These guys replaced our massive RV windshield and were nothing but professional, friendly, and very accommodating to us because it was a very long day but they stayed longer to get the job done and not have to keep our home overnight. Prices are very reasonable staff is professional and curtious treat your car as if it was theirs. Yes I did have small issue.but spoke to owner Marty and he handled the issue above and beyond. Yes I recommend it to you as he is also locally owned and it is in times like the covid that we really need to stick together and do our.best to support local businesses. We all are having difficulty dealing with covid just imagine how hard it is for small local businesses. I myself will do my best to support locally owned.

A tenant of mine had a van window broken out and we had a hell of a time finding a company willing to replace her after market window. I finally called First Class Auto Glass who made a next-day appointment and when my tenant arrived they made a template of the window and said the new glass would be ready for her in a couple weeks. They even covered it up nicely for her until then.All of the employees were extremely polite and willing to help swiftly.

I don’t know why they only got 4.8 stars as of the time of this review. I would give 10 stars if I could. I called for a windshield one day and she gave me an appointment for 11:20 the next day. My windshield was done by noon. Excellent workmanship, no leaks and very nice people. I would highly recommend First Class. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Jack

Super prompt service. Have an uncommon car and went to 6 shops before First Class agreed to help. After waiting for the glass from the manufacturer I was scheduled in the next day after arrival and was in and out in an hour. Pleasant reception and friendly tech.

5 stars all around. The main reason I picked them out of the several other companys I called was because of the friendly office staff and that they were actually nice on the phone. Then they had the best price in town for either bringing the car in or for a mobile windshield replacement. I had them come out to fowler for the replacement and were on time, friendly, finished the job very quickly. I definitely recommend them for your windshield if you need it replaced after the winter is finally over.

First and foremost this place of business is family oriented. Miranda went above & beyond for me and my 2015 Impala. She is amazing and I love how she multi task. I been looking for quite sometime on a windshield replacement and First Glass is the cheapest while others charge you arm & a leg...lol...AJ came to my job and fix my windshield on property. Found truck with smashed out windows AR 7am, I live out of state so I needed my window fixed asap. They were able to get my window from their warehouse, and my truck was fixed by 3pm! They were very accommodating and super friendly. I would recommend then to anyone needing any kind of glass work

The original customer service was great! Got my side window ordered and scheduled to have it replaced the window went In great and works perfect BUT!!! The old window that had been shattered all the shattered glass they left inside the door so now I have to pull the door panel off and vacuum it out

If I could give this business 10 stars I would. Me and my fiancé just purchased a 33 ft bumper pull travel trailer. Went to cut the grass and sent a small rock through our main window in the kitchen area. I called Marty and his team at first class auto on a Friday. They came Monday morning pulled the frame, told me 1-2 weeks and boy did they deliver. I called multiple places and they said I’d have to get the window from a manufacturer. This was not a problem for the first class auto team. They called me with updates whenever they received them. Miranda at the front desk was a pleasure to work with and Dominic and aj were very professional with the installation. Forget the big name window company’s. Shop local. This business went above and beyond for me. All my window needs will be done through Marty and his team. Amazing work.

By far the best customer service I’ve had in a LONG time. Working in customer service myself, I hate to say it, I usually only go leave a review because of a bad experience. However my experience here was so good I wanted to brag about how AWESOME my experience was! I spent half the day making calls, and driving from one place to another. I wish i woulda called or came by here first. Everyplace prior acted like I owed them something for their business. It’s never about the cost, but value. As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted and welcomed inside. I was so impressed at how polite Dominic was, not just to me but with the older gentleman who was being serviced prior. By the time I had arrived it was 45 min before closing. I assumed I was just going to get an estimate. Instead I got a “let’s get you takin care of” attitude. I didn’t even want an estimate, I just wanted to be helped. In addition they had my windshield serviced and repaired promptly. Not only was it the best value for time service AND guaranteed , I left satisfied and got a bonus can of glass cleaner complimentary! I will DEFINITELY be bringing my business back and recommending! Had these guys come out and fix seven cars windshields. My car was only supposed to have its rear windshield replaced, and thats it. The workers began removing my front windshield and when I asked them why they were replacing it they said thats our bad. They replaced the seals and taped it up, but when I went back out the next day to check their work they had cracked my front windshield even moreso than it already was, and now it 100% needs to be replaced. Ive tried getting ahold of this company, leaving messages etc... But I cant get them to come fix what they broke, or at least pay me for the damaged done. Would not recommend this company.

Got me in under 24hrs after I called for a quote. Best price in town for my 2012 Toyota Tundra front windshield replacement. They even went as far as making a hack job of a wire hide for my LED light bar look professional AF! For no extra charge! Got me in and out in under a hour and a half. They even throw in a free can of windshield cleaner for every replacement. They guarantee their work and have free chip repairs! Cant recommend these guys and girl enough. Really did me a solid!

This place was phenomenal, professional and I paid nowhere near what over 20 other places were trying to charge for a front windshield some places were almost two times the cost! Not only that they then gave us a free can of professional window cleaner just for being a customer and a promise that all of the work was protected by warranty! Its places like this that restore my faith in business done right! I will be back!

The customer service here is great I have a 1968 torino coupe and while most places couldnt install the new window, or charged 400+ these guys did an outstanding job and the front windshield,and it only cost me 150, looking forward to getting the rest of my windows, thank you guys

My cars passenger window shattered and blew into my car. It then rained on me. I was not having the best day. First Class Auto Glass was able to schedule my appointment and replace my window in less than 24 hours! Safelite wouldnt answer my calls and their online quote was 300 more. Would not recommend. Had work done here a few months ago to repair a broken window. Since being repaired my window does not roll up or down, or stay on track. Only by hand can the window be manipulated. Also used an adhesive remover that ate away at the plastic trim around the window. Which is now a white streak on black plastic.

We were here on missions trip and had our window broke. We called them and they quickly got us in the day we called so we could get on the road home. We really appreciated their customer service.

Weve had a few rock chip repairs, and window replacements here. The staff is very friendly. They do a great job, and their prices are very reasonable .

The front desk was very friendly. However over the phone call and when we made the appointment, neither time did they explain it was going to be a 2 hr wait. The last windshield replacement I had was done in 45 minutes. Oh well whatever, but when I got it back there was a scratch across the passenger side on the inside just about eye height atleast 2+ inches across and deep enough to see and feel clearly, on a brand new windshield?! And they didn’t clean up any of their mess in the car, which is very unacceptable seeing as I just had the car fully detailed!! Not happy at all and now I have to have it detailed again!!
