Absolute favorite!! Delicious coffee, lots of food items, bakery items, etc. Definitely go here almost every single day since I work downtown!
Daily Grind is both a great place for food and drinks as well as a welcoming space to meet up with friends or study. Employees are very considerate and customer service is excellent. I’ve gone here for years now and continue to come for many occasions, from a study cram session to drinks with family and friends!
I came here with my friend and ordered a veggie burrito. When I asked what was in it I was told eggs, cheese, potatoes and mushrooms with some bell peppers. My burrito came and I felt my throat starting to itch and tingle and I instantly knew that there must be chives in this burrito. It was not mentioned chives were in this. When I brought up my $8 burrito to the counter and explained the situation, I was told I would not be getting a refund or even a free muffin and if I wanted I could buy something new. Personally, I was very disappointed. For a college student $8 is a lot, and allergies are real. I found it very rude for them not to accommodate me even with a small something. My personal favorite part of the experience was how when I was walking away I could hear the employees talking about me. Never coming back again and do not recommend. Sad day.
Very cute coffee shop and studying area in the heart of downtown, staff is very friendly and helpful when it comes to recommendations. There is a very spacious studying area to just sit and do homework or study. They have a good ice cream bar to choose from and prices are pretty reasonable. Highly recommend for those looking for a spot to study and have some coffee and a quick snack.
Daily Grind is by far my favorite coffee shop in town!! I am there all the time, they have excellent food, ice cream, coffee, and flavors! If you wanna try anything new they have a list of flavors behind the counter mix and match them! Gingerbread white chocolate is my favorite! Their decor is fun and eclectic with plenty of seating space.
I love coming here! Amazing service and excellent granola. They are more pricey and the stamp card, when full, only gives you $3 off but they are worth it. I love coming in and being remembered and they are always great about making sure I dont have dairy in my order!
Coffee and red bulls are usually good, but the other day no one was wearing a mask when I went through the drive Thru.
We had a delightful late lunch after move in. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and we chit chatted about coming here in the future. The staff was helpful kind and cheery. Thanks to everyone. We were hangry and you were the perfect stop. We will be back💋
I love Daily Grind. Its a real small town coffee shop. You can work or study, chat with friends, or even hold a community group meeting in the back room. Coffee, tea, and other drinks are on the menu, plus sandwiches, soup, baked goods, and even a salad bar on some days. They even have ice cream! Thursday nights are $1 scoop nights in the summer.
Always loved your shop. Always will. Thank you for all these years of great coffee and memories.
Friendly environment, a nice place to be when working alone or with friends, all what you need includes wifi, delicious drinks, coffee, even ice cream, yummy food when you need some extra energy for some extra work you need to complete! Love all staff there! You deserve 1000 STARS*****!
I’ve been a reoccurring customer at the daily grind since August, I go there routinely for breakfast or any other time throughout the day. Today I brought coffee with me because I knew the lines would be long given that it’s finals weekend, and I was right, I barely found a place to sit. first thing the owner says to me when she passes by “this is a coffee shop and that’s just rude” for bringing in my own cup of coffee. I spend plenty of money here throughout the week, I’m a grad student and it’s my go to for coffee almost every morning. But I guess she didn’t recognize me.I understand outside drinks/food etc is not allowed, but if you’re going to strictly enforce that, don’t be snappy and intrusive about it because now I’m never coming back, she sounded like my mom when she’s mad for no reason.
One of Pullmans long-standing local coffee shops this is a wonderful and cozy enterprise. They have a variety of eats including baked goods and sandwiches. They also serve ice cream and have a good selection of board and card games for larger groups. Popular with college students, they have free WiFi allowing for a great place to study with friends and a cappuccino. Highly recommend!
The staff always seems to be friendly. Coffee and snacks always taste amazing. Comfy chairs and quiet, secluded areas to study. Highly recommended for any college student who needs a bit of silence and a pick-me-up
Cool and receptive. The catch is theres so much options to choose from for a quick bite I almost had option paralysis, lol. You can benefit from the space for a fruitful discussion and whatever your reason for hanging out.
A great place to be in the mornings and start the day. They usually have a few local newspapers sitting out for free, along with books and magazines. Theres tons of seating and table space, which is eclectic but effective. On the hottest summer days, they have a private walled garden space for enjoying the sun more indirectly.
The burritos are amazing! They have lots of good vegan options too which is nice for some friends of mine who come in. Great atmosphere to study, and the staff is very kind and always happy to chat with you too.
Went in a few days ago and spent $58 for the family. My coffee I requested hot received it luke-warm asked to re-steam hot and they put it in the microwave. Horrible customer service! There were no lines and no rush, really!?! After spending $60 I get microwaved coffee?!! Lord, Ill stick to my Starbucks...
Great ice cream selection and a pleasant place to write or do homework. The coffee itself is fine but not excellent. The baristas do their best to make it shine, but Cravens coffee will never stack up to other regional roasters. Daily Grind is also the place where undergraduates tend to congregate.
