I went in to buy ps4 controller, and the guy said he could order one online for me, and I paid $69 for the controller, fast shipping, and 1yr warranty. When I received the controller, it was not what I ordered. So I return it to the store. He was only able to refund me just the price of the controller, which is $56, mind you; fast shipping was only $4.99. I told him I purchase a warranty as well. I want a refund for that. He couldnt find that on the order. So I got rip off $8. Im never shopping at GameStop ever again.

The manager here is amazing! My husband goes here more often then I do, but the staff, manager and atmosphere are awesome everytime I do go.

Still an incredibly unorganized company that is never able to contact their customers as appropriate nor follow any instructions properly.The PlayStation 5 pre-orders began September 17th, I waited outside the store for 4 hours on September 17th prior to them opening, the worker walked past the crowd, let us sit outside, to then come out later and say all the pre-orders were gone.The store still was not even open.Im curious to know how you sell out of a product, before the store opens, before the product was available for presale.

So Ive been waiting for the release of Destiny for a long time and had it reserved at a Game Stop near my old address for a while now. I recently moved and called the branch around the corner from my new place to see if they would transfer my reserved copy. The manager there told me yes; so I drove over. Once there, they quickly shot down the idea with a somewhat sensible explanation but still left me wondering because I knew other stores had made transfers for me in the area as well. I called the 4748 branch in Victory crossing where I had one title but apparently not the Destiny title. The manager who answered, David, quickly told me it was very possible and sympathized with me. He not only gave me the number of the store where my game was reserved, but he even gave me the managers name and told me to mention to the store I was at that he would walk them through the process and they needed to do it... It wasnt even reserved at his store! Saved me loads of time, gas, and a toll. That is customer service right there. And so now, I will be picking up my other title and future ones from the 4748 Victory Crossing location when its ready. Thanks.

I went in to trade my sons xbox one and they was so picky about every little thing. I was told I had to take the system back home and update it first. So I traded everything else and came back after the system updated. So there was another guy present this time and got real nasty talking he cant except it without the controller and I better take it to the pawnshop. Mind this isnt the first employee who sent me back home. I dont know anything about this stuff but I do know customer service and they lack of that!

Customer services is 2 stars, they will ignore you for 2 hours before their ready to help. Walmart has more games, heck Goodwill has more games.The store is clean, Ive been to this store 6 times and it never has that many games, customer service? Ill be the only one in the store and theyll make me wait an hour or two before helping or ringing new up.I like GameStop, but *Dont* go to this one. Anywhere is better.

They arent that great. When there are a few people in there they really dont pay attention who comes in the door. The customer service could be a lot more professional. Ive worked in customer service my whole life and they arent even great to be a such a small store. Its very sad. Yall need to pay more attention to your customers because yall are turning most paying ones away by ignoring them.

I went into this GameStop on Sep 4th, 2015 at 1pm. The redhead girl behind the counter, was the rudest. She knew nothing about the games or at least pretended to know nothing when asked. She behaved as if the customer was a bother to her. Very sad!!!
