This is the second time visiting and the service once again has been amazing. Super friendly staff and food is SOOOOO good. The outside patio is the best vibe and not to mention they have a full bar 🙌🙌🙌 I have found my favorite place 😀

This restaurant was a delightful discovery! We were met with a friendly waiter, who brought water to our thirsty dog(seated at the patio)!The calamari was yummy and presented nicely. The risotto was superbly seasoned and had sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms . The pizza was fresh and delicious!Will definitely go again!

What an awesome restaurant. Was visiting family to a couple days and tried this place for pizza. It was so delicious I came back for a sit down meal and wasn’t disappointed. My panini with chicken was excellent and my wife’s salmon on salad outstanding. Great food, generous portions and a fair price. We’ll be back next time in town!

Really great food, the caprese panini I ordered was big enough to make two sandwiches out of...the cheesesteak needs more meat to fit the deliciously fresh roll, and the fries were fresh and crispy. The owner was really friendly and the atmosphere relaxed, with sounds of Sinatra on the patio speakers... almost forgot we were sitting on the side of Ridge.. reasonably priced as well, 35$ for 3 sandwiches (we took a hoagie home to the neighbor) and a beer on a nice afternoon... cant beat that... we will be back... gonna try the pizza..💜

My sister and I went to dinner last night and to say it was incredible is not giving it full credit, its far better than I have had in a long time. Delicious! This was my 1st time ordering from Basilico & was Definitely NOT Disappointed!I ordered a Chicken Cheese Steak & not only was it seasoned Correctly... It was so packed, i could barely eat half of my sandwich!! (Thats alright though... Saturday Leftovers!)

My sandwich on the menu said $8... when I got my bill it said $9. When I questioned the owner he said everything on the menu is $1 more. When I questioned him, he said he just hasnt changed the menu yet. WELL THEY COULD HAVE BEEN HONEST UP FRONT AND MENTIONED IT WHEN WE ORDERED!! Then they prepared wrongly my friends sandwich by putting hot peppers on it. The waitstaff wrote it wrong. She tried to push through the unenjoyment of it. When I mentioned it when we paid, the owner did not even apologize for THE WAIT STAFFS MISTAKE and try to remedy the situation. DONT GO THERE... NO INTEGRITY... ILL NEVER GO BACK!

My steak in the cheese steak tasted gamei. They also added a dollar more on each entree then the menu said and you had to pay for fries with your sandwich! Who does that!

My husband and I have been ordering hoagies for a long time for Saturday night dinner and theyve been pretty good. Something has changed. We wont be ordering them here ever again. 2 slices of lunchmeat ham (not the italian good stuff like before), a couple slices of cheese, some type of shredded lettuce topped with a few pieces of tomato and onions. Thats what we got for $9. I dont think so. Well take our regular business somewhere else.

Whenever we come here we feel like family from the moment we walk in the door till we leave...The service is absolutely out of this world everyone is very polite. We never feel rushed and they do their best to meet our needs.The food is well prepared and portion size is bVery generous (we always have to take home food!)Everyone was wearing masks and covid procedures were being practiced.Not only will i return time and time again but i would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone!

Delicious food at this place. Had the salmon salad and roasted cauliflower both of which were great. Wife and son had the pizza which they both really liked. Only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is my wifes pie came out much later than the rest of the food for some reason, although the server was apologetic. Recommend!

One of my favorite restaurants ever. Ive had pizza all over the Pennsylvania, and I have yet to find anything close to the vodka sauce pizza here. It deserves an award. The other food is great too, service is friendly, and theres plenty of parking.

Just moved to the area. Taking a chance on places to eat with caution. I ordered for delivery the Chicken Parm DELICIOUS with a small House Salad. DELICIOUS!Even the small House Salad was Fresh! The Bread was Fresh as well. Some places can’t even get that right! I will be putting Basilico Pizzeria Trattoria on the top of my list of places to eat. Thank You!

I recently dined in at Basilico and their food was amazing. I had a plain cheese pizza that was out of this world. Speaking of more wonderful food, I usually dont have calamari, but I just had to try it. It was the best calamari I had ever tasted. The service was great and the employees were nice. The owner was especially kind and even asked us how we were enjoying it. 10/10 would recommend.

Delicious sauce on the Ravioli! The chicken panini with prosciutto was also really good! We will be back to try the pizza next but it looked great so I’m confident we will love it too! Staff was friendly and while we only did take out, their dining area (inside and out) was really nice with music playing.

I got a pizza from here and it was good. It had a good amount a cheese and sauce. It had a good crisp and flop. The problem was the service. They didn’t seem to care that I was there. It took me 10 minutes to pick up my pizza. I hope they change the service but the food was good.

Cute little Italian restaurant with an awesome patio.