The coffee and food seems good, but Im no connoisseur. I mainly come for the atmosphere; brick, rustic, and has a bunch of shall tables/desks. Its a great place to grab some coffee and get some work done.Note: Theres WiFi but its not very powerful. If its crowded, its nearly useless.
I won a free coffee from the Daily Grind off the radio. I had never been here before but I am a coffee lover so I was excited. My boyfriend and I went to the actual coffee shop and it was great! They had a cute, comfortable, and inviting ambiance. We didnt necessarily know where to order but there were a lot of people standing near the pick up and order areas. The staff were very patient with us and made great drinks! We will definitely be going back! I highly recommend to try out the Daily Grind!
Excellent very chill atmosphere. Good coffee and I didnt try any food but a glance over the menu appears they have a tasty selection of breakfast and lunch sandwiche options.
Great local coffee shop. Most places in Pullman are so focused around the college, but daily grind is a place where it seems everyone meets up. Students, professionals, families. You can always find a nice place to get some work done or chat. Coffee is of course great as well.
Good place to meet-up, share a space, have a meeting, study or host Book Club! Coffee is yummy, there is ice cream and fabulous eats as well. I highly recommend this versatile space. (Wi-Fi)
I love the atmosphere and their matcha lattes! Great service and ice cream too.
To anyone who wants coffee or food, or likes to breathe air, go here.
Nice place for the atmosphere. Prices are about typical for a coffee place, although they have a number of drinks that arent coffee, which does set them apart from other coffee shops.Nice place to go hang out with friends, or meet prospective employers.
Excellent coffee & friendly service! One of my favorite study spots.
Clearly the heart of Pullman on a Sunday afternoon. Good service good ice cream! When one family of 6 people left the place was empty. Still found it fun.
I love the nitro chai tea, it is delicious with vanilla flavoring and they never get it wrong 🤩
Nice atmosphere, good coffee, having a sandwich shop attached is a great bonus too! My only complaint was that the cinnamon roll I got tasted a couple days old. I would expect fresh rolls each day.
Best coffee shop in Pullman. Good service, plenty of cushy seats and tables, and self-serve re-fills. And good ice cream when Im in the mood. Great place to hang out and read or study.
I had a chai latte and a sausage onion biscuit. They were both good. The latte was a little bit bland and hot.
Great place. Always friendly. Always has fresh brew coffee. Also, drip coffee refills for $0.50. Now who does that? These guys do
They are extremely Polite Upbeat and Friendly.Even better,They make AMAZING COFFEE! And have great Attention to detail of Every RequestThanks Girls!
Great service and a very relaxing atmosphere. They serve good coffee and have a large selection of pastries, treats, and ice cream.
I truly enjoy my pb frost. I usually get it three chocolate three peanut butter and three to four shots of white coffee. I jokingly call it the Reeses on crack.
My parents & their friends have met here every week for years to have coffee & to chat. And, I look forward to going with them whenever Im visiting them from Utah, too. What a fun & positive atmosphere. :D
Stopped in at this shop while I was visiting one of my friends going to wsu, my coffee shots were so burnt, the drink was lukewarm and there was coffee all over the sides of my cup. :( really disappointing. wanted to like this place so much after I read other reviews but they just don’t have simple skills down. tip: spend less time gossiping behind the bar while making my coffee and actually pay attention to what you’re doing!
I love the food and drinks here, customer service is great!
It may not be my go to coffee shop in Pullman, but it has been good when I go. The black bean salad is really good, and this is one of the few places that sells Americana soda. My only complaint is that a lot of the seating isnt super comfortable, but the drinks and food are good.
Im not sure what makes this place so incredibly popular. The coffee is extremely over priced, and Cafe Moro is right down the block. As far as taste goes, its okay, but I cant get past the price points. For example, it costs nearly a dollar and fifty more for a cold Brew here than most other places. The coffee isnt bad per say, but its not worth the price.
This is a lovely coffee shop with friendly people on both sides of the espresso bar! They host a free swing dance night a couple of times a month, so I always make sure to buy something as a thank you!
My favorite place to get coffee. Been here for a few hours working on school stuff and drinking multiple cups of their amazing drip coffee and it is such a great place to be! The employees here are awesome !
Ordered a Medium Iced Caramel Machattio and was charged over $6.00. I have had this same drink at different coffee shops all over when I travel and at home, I pay $4-$5 Max. Here they even charge more than Starbucks. Needless to say I wont ever go back.
First time here, and its a cool hip coffee joint. Sadly was taking my purchase to go, but felt like a really good place to sit back and relax with a book or something on a lazy sunday afternoon
Manager is rude, and unprofessional. I have seen her yell a her employees in front of customers. Do a better job treating your employees right
We love the ice cream from Ferdinands! The coffee is pretty good. The book nook is fun. It is a great place to study!!!
I have a weekly coffee date with my friend and the baristas are always so friendly and make delicious coffee. We usually get the same girl which I also like having familiarity :) Love this place and will always get my coffee here. I have also ran into the owners and they are always so nice.
