutes. Drinks came about 10 minutes after that, another 10 minutes go by and then the nacho appetizer came by, not very much food for $11. About 20 minutes after that a waitress comes to get drink refills, and doesnt come back for the REST OF THE MEAL. The burgers came, but they werent even warm. Cold mediocre burgers with no drinks. For 4 people, it was $85, not worth it. Never again will I go there.

My family had a fantastic evening. The lights turn to blacklights past 9 and makes it a lot of fun. They just updated their screens and it makes the experience a whole lot better. Customer service was good with free water, they even let us change our lane so our party could have more space. Its really the only place in the area to go bowling so pricing competition is minimal which is sad because otherwise I would visit more often.
