Early last year before the took down merchandise mr nice guys was my go to, they have good prices, had debit card access and even an ATM. They slowly started to revamp they employees I grew to enjoy seeing started to be come un happy and alot of new people seemed like they are faking it to make it. I hardly ever review a place and I would of been giving it a 5 start, but their over all mission has really change. Its still a great store dont get me wrong with the 2 star, but I guess its time for me to move on.

Great people work here. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Large variety of products. Just an all around great place to buy whatever your needs are. And really good prices. I recommend Hi Cascade for a good dispensary experience.

I got joints today 1st she said they was on sale for 10 but charges me 12 then when I open they are almost empty there is barley any bud and no wax like she said they was infused joints

This place always has something for everyone. Good selection of flower, edibles, cartridges. The staff is amazing and friendly and super helpful! Great prices and cool discounts depending on the day. My favorite place so far for some fine cannabis.

Ive found most shops to be fairly uncomfortable and difficult to navigate while the covid is happening. Masks and distancing do not make for easy communication, and some shops are too lax on safety which leaves me feeling irritated. Madeline did a great job of detailing the selection available, had a great knowledge of the products, and most importantly showed great patience in repeating herself frequently when the masks made it hard for me to understand. If I lived nearer this would be my regular spot for sure.

If I could leave ZERO stars it would be accurate of their service, deals and quality. Since day 1 they have been dishonest in practice. Never ONCE have I received discounts promoted no matter what price I pay. They ALWAYS have excuses as to why the discount doesnt apply. Probably the reason they keep removing the terms of discount from public view so that theres no consumer recourse. Now they send out text saying discount applies all day LMAO. This just means NO MORE DISCOUNTS. The ONLY honest bud tender you have once told me, you can literally swing a cat by the tail and hit a weed shop around here which is why we should not be shady about our prices or quality. I have to say, I swung the cat...BETTER WEED SHOPS EVERYWHERE! I doubt I will regret my decision even though you were my weekly spot. DEALS ARE DEAD AND THE QUALITY IS NOT THERE. Best dro dispensary ever

So there I was, on my way home from bird hut with snacks for my little birds, music bumping, wind in my face. I saw a MR nice guy and decided to pull in cause why not?Got some nice flower in there, tried to buy a gram of something but only sold by the 8th, the person with the awesome shoes mentioned tomorrow is a flower day so Ill probably be back tomorrow to get someGood location to run in and out of.They do not carry top tier 6* rosin or solventless edibles. Didnt ask about carts.Manager mentioned photos are uploaded weekly and menu is accurate,Ended up with a pre roll of cloud covers ghost dawg to try after chatting with the tender.(No smoking near birbs)

Really sucks that I have to give such a terrible review. This used to be my go-to dispensary until they raised they’re prices. They also stopped labeling they’re weed so when you walk in, you have no idea what you’re even looking at.Not only that, but I had a horrible experience with one of the employees working there today. I’m not sure what her issue was but she decided to engage herself in a conversation my boyfriend was having with one of the employees we know. And not in a good way.She was helping another customer when all of a sudden she starts to put herself in our conversation, starting an argument all while “trying” to help a different customer. She was never once helpful when she decided to add her two cents, all that came out of her mouth was negativity/insults. I never got her name; black hair, glasses and short in height.I’m hoping if I ever do come back, I never see her working there again. Absolutely uncalled for.Y’all need better customer service and better deals. Absolutely ridiculous.

Happy that I got a cartridge from my favorite farm. However, the guy who helped me was so rude that I dont want to go back in there. As a fellow Mr. Nice Guy employee and avid customer, I expect more from a coworker. Your whole purpose is not to tell the customer they are wrong in their preferences, you help them.

One of the best places to get good high quality inexpensive weed in the entire Oregon stake India Mr. Nice guys is a great place to go they regularly have $40 ounces or $40 half ounces are you can mix and match they have great pre packs of rolls joints and I personally buy from them as much as I possibly can to they always give me a great deal in high quality weed

I visited at 12:20 PM on Sat Aug 15th. My visit was not the best, I felt pressured in buying things. There was little to no personable interaction between the staff members and me aside from him pushing to make a sale. I was looking of a sativa strain. I did end up buying an 8th of Trunk Funk, which the tender said was a sativa dominant hybrid. Once bought I looked up the strain online and it was actually a indica dominant hybrid. I will not be returning to this dispensary. Their staff are not adequately trained and dont treat people like people. I advise you to take your business somewhere else as well.

Recovering from a brain injury and was given the incorrect product. Was then told to come back and swap out the incorrect product only to be told when we get there that they cant do the exchange until tomorrow morning with a supervisor. Not only that but they are severely under staffed and have horrible customer service! I highly suggest going any where but here.

OK this is the best place in the world to get weed OK the people there are nice theyre friendly also theyve got so many great deals you can come in early and get deals you can get trim deals it I found so many wonderful X day 13 seeds when I got in my my exchange 13 for $40 an ounce great weed but on top of that they have great trim deals to so what you should do is go there and tell them what you want to do with the

They have great product, at prices that most anyone can afford to leave happy, so they can then get even happier! The budtendress was very helpful and made me feel comfortable taking my time at being indecisive. It is clean and cozy atmosphere, and I will be coming back!

