Took a Sprint iphone 7 in to fix the screen. A week and a half later they give me back an ENTIRELY different iPhone. Worse than that the SIM card they put in the phone is not compatible with Sprint. When I went back they said, Sorry! Good luck getting it fixed.DO NOT TRUST these jokers with any electronic equipment that you have.

The techs are friend and helpful. They did a great job repairing my MacBook Pro.

The head techs are useless, you can get more information from a video on youtube. They talk to you like you dont know how an iPhone works. Absolute worse customer service i have received from apple. The student sales associate helped me more than the head tech and thats saying something. 0 stars
