Do not waste your time here. These people will give you cancer with their attitudes. It is extremely unfortunate because it is such a convenient location, probably the only reason they get business. Unprofessional when dealing with any inquiry, they just cant handle being nice.

Our experience was very pleasant- last year we purchased a Pioneer 700 and I was very satisfied with the service we received. Staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Thanks for responding, to be clear the poor review was not because you couldnt get me in for an oil change because obviously if you were booked then thats that. The review was for the attitude I was given when I was very nice and just asking questions. Both on the phone and in person I was treated like I was inconveniencing the store and wasting your time. If most of your bad reviews are about your attitude you might want to stop blaming every customers situation for being the problem and try to change how the staff interacts with people.

Brought my Honda 300 quad here. Had a break problem and needed service I was from out of town. They did a fantastic job and were done the next day just like they said. They didnt try to upsell or hassle me on cost. It was very reasonable.

I went here for my motorcycle written test. I was 15-20 minutes late due to the fact that I did not see the building, I am not from Pullman area. As soon I entered this building I experienced some of the rudest people i have ever dealt with. I believe these two individuals were the owners of the store. I feel sorry for any person who has to take a test with this type of atmosphere and customer service.I suggest if you need to take written and skill test go to Spokane Motor School. Very friendly professional knowledgeable staff.I did take a look at the inventory at Pullman Honda. Looks like a good amount of parts but very small store. Way better selections in Lewiston - Clarkston area at places like Guys Outdoor, Macs , Supreme Powersports, Main St Motorsports.

I needed specific Honda parts, they promptly had them shipped and quickly contacted me upon arrival! Very efficient for finding OEM parts! Thank you Pullman Honda!!

I was told my service would be done in a week, but it ended up being closer to 2 months without any updates initiated by them. The customer service is terrible to an unreasonable degree. Honestly, if you have another option for service I would suggest taking it.

One of the worse customer service experiences I have ever been a part of. The guy who owns the place was so angry he nearly droped a boxed up honda four wheeler on/near where I was standing. Whipped out on to public sidewalks where he could have hurt people. The woman at the front desk was verbally insulting and rude as well. Go somewhere else, most of his mechanics have.

SUMMARY: Wait two weeks bike hasnt been looked at really get my bike back mechanic breaks my mirror and doesnt really give a s**t. So out of that experience Im out 20 bucks on a mirror and nothings fixed.ACTUAL STORY: This company bewilders me, in the fact, that I took my xr 250 in for a wiring issue because my lights werent turning on. After two weeks they tell me that when they put it on the lift last week the lights worked just fine. So I go in to pick it up and nope the lights are just the way they were when I brought my bike in. Nothing works. But wiring is wiring and thats how that s**t goes. But if the lights worked the week before dont you think its time to tell me to come pick my bike up if theres nothing wrong? Anyways when I picked it up the guy helped me load my bike in my truck and he broke my mirror while doing so and just looks at me and says sorry not really giving a s**t!

Flat out rude and very unhelpful. I avoid them at all costs. Ill go to Macs in Clarkston before I ever go back to them. Poor customer service and the overall attitude there is appalling.