I love this dispensary. My boyfriend and I come here all the time. They have better quality, friendly staff, it is neat, and the deals on their $60 ounces are off the chain (in a good way). Not to mention, you can mix n match these particular strains. However, I do have 1 complaint which is the phone service. When I call no one answers 90% of the time, including this morning for example. They have certain strains I enjoy the most, being that it is popular strains it doesnt last long. Thus, I like to call first instead of making a trip for nothing considering it has happened a couple of times. Other than that, they are great! And I will continue to purchase their products. Please do something about the phone service Thanks...

Very nice group of people

I bought 2 grams of their MAC 1 at 31.1 THC% and a pack of the HEMP RAW cones. I was okay with rolling one joint but when I rolled the other, the weed only filled up to about half of the cone. I called back to let them know they shorted me weed and no one answered the phone and my calls were sent to the answer Service with each call getting shorter and shorter. Used to love this shop but this is a complete L on their customer service

Ill pass on this place. Was a cool little spot then it turned into Mr. Nice Guy and all the prices went up but they had deals so it wasnt bad, then they removed the deals and now everything is just more expensive. If its the closest shop to you its not bad to go to but if you have to travel a little to get here, there are plenty of other places to go with the same quality and cheaper prices. Maybe if my bud hadnt been sitting for over the past 8 months id have no issue with these prices but this high for old bud is a pass from me.

Well I hate to do this honestly but from a person whom buys products from a place i expect a product of quality and information.Sadly I bought XJ-13 falcon distribution which was mainly seeds not trimmed properly or set properly at purchase.So for a selection its ok not all the things here are worth the price the staff didnt respond at all to the feed back.When asking bud tenders questions of name were so taken back.So in this review the staff could improve alot sadly on customer experience and proper handling of Falcon Distribution.

0/0 stars-this place ripped me off. We saw the deal for on oz. for $90 and thought it looked pretty sweet. So we went in, mixed four strains and got charged $90 with no offer of a receipt. We were shorted by 6 grams, two grams from one strain and FOUR from another. This happened on Thursday night. We called and called and called and called and got no answer. We sent an e-mail and it was returned as undeliverable. When we went and told them all this they could not have cared less. We were literally told it happens. Deplorable. No attempt to alleviate the customer, no concern for the fact that they arent reachable as a business and no concern for the money they took from us. I could not recommend this place less. They are literally thieves and it is a third-rate business that cant even answer the phone.

Went here last night for the first time after a VERY long day. And even though I didnt know what I wanted they made the PERFECT recommendation! And the little doggo just put me in a better mood. If you want to go somewhere with knowledgeable and friendly staff, high quality and budget friendly options as well as affordable top shelf options then this is the shop for you! Im glad I went out of my way to stop here and you should give them a visit soon.

Good deals sometimes, but be careful of the bait and switch. try to call before hand to make sure they still have things, and order online before you go. i drove an hour today for no reason because their site had for sale 4-5 Flower varieties that are no longer available.

Bought a star killer og cartridge the employees clearly labeled as 1g for $38 however it is clearly labeled from the manufacturer as only being 0.5g and when I brought it to his attention he said oh that’s my bad but u have to take it up with the manufacturer. How is that when it was your companies mistake and instead of fixing it or offering a refund you try to pass the problem off to someone else?? Never will do business here again!

Ruined my safe, friendly, neighborhood vibe of why I liked coming here. Ive been going here for over a year and have made friends with lots of the staff and have always enjoyed the service and product. New staff couldnt handle the computers and service was poor, the other lady was down right politely disrespectful. Manager watched and did nothing

Have been going here since they opened as High Cascade. Staff is great but since the Mr. Nice Guy takeover things have sharply declined. Always “more coming tomorrow” and after three trips where I walk out empty handed just can’t justify it being my spot any longer when there are 10 others within walking distance. Today was it when all they had was their overpriced “platinum tier” and when I said no thanks they offered pre-weighed out shake...for the same price as their economical flower. Also, all those great points you’ve built up as a frequent customers have not gone away, just all the rewards. No, I don’t want to spend 600 pts. (12 visits) for a T-shirt I want our frequent customer discounts back :( the Mr. Nice Guy buyout has been a bust.

On 9/7/19 @ 12:06 I made a purchase at this location.  I was very clear about my desired purchase of a 1:1 tincture, I was given instead a cbd product by the same company.  When I contacted them to inform them of the error, a female manager-on-duty told me there was an OLCC no return policy on any product that leaves the store, then was told that its a good product, so youll probably enjoy it anyway.When I returned the next day to buy the originally intended product and was explaining to another employee simply why I was there, the same manager-on-duty lady interrupted to tell him that if called yesterday and then to reiterate the OLCC policy and that I had clearly asked for the product they gave me.  When I told her Im sorry but thats not true, she told me that they have audio & video recording everything in the store.  I said great, please look at it.  To which she balked well we cant just go looking at the video for whoever disagrees with what happens.All of this could have been dealt with in a professional customer service manner with a simple apology and/or nominal discount on the originally intended product.  Instead manager-on-duty was rude, condescending and bluffed about checking security footage without any intention of following through.  There are hundreds, if not thousands, of dispensaries in this city, one would think theyd understand customer service is crucial in retaining business.If you must go to this location, check your purchase before you leave.