I visited the Pizza shop on August 3, 2020 and was extremely disappointed!! While I think the owner and worker were well intended, they fell significantly short of the mark in running a restaurant. 1st - The owner and the worker didnt wear mask for protection from the virus. 2nd - 40 minutes into my wait for carryout, I was told that they didnt have the risotto that I had ordered. 3rd - while waiting, a customer came in to complain about a dish they had ordered and the cost, and I literally witnessed the owner display horrible customer service (Saying to the patron in a very hostile manner - Who sets the price? Do you set the Price? No - I set the price. The patron left the restaurant so upset that he did not even want a refund. Finally, after a 50 minute wait for ONLY 8 wings and roasted cauliflower, they handed the food to me with no plastic-ware, no napkins, and didnt even offer an apology for the service. Please get your stuff together or no one will ever patronize your establishment!

First time I got any pizza from this restaurant. I ordered ahead for pick up on my way home from work.. I ordered a small broccoli 🥦 white pizza. Was very good, crust was perfect. Fast friendly customer service. Reasonably priced and nice atmosphere inside dining area. Very clean . I do live in the area and will definitely be taking advantage of there dine -in and delivery option. Great menu selections. I love Eggplant Parm, one of my favorites. Thats my next dinner order. Caesar wrap was great.

My husband and I ate lunch on the patio here the other week because we had a voucher from Local Flavor (paid $10 for $20 worth of food). We ordered approximately $30 worth of food, more than we normally would have for a casual lunch but we wanted to spend more than the voucher so they would make more too during the pandemic.The food was okay. The marinara sauce was very watered down and thin for the mozzarella sticks and the turkey panini was very greasy. The diet soda was flat too.After we gave the waitress the voucher, the manager came out and said he isnt accepting them anymore (even though it hadnt expired yet). He assured me I could contact Local Flavor and get my money back and it has been almost two weeks and no response from them. So I am out the over-priced lunch and the cost of the voucher. I live right up the road and will not be coming back here again.**Also no one is wearing masks or gloves here when we went (during Covid).The only good thing was our waitress, she was very sweet and understanding.

I ordered delivery from Basilico at 1pm. The restaurant hours are displayed as open from 11am - 8pm. After 20 minutes from placing the online order, I was called by the online ordering. company and was told that the owner would not be in for another hour and could then start my order.Poor customer service, food was okay. Nothing was done to compensate and there was zero communication from the restaurant itself.

We moved into the area in December and have been going here for pizza and pasta since then. Well I am not sure what happened but the last two times we ordered pizza once we had a metal filing in it, and tonight they told us it would be ready in 45 minutes. I went there after about 35 minutes and who knows how long the pie was sitting there but it was ice cold. Steve is the owner and I havent seen him in a few weeks perhaps they are under new management. Regardless we are now looking for a new pizza place.Now another edit... Belle went out of business and Basilico is the new place. We just tried this and found the restaurant pretty good. Keep in mind that we only had pizza but the pizza was very good. Nice crust an good sauce. May be our new go to.

Be warned! The good rating for this place comes from what this placed used to be.. and that was Bellas. Its now a different establishment but somehow got to keep all the reviews from the previous restaurant... This place is overpriced for its portions and the food is made all wrong. The ingredients arent the right ones so the food doesnt taste right. (Pasta dish was sent back) I dont think they know quite what they are doing. I think the owner just cares about money vs quality of food or service. Everything seems shady there.

The service is great, the food is great, prices are reasonable, I cant wait to get delivery to my house. I definitely recommend them you need to try them out.

First of all, if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I am eating healthy and very serious about tracking my food and achieving my weight loss goals. My boyfriend and I went to the gym, burned massive calories and went to lunch. I was a bit nervous to order but decided to talk with the chef. He told me “i got you, no worries” and let me just say it was DELICIOUS and about 500 calories and I was very happy. In addition to that, everyone is so friendly. Just good people! I will be back again.

I’ve eaten at this place since it opened. I was very impressed with the changes that have been made. I had a meatball parmigiana that was the best I ever had. My husbands salad came out - we didn’t say a word - the manager came out and said that’s unacceptable and made my husband a new salad that was great. The staff is friendly, hardworking and caring. If you haven’t been here for a while it’s time to check it out again

So GOOD! The restaurant is perfectly clean and absolutely beautiful (both lovely and comfortable). A great place to bring the family or meet with friends for a glass of wine and some pasta. Their pizza was delicious and they were happy to customise some items to meet our special dietary requests. Staff was so friendly and attentive that it felt like we already knew them. I will definitely be going back soon!

I was on the phone today and the workers do not have a lot of goods and the management is less than mediocre. The person I was on the phone today was not only dishonorable, but gives great shame to his store and his entire blood line.

Great place for food and drinks. The beer garden is an awesome addition. The dining room is big, perfect for a large catered affair. The wings are delicious and half price on Wednesday. All the prices are reasonable and they have one of those Stella Artois draft machines.

