Agree with the last person.... They post prices pre tax ... Went to get a dab, and it went from $25 to $30 after checkout.Also ,this place is so tight that they are one of the only shops in the area to NOT offer a veterans discount, how lame of you guys .So please everyone that reads this..go support a different dispensary, one that gives a discount to our veterans. I think they ,of all people have earned it.

They post the price before tax as aposed to after, which is a sneaky business practice, to try and up sell you with out actually up selling you. I wouldnt trust it. There are stores that post after tax, which is far more honest.

They have good prices but there’s so many times I’ve tried to go and before I go I call to see if they have a certain product they absolutely never ever answer that phone so I just take my business elsewhere. What’s the point of having a phone if you don’t answer it

Theyve been short staffed for a long time, so I keep expecting to see the owner there on a till pitching in to help the employees but I never have, even when the shop is closed due to no staff.

Go see Sam or Sarah in the morning! They are knowledgeable and efficient. The Flowershop has the BEST deals in the area and the bud is amazing. Always satisfied, dont even bother going anywhere else.

Really good prices on flower you actually want to smoke! Large waiting area with printed menus in multiple on the walls, Staff is behind a window. I actually really like this setup here though, feels a lot smoother then most shops these days. Thanks. Update just to say the flower deals are really on point and the Bud tender remembers faces, brings what your likely to want to your attention.

I was charged for a fifteen dollar eighth when I asked for 2,5 dollar grams. she acted very snotty, instead of telling me they dont have them weighd that way she took my money charged me for a 15 dollar eighth,and shorted me 5 bucks. I spend lots of money there when I have it, and generally tip, but Im Never buying there again. To be clear, she never told me they dont weigh it out in dubs she simply took my 20 dollars,handed me what she said was 15 dollar eighth, wouldnt give my money back, and shorted me 5 bucks, which I didnt realize untile I got home. I honestly am still in shock. Oh My god,was all I could say, as I left. she should have given my money back or not even accepted it, and let me know they dont weigh out like that, so that I could have gone some where that did, not shove a fifteen dollar eighth at me, and short me 5 bucks.

What an amazingly rude experience I just had. This is my first time ever visiting the store, and I wont be back. Had to be the worst customer service Ive experienced at a dispensary to date.I had never visited this store before, and wanted to see inside and check out their quality of products. As I step in the front door, a gentleman asked me for my ID which I gave him. He asked if I was a customer or a vendor, and I said potentially both. He said their manager was not in the store at that time who does the purchasing, to which I replied thats not a problem, I still wanted to check out the store. He let me in and gave my ID to a lady.I walked up to the counter to see what they had in stock and I was verbally attacked, and accused by the grouchy older blond lady she didnt like how I snuck in there, supposedly misrepresenting myself. I shared with her that I clearly told the gentleman at the door that Im both. She verbally disagreed with me, at which point I was so blown away by how the interaction went, that I said I would leave and will never step foot in this place again.I do not recommend anyone go experience that kind of service. There are plenty of other dispensaries around. Go to everywhere else, but, The Flowershop. I would give zero stars if I could. I have never been treated so rudely at a dispensary.

I was having a bad day, lost my debit card and scrounged up 3 bucks in quarters to get a joint, my only thing was that I can only smoke sativas or they make me pass out. I went in and nobody was being served inside the store, just the lobby. I was helped and I decided on the only sativa I could find in joint form for my pre roll and I was given a heavy indica joint by accident.When I went back in to tell the budtender they made a mistake I was rudely told sales are final and it’s the law (even though it was their mistake). The budtender went on to tell me that I could by another one and that’s my only option,.I understand there are laws but that doesn’t exempt you from using good customer service, I smoke weed every day, I used to be a medical patient and I still use weed to relax daily. I can’t believe you wouldn’t even attempt to make this right.Screw this place and shop at one of the other 10 shops in the area, I usually go to lifted Northwest on division where you’re not treated poorly.

Kind of a get your stuff and get out vibe. High prices on buds. Some staff and cool but some are just not friendly at all. If youre buying an 1/8 you cant spit or and OZ you can only get one strain even though its the same price.. to be honest theyre just not very engaged. it feels like they dont want to show you all the different strains and all the different products. They shorted me when i bought a gram. I got .9g for $5, and i found seeds in the flower. I got the ogkb strain. If your weed has seeds it should be clearly labeled and sold at a discount!!! Nobody wants to pay high prices for pollinated flower! And DONT EVER SHORT YOUR CUSTOMERS ON WEIGHT!!! WTF?NEVER RETURN

There flower selection is fire.. The only drawback was that the budtender didnt label the strains as he weighed them and they were all mixed up. And he didnt know which was which

For being on Powell, this shop has a nice vibe. Sure, there may be the occasional man screaming at the newspaper dispensers nearby, but thats Powell for you. Solid prices, friendly staff, and a great selection of goods.Heads up, they take your ID until your transaction is done.Other heads up, they do not carry anything proprietary(PAX, IndigoPro[AiroPro], G-Pen, etc.. )Aside from that, i recommend this place!

Constructive criticism from an almost daily customer: Need some mid shelf product, the top is good and the bottom is alright, but I need something to choose from in the middle. Top shelf pre-rolls are only there like half the time I come in. Please always keep a range of pre-rolls available! Sometimes Im not sure if this place is closing down or not because there wont be any product. Walking in and seeing only a few strains to choose from sucks! You sell weed there, so you need to have weed available. Not sure how the doors stay open with 4 strains of top shelf and some bottom shelf. Beef up the available product and I would be soooooo happy!

Rinky dink lil place. No one at the check in window. There was only one customer in the place and it still took 10 minutes for anyone to notice me .Bud is ok but if youre looking to get in and out go elsewhere.
