I went in to upgrade my iPhone and Ashley & Christopher were really helpful and enthusiastic to help me make the switch. They explained everything in detail regarding the new bill and information about my new phone. They answered every question I had being very calm and polite with me. Christopher was even there to help me setup my new phone when it arrived a few days later. Overall very positive experience here and very knowledgeable staff!

I have been an extremely happy customer at the ATT Pullman store for the last two years- which obviously includes the start and the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. At a time where so many things were uncertain and stressful in my life, the service and personal attention shown to me at this store by EVERY staff member has been a tremendous comfort. During this time I went through the conversion of my home television service to ATT-TV (now DIRECTV stream) and upgraded my phone service. During this same time span, the staff here also worked with my son and his ATT representative in Houston (via phone) to assist him in an upgrade, since he is on my account. The staff here at ATT Pullman are very professional. Their demeanor is always friendly, respectful and considerate. They are an excellent example of the integrity of the ATT brand and the company is fortunate to have people like this working in your employee network.

Noah is awesome! I really appreciate how he helped me with getting a new screen protector for my phone. And after I messed up the install, he helped get a new protector for free and then installed it flawlessly.

We decided to check what kind of deals AT&T had, in regards of new phones and plans, after seeing an ad on TV.Wanting to change service providers was definitely something we had planned to do. We used to be with Sprint and since they were bought by another provider we had nothing but service issues and upgrades for four lines were insanely priced.Noah and Ian made our experience at the AT&T store simply awesome. They listened to what we needed, ran the numbers and did everything and then some to make sure we were happy before we left the store.Yup, we are AT&T customers now and couldnt be happier with our choice. He was patient and willing to help me troubleshoot the issues I was having throughout the lengthy process. Chris is a very friendly and knowledgeable sales rep. I highly recommend this location. My husband and I were in Pullman visiting our daughter and went into the store on Bishop to upgrade her iPhone. Chris Martinez provided excellent customer service. We expected this to be a quick, smooth purchase; however, due to a tech issue with the old phone and back up, it took longer than we had anticipated. Chris went out of his way to help figure out the problem. He did a great job. You should count him as a great asset. Also, Jaydee (sorry if I butchered that spelling), the Mgr., helped us as well and she was great also. We were all very impressed with both your employees, and the presentation of the store. I wish we had exceptional customer service like this at our local AT&T store in Florida.

On a Saturday morning I came in with a friend who has just purchased a phone and prepaid card at Walmart but had spent over 30 minutes trying to get it to work with no luck whatsoever. Ian R. got everything going in just a couple of minutes, gave him a card with his new phone number on it, explained how to add funds to the phone online, and helped us find a protective case for it as well. Great service and I highly recommend this associate!

I called in asking if they where busy and they weren’t and they said to came in and Noah helped me right away was on top of everything saved me a lot of money and he was still greeting . People and was excited to see everyone love there customer service I spent almost 3 hrs in Moscow’s AT&T waiting for help but i came to this one and didn’t wait at all and I love this store drove 15 minutes just to come here and it was well worth the drive I 100% recommend coming here Noah deserves a raise for how great he’s doing at his job

Recently switched from Verizon to AT&T and the folks at the Pullman store made this process easy, fairly quick, and painless. Noah and Ian provided EXCELLENT customer service and are both very knowledgeable and courteous.

Either AT&T is under new leadership or the Moscow store is unreal. Kirk was phenomenal!!! Got us into a new iPhone 12 for free. Dropped our monthly bill, and we now have unlimited data on 5 phones!!!! Absolutely amazing. Normally I’d rather visit a dentist than go get a new phone. I walked away amazed. Outstanding service! Way to go Kirk! Wish you worked at my company!

A few weeks ago I went to the AT & T store in Pullman to address some issues with my new iPhone 12. Although I had to wait a few minutes to talk to a representative, Christopher Martinez provided excellent service. He helped me address the issues with my phone for almost an hour, before we were able to fix the issue. By far this has been my best experience with AT&T. I highly recommend everyone asks for Christopher. For any future questions or purchases with AT&T he is the only representative I will talk to.

Christopher, Noah and Jadie helped me switch from Verizon to AT&T and I had the BEST experience. Several of my colleagues at WSU recommended I stop in for a quote and I was not disappointed. I left that same day paying much less for service and I was able to trade in my old device for an IPhone 12. THANK YOU GUYS!

Because the Moscow store was closed I went to Pullman. The manager, Jadie was so helpful helping me get a replacement phone. Another worker helped as well, but I did not get his name. They made it a lot easier and vheaper than it could have been by reminding me I could make an insurance claim. I am greatly for their help and insight!

Jadie the store manager was absolutely hand down the best AT&T service provider I ever had. Not only did she resolve my issue with my phone she also offered additional resources to help resolve my problem! My brother and I we are very pleased with the service we received at the AT&T store in Pullman Washington. Our sales representative told us all about the phone that caught our attention and answered questions about how it compared with other models. She answered our questions quickly. She was very helpful in transferring our data to the new phones and we especially appreciate her effort to be sure that we were comfortable with the phones before we left. It was a great experience! It started our weekend off perfectly!

New to the area and both of these ladies Angela&Jadie welcomed us. Today was my daughters birthday and they made it the best experience possible. I really appreciated it. All cellular companies are the same. The support the same phones, provide similar speeds and prices, and cover the same ares. In fact, I would go so far as to say their over-the-phone and online customer service is the same. After a particularly dismal interaction with multiple transfers, holds, and no resolution; I visited AT&T Pullman. Angela, Noah, and Jadies efforts on my behalf were extraordinary as was their ability to bring about a satisfactory resolution. I am very grateful and pleased with their service. I now have a 3 definite reasons for staying with AT&T: Angela, Jadie, and Noah.

Wow. Didnt know that there was a store closer to home. Guess they opened a year ago and i wish i would have found them sooner. I would go here over driving to moscow anyday. They really know what they are doing here.

Ive gone in here twice in the past couple months trying to get a new phone and both times have not had iPhones in stock, and hadnt ordered any new ones. Its frustrating that this has happened on more than one occasion.

I had a broken phone and needed help getting a replacement. The customer service at this store was unbelievable. Best employees ever.
