Great shop to get your glass needs met. Owner was nice enough to cut me a piece of glass when I showed up right before he headed out to his appointments for the day. Fair price, quick service, with a good ol’ fashion craftsman spirit. I’d recommend this shop for anybody in the area needing some glass or mirror cut. 👍👍

I love this place! Whether you are a do-it-yourselfer looking for a single pane of glass or looking for a true craftsman to fix your windows--this is the place to go. With more than 20 years of working with Doug, Ive found him to be extremely knowledgable, capable of turning around a project in an extremely reasonable timeframe and a very honorable businessman.

Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I came 20 minutes before they close and the person that was helping didn’t seem to want to help me. He made up little excuses to cut up a mirror that I wanted to glue to a box. I also asked him if he could shave the edges around the glass and he said they don’t do that. But then again they had the materials to do it because he offered me them so I could do it myself. The person helping me was not friendly and very rude. I do not recommend anyone going.

Atlas Glass was great to work with after our cats (yes, cats) broke our enormous picture window in our 1920’s bungalow. Luckily the window was single-pane glass, and my husband knows how to replace the glass in old windows so we just needed the pane cut. The owner of Atlas Glass was friendly, efficient and had the glass ready in just a couple hours. He was also $10-20 cheaper than any of the other glass cutting services in PDX that we called. He was very helpful with aiding us in getting the glass situated in our truck. Thanks for your great work!

Nice service. Fast and friendly. Quick cutting of 4 large panes of glass. This service would have usually required some lead time, but Doug had a few minutes and got me set up right quick! Very much appreciated.

Great little glass company! Took in an antique curio cabinet door to have the broken glass replaced on a Saturday before the shop closed and was told Tuesday or Wednesday it would be ready. Monday afternoon I got a call that it was done :) great fast service! Would recommend this place to anyone who needs glass work.

I am happy with the work he did for me. Does the work as soon as he can . Very knowledgeable and well experienced. Good price too. Please bear in mind this is a one man shop and dealing with people who think they know how to tell him how to do this job correctly only waste his time and theirs , go somewhere else. If you simply tell him the end result you need, he will tell if he can do it and for how much. This man has done thousands of windows and I believe him to one of the few craftsmen still around.As to miss nuns story........I guess some people just expect miracles on a shoe string.

Doug came out within an hour of my desperate call for help. A window had to be broken to access my elderly dying parent.I had little knowledge to describe what I needed, but he was kind and understanding.He had the window fixed in no time, even having to make a run back to the office.Thank you making this so easy for me, during a difficult time.

Had to call after not receiving any returned call or email for weeks. I sent detailed pictures and my phone number. When I finally got a call returned today the owner was shockingly rude and said he doesnt take basket cases like my leaded glass window and basically hung up on me. WORST customer service Ive ever had. Shame on you Atlas!!!

I was inquiring about their products because I am building a home and the employee would not stop talking to listen to me but was lecturing me on how most glass shops are not open on Saturdays and that he had 15 mins until he was closing so I had better hurry... I couldnt get a word in to ask for a recommendation for products because he wouldnt listen to my question... there was no customers Service.... I was there during open hours and was being rushed out the door...

Told them had a fire place glass and screen made in China need 15x22 glass. Told me to call the manufacture to see what kind of glass. Ya Im going to call China. Went to another place problem solved.