This is my favorite place to eat coffee and do homework! Great atmosphere good location and tasty food. A bit pricey, but so is every other coffee shop in town.
Great place, except that sometimes on weekends, it gets just too crowded. I use this place both for work and to meet with friends and colleagues. Good selections of drip coffees, too!
Great place to grab some caffeine. They have $1 icecream scoops every Thursday as well.
Great place to hang out! In addition to coffee they have sandwiches, salads, baked goods and hand scooped ice cream! 👍
Brewing up a good chai for me Everytime for those long meetings!
A nice coffee shop. A good place to hang out with friends and chat.
Great coffee, however their prices are sky high! Had to stop coming because my bank account couldnt take it. I love their coffee, but cant afford it.
I had a soy latte and it was tasty. My hubbie had the breakfast sandwich and to quote him, It was a rock star! I love their handmade items for sale too.
Cody and Danielle are superb!! They are quick and friendly and Im so PROUD to support this local business!
Visited Pullman to visit my friend and she took me here. Poor quality food, terrible service and rude staff. That brown haired girl needs to be fired or needs to start working in the back
Absolutely love Daily Grind! The coffee is great and the breakfast burrito is spectacular!
This is Pullmans favorite coffee shop. The atmosphere is teriffic, but it is usually busy and the seating is crowded. Personally, I think their coffee is middle of the road for quality, and their prices are middle of the road, too. They have an obnoxious $3.00 card minimum that no vendor should have.
Great place to study (lots of tables, cool ambiance, typically quiet spots are available), decent food, not very good coffee. But if you need a spot to go do work or to meet up with friends, its great.
They have some delicious food, pastries, ice cream and caffeinated beverages. Try the chocolate peanut butter frost!
The coffee is decent but the wiring is sketchy. Be careful plugging your electronics into the sockets. My laptop battery got fried by a power surge while studying here.
Warm and cosy atmosphere, great coffee and signature drinks, good sandwiches and baked goods, and lots of tables and electrical outlets
This is a cozy coffee house with a lot of delicious specialty drinks you cant find anywhere else. I almost always go for my favorite: a peanut butter frost 😘
Love the place and the service. Really nice atmosphere.
Love the vibe! Always great coffee!
Yummy food, friendly service, and great atmosphere to hang out or meet with people.
The breakfast burritos in the morning are delicious and they give you a side of yogurt. And the Baristas know what theyre doing. I give it 5 Stars cuz they also give back to the community and have a dance night
Awesome staff, awesome food, awesome coffee. Would highly recommend going to this chain of coffee houses!
Eclectic coffee shop with a friendly staff.
I would love to support this local business but Ive never gotten to due to their horrible service. I have waited at their stands for 15-20mins with one car or one person in front of me and had to turn around and leave because in that time I hadnt even had an order taken. If this had been the sit down shop I might have stuck around however I expect a drive thru stand to be a place where I can grab my coffee and get to work. Not wait around deciding if I can afford to stay in this line any longer and still make it to work on time.
I was a great place to spend any time of the year.
Coffee and breakfast sandwiches are good. I come into Pullman 2-5 times a month and prefer having breakfast here over the free breakfast at the hotel. Servers seem friendlly. My only complaint is their always seems to be flys and bugs inside; but I think thats because they keep the door open to the outside.
Great, try icecream and pour espresso coffee on top!
Great staff (even when theyre off the clock). Great selection as well!
Great coffee. Lots of room to sit and read. Good music thats not too loud.
Great little coffee shop and Cafe. Good place to sit and work, or have a conversation with a friend. Cool atmosphere.
Coffee isnt great. Pastries are okay. Plenty of space to sit. Their vanilla freeze is nice
Best hot chocolate and coffee around!
LOVE the Daily Grind! I have since moved but spent so much time here. I really enjoy the huge selection of loose leaf teas at the coffee shop. This place is the only place I have found to make toddy, which is just as (or more!) potent than pulled espresso shots but doesnt have a bitter, acidic taste. They only use it in their iced drinks which is great because it is pre-made and already cold;therefore, more room for coffee and no need for tons of ice to cool down hot shots. But you can ask the Barista to pour you hot shots in your iced drink and they do it.
Great atmosphere and coffee! Would 100% recommend
Exceptional place for coffee & lunch. Large areas with WiFi, tables, & power for laptops/study. Really nice staff.
Great time spent with the Swing Devils swing dancing! Great coffee and ice cream!
Great prices for kids icecream cones.
Very nice place, except sometimes overcrowded with college students. The only locally owned place w/ free drip coffee refills
Spacious, great for small groups. Good range of beverages and ice cream
Love the atmosphere... The food is great and the granola is by far one of my favorites!
Never have had a better cup of coffee! Im a faithful Daily Grind customer
The capuccino is fantastic. Mild and soft. Perfect.
This is a great place to relax and get something to drink!!!
Great ice cream deals, and a friendly warm atmosphere from the decor to the staff.
