A building I purchased had a quench water cooler that was recently (2 months prior) serviced. I had the water quality tested from the unit and it came back at 37000 CFU/ml (colony forming units such as bacteria and fungi) and the standard for potable water is 500 CFU/ml. That is 74 times the allowable limit!!!! Our other water sources in the building were 0 CFU/ml and 13 CFU/ml. When I asked them to come pick up their unit, they informed me they will be charging me for the remainder of some contract that I did not sign. I explained to their customer service department why I was having the unit removed and they told me they would send me to collections if I did not pay for a unit I did not sign up for. If you have a water cooler from quench I would highly recommend having your unit water quality tested and would not recommend this company to anyone.
