I had a blue oxygen machine delivered to my house. From the beginning, this machine stunk to high heaven. It smelled so bad I had to remove it from my house. I later called to voice my concerns. They brought me a different machine. That machine also smelled so much it had to be replaced. My room, clothing and bedding smelled like an ashtray after only a couple hours in the room. With covid-19 and other respiratory issues patients have, why would anyone accept something that stinks like the prior persons house and smoking habit. DISCusting!!!

What a great, great experience! Getting the equipment ordered and delivered was such a simple process. In fact, the only process to go smoothly in getting our loved one home for in home care. Caring staff that was responsive and a pleasure to work with during a stressful time.

The lady who dropped off the equipment was super nice. However the office staff was very rude, acted angry, not polite or helpful at all. Maybe they were all having a bad day.

There so nice and kind when talking to them and very knowledgeable! I talked to Sierra today she was super sweet and super kind with trying to figure stuff out and very knowledgeable! I have also talked to a supervisor there Joetta she is also kind and knowledgeable have not had a bad experience at all with them!

I’ve had a great experience with Roth so far. They’ve been very knowledgeable and patient when I’ve asked questions. The Patient Service Representative did an excellent job delivering, setting up, and explaining everything about the equipment. Great service - thank you!

Roth was so very helpful with my grandmother. Every staff member that we have come in contact with have been super helpful! Stephanie the account executive and Kathy the raspatory therapist have been a Godsend...they both helped us to figure out the breathing/dizziness issue for my grandmother and figured out that she needed a Trilogy breathing machine at night to lower her carbon dioxide levels. Kathy has been super patient in helping us through the process of learning how to use this machine. She comes to do home visits regularly and calls frequently to check on my grandmother. Every time we call with questions about the machine or for billing, our questions are fully answered and we hang up with peace of mind. I would 100% recommend Roth over any other company for oxygen needs.

I love the Pueblo office the girls are so attentive to our patients needs. I would recommend this office to patients who have DME needs with Colorado Medicare and Medicaid. I am in CPAP Therapy with Roth Medical. I have had the best experience working with their RT Kathy. She is so knowledgeable and patient with me. She answers all my questions and helped me with my mask to sleep comfortably. She is companionate and caring.

I have worked with Roth Medical personally as well as professionally. They have been nothing but professional, caring and attentive to any needs, issues or concerns that I’ve presented to them. Joetta does a great job running this offfice, Caitlyn is very professional when speaking with her on the telephone and Stephanie with that infectious laugh... 😂I would highly recommend that you use Roth for all of your respiratory needs. I tried for three weeks to get supplies that I needed. I even called the insurance company to have them call Roth and the doctors office. This company does not care about their costumers. I will just have to buy my supplies on my own.

The office staff was rude and not helpful at all. These women that worked in the office don’t work especially when you have to call your own insurance company to fix your bill because they will charge you multiple times for the same monthly charge or they don’t know what it is but they want you pay to because it on their computer screen.Then they charge up a big bill and tell you until your complete out tanks and put a hold on your account and tell you need pay your oxygen or have chance to straighten out the mess they created in their billing. This company is fill with dishonest people that don’t deserve the minimum wage they get.

I called Ross medical for my oxygen bottle refill and they told me they were only doing emergency deliveries I asked him what’s an emergency 123 bottles left they wouldn’t answer me had to call the VA for them to ship me my supplies but they said I can come and drop off my bottles and get new ones but they won’t deliver them to my place of residence that was the last thing I thought they would stop delivering was oxygen bottles to the customers who need them mine aren’t even in my house or outside they don’t even have to make contact with me other oxygen companies are all delivering still But since they are a contract of the VA I don’t have any choice but to use them and send somebody down there to get my oxygen refilled strange they’ll deliver a pizza to my house but not oxygen shame on you Roth Medical

If I could give negative stars, I would. They lied to me about the state of my order. Yes, outright lied. They blamed delay on the Fort Collins office transferring me to Tulsa. Not true. I verified this untruth, as did my physician. I needed a new CPAP machine and selected them since I had always had great service from the branch in Fort Collins. The Pueblo office is inefficient, ineffective and downright untruthful in their practices. RUN the other way if someone suggests them to you.