Got food from them yesterday. Food was god awful. Burgers weren’t cooked right stale buns on the burgers fries were soggy. Picked up the food and none of the employees had a mask on. Very unsafe and unprofessional. Last time I ever spend money on this place.

Terrible tasting pizza. TOOK 1 HOUR and 45 mins to come. Just wanted to cure my hangover and the girl said she was the only one working.... doesn’t sound sanitary during these corona times. Their food was delicious. My issue was I ordered delivery and they forgot the soda I ordered. The delivery person still charged me for it and said she’s be right back with it. Well, she never came back. No phone call or offer of a refund. It’s a shame cause their food was good.

Wow! Gotta say the food I got was authentic, fresh, well prepared and just great. Had a hankering for Pizza but wasnt in the mood for the usual. Their Pizza recipe was far and above the average in variety. Decided to to try the Capricciosa.. Man what a load of taste and variety. I could close my eyes and imagine myself of the coast of Capri.. Highly recommend this, but make sure you like authentic taste of olives, artichokes, tomato and Mozzarella.Added a side of Baked Ziti which cam with three rolls and a small side salada and a Baslamic dressing. Also freshly made and just right. All in all it was a great selection, with good service food and reasonable price.As Mikey would say, try it, youll like itAbundanza!

Manager is very very rude! I cant believe that he hanged up the phone on me a couple of times over a simple issue and would not even allow me to speak. Woww!! This is bad customer service and he must be retrained in dealing with customers. Rule of thumb for customer service is be nice to your customers. Losing one customer can mean losing all your customers. I made a purchase for a family who ended up not picking up food so I was calling to ask for a refund or at least speak to someone about this. Every time I called, they said the Manger was busy and that he would call me back but he never called. Finally I got hold of him and his tone of voice was very rude, never allowed me to say a word and hanged up the phone on me twice. Yes I understand that the food was made and labor involved and all that but the point is that the food was never picked up and even if I cannot get a full refund, it is just nice and a good customer service practice to call the customer back and explain the situation politely, rather than being rude and hanging up the phone several times. I couldnt believe that a manager can behave this way towards a customer..This is horrible!!! Please have some respect for your customers or you will lose all your customers.

Great food. I recommend the vodka sauce. The staff was attentive even though they were busy. The cannolis were tremendous; almost Termini Brothers level. New house, returning to the area, and weve found our Italian spot.

Super friendly staff and the food is amazing! All quality ingredients, Corropolese rolls (big deal to me) and generous portions. Within minutes of walking in my daughter and I felt like we were old friends with the staff!

Disappointed. Ordered a cheesesteak with fried onions and pickles. The sandwich lacked flavor and was mostly onions....like more onion than steak! Also ask for the pickles to be chopped up in the steak. They were not and only about 4 pickles. DEFINITELY not worth a $9 cheesesteak. I expected better. UPDATE!! ONION SANDWICH woke me up at 2am... made me violently sick! NEVER AGAIN!

Great food and service!

Caters to celiacs!!! I love Italian food but cant eat anything that contains or has been in contact with gluten (wheat, barley. or rye). I spoke to Steve who made me an incredible pasta dish with gluten free noodles. He was incredibly nice about it and the dish was as good as Ive had anywhere. I think weve found out new favorite take out place.

The salad was so fresh it seemed as if they had a garden right in the restaurant! I got the spaghetti which was so delicious and the meatballs were the best i have had. My friend got the pizza which was not overflowing with grease like most pizza, and overall the service was excellent.

This review was originally a 1 star review, due to being upset over how a service situation was handled. Since then, I have tried this place again... this is, without a doubt, the best pizza place in Pottstown right now. The meatball pizza was absolutely incredible. Thank you for proving me wrong, I will be a regular customer here out!

We were at Basilico on Friday and the place seemed very busy. We had to wait a little while but it was worth it. We had the specials that were on the board. The risotto and pasta were excellent.

Very slow service... I ordered veal piccatta and shrimp Alfredo... Very disappointed!... Veal was tough very sour!... No flavor... Alfredo was also sour... Too much 🍋 lemon... Cooks were in the weeds!... Honestly need help!... I might be the man to help...

This place is amazing..Great atmosphere, staff and drinks. A perfect venue in the Pottstown area. Hand cut fries, cheesesteaks, and entrees that are off the chart. Dessert is on point.. plus outside Beer Garden seating and an assortment to choose from even for mixed drinks. So worth it!

I was here a few months ago. It wasnt terrible but I wasnt impressed and didnt care for the taste. What. A. Difference. A few months makes! We ordered muscles appetizer and pizza. Tiramisu for dessert. Everything was mouth-watering! They are making all the right changes. Cant wait to come back.