My husband had a total knee replacement done and was discharged on a Friday, I called around 11:00am after the order was sent to them. They told me that they would give us a call once they received the doctors order and put it in their system which would only take 30 minutes. I called around 12:30 multiple times with no answer, now it’s almost 6 and haven’t heard from them. We ended up getting a walker from a local thrift store and Roth isn’t open again until Monday, how do they expect my husband to get around until Monday if we hadn’t been able to get a walker elsewhere? This company is terrible, previously they refused to work with my husband with a cpap machine mask after two didn’t work for him claiming the insurance company wouldn’t allow them to try more than 2, stated they would ask a supervisor for permission to try a third and never received a phone call back. This company shouldn’t be allowed to be in business if they aren’t going to take their job and their patients health needs seriously

Shannon, JB, Janis, Abe, and the Operations Manager have all been extremely helpful to me throughout the several years I have used them for my O2 supply needs. They always were extremely professional and friendly, and have always come through in all my emergency situations. I would highly recommend Ross Medical to any patient requiring their needs. As a nurse, Iam appalled that when I called them - on TUESDAY - because one of their clients ran OUT of portable O2 - the girl said sorry we cant bring any supplies out until Friday ...SORRY? The WORST customer service ever..this person is OUT OF OXYGEN????

My parents had to use Roth Medical they were given a oxygen machine taken straight from a patients house and sent directly to theirs...no cleaning between one place and the next. They were lied to and treated rudely, showed them a moldy filter and was told that it was perfectly clean but when Roth was asked if they would use this on their family member my parents were immediately given a clean one. When my dad asked for the aloft and gentle cannula he was told it was impossible because there were thousands of numbers they had to go through to find one...one was found in a matter of seconds when they were trying to get a clean filter. These people should be ashamed of how they treat people. Sadly though thats who the VA had to use and who my dad was stuck with.

Excellent supply and service! I just finished an extraordinary visit with Roth Medical’s Kathy Cirilli to measure me for a new CPAP face mask.I live most of the year in Dallas, but spend a third of the year intermittently in Westcliff Colorado. My nasal pillows are no longer sufficient, and I needed to be fitted for a face mask. After having received all of the necessary information from my Dallas provider, the only glitch was that my Texas insurance would not apply in Colorado. Caitlin Ortega was very helpful in gathering the information from my Dallas provider, Majors Medical Supplies. The whole staff was very cordial, welcoming, and helpful.Kathy not only tried four different masks on me to make sure that I chose the one that was the most effective and best fit, but she taught me things about my RezMed CPAP machine that I had not known for the 18 years I have been using one. Through two companies in Dallas and countless respiratory therapists, I have not previously had the kind of service that Roth Pueblo’s staff provided (all the while knowing that because of insurance issues I would not be able to purchase the equipment through Roth).Were I in the medical supplies business, I would do everything in my power to steal the whole entire staff. Roth Pueblo is doing something very well to elicit my response found in this review. Thank you!

Rude customer service. The delivery driver who dropped off the equipment was very rude and obviously did not want to do his job correctly. The customer service cannot handle the most basic of tasks and kept hanging up on me when I tried to get them to pick up their 1940s era equipment. Choose another company!!!

I have been a client of Roth for more than ten years, early on they were excellent with a professional staff that worked with me to see to my medical equipment needs. In the last three or four years their standards have slipped to the point that I dread interacting with the office staff. The staff appear to hold clients assigned to them by both the DVA and Medicare in near contempt providing the minimum service possible. A few weeks ago when I attempted to return unused oxygen equipment I was told I had to keep it or they would code my record so I would be unable to get oxygen equipment from Medicare in the future. I will move to a different provider ASAP.

I call Roth to have them pick-up my Moms Oxygen machine and all her tanks. My mom passed over that morning and I was cancelling and calling all morning. The lady at Roth asked why I was having everything picked up, and I told her that my Mother had passed over this AM. and all she said was Oh!!!! . I call again the next day to verify when they will be here, talked with a different lady, again she asked why.,, I told her Mom passed over, no response from her. just her next question... Wow, talk about NO Empathy for any one in there time of grief....I will never refer this company to anyone!!!!!

Lack customer serice and pride in their company! After 5 weeks waiting for my cpap I went in. Their excuse-waiting on order from doctor. Which is not what they said 5 weeks prior. I went to doctor and they had been in contact with Roth but would do all this new stuff. So in the past week I have called Roth 3 times, same excuse-waiting on doctor. Never ONCE did they take intitative and make calls. I got fed up and called doctor AGAIN yesterday and said enough send to Apria. Today I got the call from the Apria-they have everything and will call next week to arrange delivery. It hasnt been 24 hours and Apria has called. Roth had 6 weeks and NOT ONE PHONE CALL. Guess their company doesnt need my business.

These people make you feel like you are an inconvenience to them they should realize that we are why they get pay checks , they are rude they dont call back when you leave numerous messages, I am definitely going to change my service
